Hex-The lies you were told

You were told that there are only six infinity stones and that they each existed when the universe first made its appearance as The Big Bang, but what if I told you that these were all lies. Lies told to protect you from the truth, to protect you from the weapon and definition of death and destruction? Hex, the name given to the mortal that was so unfairly forced and chosen to become the pain and misery of this power. The 'mother' of all six infinity stones. The original stone that overpowers them all.

"E.D.I.T.H give me the numbers." Banner said as he typed away on the screen.

"A few hundred at a time sir. Most of them are still on the ship." The AI said.

"So this Hela, your sister. She is after Hex?" Sam asked the Asgardian brothers.

"Yes." Thor answered. His eyes focused on the battle before him.

"What about this Laufey guy?" Bucky asked. Loki tensed.

"He is my biological father. Always wanted me dead. I killed him years ago on Asgard or at least I thought it was him. I was blinded by power to even realise the presence of magic. He's here for me and I would gladly put a blade through his heart." Loki sneered.

"Your sister is powerful Thor. What makes you say you will not lose again?" Rocket asked, receiving a shove from Sam. "What? We have to think realistic here. Will you able to defeat her for good this time?"

"She drew her power from Asgard. Since it is destroyed she is not as strong. which is why she has an army to fight for her." Thor said.

"She will wait until the very end when we're tired and injured. She'll strike when we are at our weakest, but that will never happen. Hex will kill her either way." Loki smiled. His gaze focused on his love who is hovering above them with Wanda and Carol.

Hex's hands were spread as she kept the shield at bay. Carol and Wanda split towards the sides to rid of the ships baiting them out. The shield prevents the enemies from entering as well as the shots their firing. Only the Avengers and those fighting with them can exit and enter as they please. Even their gifts will reach past the shield.

Hex's hair had small streaks of white within it since the shield is used for protection it uses the light side of her gifts. The slightly white transparent glow had faint dark veins moving amongst it. The shield also destroys those who are not allowed to enter it. The dark side of her power making sure of that.

She held her hand up and closed her eyes in concentration. She could feel every movement of life within the creatures. She felt a few hundred at a time and suddenly closed her hand in a fist. All of them either dropping dead from their ships or crash as they no longer control the machines. She cut off their strings of life. She continued do to so for a few minutes as she held the force field up.

Wanda and Carol broke apart and killed hundreds of these creatures as well. Both coming back with a few scratches but mostly unharmed. Wanda's breathing was slightly heavier, since she has never used her power this much at a time. Carol also seemed a bit more tired as well but recovers quicker than Wanda. The smaller ships laid burning on the ground and a few creatures crawled around them, still banging on the shield for entry.

"Wanda you help cover the ground. They'll need you there." Hex said. Her eyes turned dark for a brief second as she evaporated the few still left alive. Wanda nodded and headed towards the others. By this time the other Avengers have arrived for back up.

The compound was silent for a brief moment. A silence before the storm. A storm of centuries old wars. Realisation struck Hex and she slightly frowned as she descended towards the others.

"This is not a war you all should even be fighting. She only wants me, she always wanted the power." Hex sighed frustrated. "I should of killed her years ago."

"Laufey wants me, we all know that. He is my fight." Loki said.

"Well then the others are our fight. They want to attack us thinking we are weak after Thanos. They have another coming." Thor said.

"So let's give them a fight then." Scott said confidently. Although Hex did not miss the uneasy look he gave towards the ship. A few of the others mimicked his expression.

"You do not have to worry. I am fighting with you. Hela will wait it out." Hex looked towards Loki. "You need to end the fight as soon as you can. I will need you by my side." She moved her eyes towards Thor. "You as well." They both nodded.

The rest of the armies landed on earth and either ran or flew towards the compound. Nobody needed an order, they all knew what to do. They all ran and flew towards the fight, readying themselves as best as they could. Hex let down the shield, having to need all her energy for the fight ahead.

Hex, Carol and Thor was the first ones to collide with the army. Carol blowing and punching her way through everyone she could. Thor merely electrocuted and blasted his way through them. Hex punched the ground and black spikes flew from her hand running along the ground and piercing everyone she sees. She could see the blades and bullets firing all around her. She would see sudden flashes of red as Wanda kills enemies.

On occasion she would see green as Loki blasts and slices through. Groot's roots would wrap and strangle, Bucky chokes with his metal arm and shoots his gun with the other. Gamora and Nebula fighting back to back as they manoeuvre as one around one another to kill the monsters. Scott was massive and Hope hit and killed around him, protecting him from the firing shots aimed at him. He simply swatted the airborne ships like flies, knocking them to the ground.

Hex smiled as feels like she finally belongs. She finally found her family, those just like her. She watches Valkyrie slicing through some ships and some of the creatures either jumping or flying in the air. It was a vast variety of creatures, all of them weak and easy to kill. They were just distractions from Laufey and Hela. They both used other people's armies to tire the Avengers out.

Hex caught Loki's eye, smirking and winked at him, telling him to watch. She jumped into the air, her eyes darkening and her hair waving as she rises from the ground. She was high above the others and as she started descending dark shadows surrounded, wings of shadows erupted from her. She looked like the angel of death as she suddenly sped towards the armies beneath her again, the shadows trailing before her.

She conjured her golden blades as her hands looked like they were dipped in melted gold. She suddenly whipped her hands forward, clapping them together before her. As they touched thousands of golden spears emitted from her wings. Golden tears ran down her dark eyes. The tears sinking into her skin, leaving behind gold tainted cracks. She lifted her hands as if lifting a heavy weight. All of a sudden hundreds of the creatures were floating in the air, frozen as she controlled their bodies. She smirked and threw her hands down, letting them fall. Crushing them as they landed.

She saw Loki struggling with a few and flew directly at him. She landed with her one knee on the ground and emitted a force of shadows, throwing the creatures around him away. She smirked at him and he shared her look. His eyes widened and he threw a blade just past her head, hitting one of the creatures right between where its eyes should be located.

These creatures had long thin legs used for jumping to extreme heights. They did not have eyes and was flat faced with gaping holes on the sides of their heads for ears. They used echo-location to determine where their targets were. Their skin slimy and covered in scales like a lizard. Their claws were long and sharp. They were easy to kill since their flesh are weak.

Hex turned around and started throwing golden blades conjured from her hands at the creatures. Loki blasted them with his emerald magic. They stood back to back, fighting off every creature heading towards them.

A few other creatures was in the armies as well. Hulk like creatures with horns like a bull, a few smaller ones with bat like wings and long tails and lastly feline creatures fast on their feet. They had no tail and had shorter back legs than front. Their speed and agility along with their sharp teeth made them skilled killers.

Bruce was screaming and punching a few of the bigger creatures as Valkyrie stabbed the flying ones around him. Thor appeared next to Hex and Loki, nodding towards them as he walked towards the crowd. All three of them stood awaiting the rest of the fight. They were breathing hard, Hex refused to use her energising light power. Not wanting to be vulnerable at the moment.

Carol and Wanda appeared next to them. "I can bring the ship down. It will cut the fighting short, force those two to come down." Carol said, nodding towards the ship still hovering in space.

"No. That ship is too big and strong even for you. The only way that thing gets destroyed is if we both work together and even that will take time. Hela designed that ship years ago, specifically with my power as to use it against me. That thing will kill me before we can even get inside."

"What do you mean it is made from your power?" Loki asked, his and Thor's brows furrowed in confusion. "What did she do?"

"It does not matter now. I have to kill her before we can destroy that thing."

"And then what?" Thor asked worriedly.

"I have no idea." Hex said. Lying straight through her teeth as her past memories emerge.
