A flash encompassed the entirety of this smaller city as a Shockwave emanated outwards everywhere this Shockwave hit was followed by jagged Ice crystals shooting out of the ground impaling many, in a few moments ivyersine was covered by a kingdom of ice and blood. I then summoned my Umbral Frost blade and stepped off the roof of the inn.
