Her eyes landed on a man sitting in a corner, talking with someone, she came closer.
"Berger" she called out to the man who was sitting with a friend, Berger turned and saw his wife's best friend, Chloe.

Chloe grinned and sat close to him, the man discussing with Berger stood.
"See you some other time, Berger," the man standing said, and winked at his friend, and strode away casually with his half-filled glass of liquor.
"You came alone?" Chloe inquired, Berger nodded.
"Linda came to my freedom to do whatever I want, I would have come with her, but she doesn't like coming to such place" Berger explained, blushing faintly.
Chloe shook her head pitifully "she said so?" she asked with wide eyes, Berger nodded.
"I am very happy to have such a wonderful wife" Berger commented, and sipped his drink.
Chloe's face darkened hearing her husband praising her friend that doesn't deserve it.
"What if Linda isn't the kind of person you thought her to be?" She inquired blinking her eyes incessantly, Berger smiled ruefully.
"Stop saying such" Berger chided, and continued to drink in a relaxed manner.
"What don't you get me a drink?" Chloe requested.

Amanda stirred, and raised her head weakly, she looked around her and saw human legs surrounding her. She raised her head and saw a lady, amongst the men armed to teeth.
