Cassandra's reckless decision

Henry opened his byakugan and started searching around found the unicorn and a man drinking it's blood. The unicorn has severe injuries through dark magic and he can feel the curse binding the man who is drinking the blood of unicorn. This must be the curse of half life, a price for unicorn's blood.

As Henry observed this he said," go and inform hagrid we found the unicorn. It's a bit distance away from here. I'll go check that man, you two go and call for support. It's most likely to be a dark wizard ", rose and Cassandra hesitated while Henry yelled," go ".

They nodded and walked into woods. But Cassandra stopped after some distance and followed in the direction of Henry. She heard sounds of explosions, light sparks, fire and even smoke started appearing soon. Concerned she ran to the direction.

What happened is that Henry who got there looked at the hidden figure and taunted," falling so low to hurt a pure creature like unicorn and drink it's blood. What disgraceful of living? You should have just died?", the hooded figure hissed and cast a avada kedavra at him.

But a stone platform rose from the ground and stopped it. Chershile, the spell from the anime called welcome to demon school. It raises an earth shield in front of him. With proper practice they can do it without the need for chant and in an instant.

Then a blazing flame from the man's wand and smashed at the earth shield which shattered and Henry placed a protego in the front of him. He pointed his wand to the sky and stirred it in air as if forming something. As the flames stopped suddenly the sky started thundering.

The hooded figure didn't expect this and cast spells even more furiously while suddenly a thunder descended from the in an instant. A scream responded while the hooded figure turned into black mist and ran away.

A shout appeared in distance as Cassandra ran up him. At the same time the hooded figure turned back and fired an avada kedavra at the girl. Cassandra didn't expect this to happen. Henry used chershile again while Cassandra is saved the hooded figure cast another spell at Henry.

Cassandra ran to him and stood in front of him to tackle the spell while he just activated the Mangekyou ability and used the space as a shield to save them both then fired gubaraithian fire at the hooded man who screamed suddenly and disapparated away.

Henry turned to Cassandra angrily and slapped her then asked," you would've died. That's a killing curse. Once it touches you no one can save you ", Cassandra held her cheek and tears welled up in her eyes and regardless of Henry's resistance she hugged him and said," that's 3rd time you saved me. I wanted to repay you back and prove I'm not a bad girl like my father. I really wanted to atone for what I did. Even if it costs my life ".

Another slap answered her as Henry angrily glared at her," I told you that Henry is gone. I'm not longer the person you know. Just leave me alone ", but instead of crying she smiled and said," no I won't. I told you Henry Wells even if it meant giving up my life and freedom I'll do it to pay for my mistakes. Just give me a chance ".

Henry raised his hand to slap her again while she just smiled and looked into his eyes. Henry couldn't bring himself to slap this girl now. Especially when she is smiling. He rubbed his temples while she declared again," I told you I'll stick around and annoy you until you give me a chance to atone ".

Henry rubbed his temples again and said," forget it, I don't even have words to scold you ", he looked at the dying unicorn and goes to it. Then stretched his hands placing them on it's wounds while his kāma glowed a little. It collected the dna & special traits genetic data of that unicorn.

Then his palms glowed green, not that eerie green that resembled an unforgivable curse. It's glow is full of vitality. The unicorn which accepted it's destiny to die felt a warm current of vitality and neighed in comfort. It saw the human who saved it and lay there weakly letting him heal.

As the wounds healed it stood up with its weak and trembling legs and nestled it's head in Henry's hands. As it did, the blood of that unicorn in his hands suddenly glowed and disappeared before he got a unicorn head tattoo on the back of right hand. It neighed and said in telepathy," thank you for saving me child. To repay you I marked you as my partner. From now your magic will experience a change in it. You'll be received well by other unicorns at least until you try to hurt one of us. You can draw some power from that mark on your right hand ".
