Lucius sat next to Evelyn watching her eat Evelyn look at his worrisome face but she ignore that she was about to ask when someone knock on the door "it's Alexa your highness may I come in?" Evelyn puff her cheek and look up at Lucius "come in" he responded barely in a whisper Evelyn look at the bruise on her ankle and neck "your highness" she bow slightly "what do you want" Evelyn ask "I just want to see if you are alright I heard you were kidnap"

"So how's that your business" she drops the spoon and sits up "seems like you are enjoying it" she leaves "why is she acting so irrational," Alexa said sitting right next to Lucius not knowing Evelyn was peeping behind the door irrational? Me? Evelyn mumbles to herself "prince Wilson's wife gave birth so he is throwing a party tonight hope you can come with your wife" she said and Lucius scoffs "throwing a party when his brother has just been ripped off his title and in prison, a lot of crazy things have been happening in the palace lately"

"Okay we will be there"

"I will be expecting you tonight then" she smiles "err... Sure I will be with you tonight" Evelyn hurried out after she leave "wait! What? The crown prince has been ripped off his title you knew that he was the one who kidnapped me and you didn't bother to tell me? And what? You are sleeping with her tonight? Even when your wife is almost raped?" She yell on top her voice she was so annoy "you can sleep alone tonight too" Lucius said trying to calm her down but that make her more mad and annoy "oh yes I forgot you have so many mistress you can bring them back for all I care I didn't ask you to dismiss them and as for Alexa you can sleep with her all you want I don't care you are a prince am your wife and it is an arranged marriage my only duty is to serve you and I will start doing that from now on your highness thank you for making me know my place even your dearest mistress is so much powerful telling a princess she is acting irrational" she yell sweat dripping down her face Lucius got completely dumbfounded at his wife confession he has never seen her been so mad and annoy before "I know am not as beautiful as she is but why did you act nice to me since you know you are in love with your mistress why did you send a marriage proposal to my father why didn't you just marry your dearest Alexa instead well! Well! Well!!! My mother was right you are a prince you can sleep with any woman you want" Lucius eyes widen hearing even more of her confession "if not because of you the crown prince wouldn't have lust over my body and been nearly raped all because of you and your dearest Alexa" she calm herself down Lucius shut his eyes tight he was right all this was all his fault he has been abandoning her she must have hate him now which was exactly the opposite of what he wanted yes he was a beast a ruthless beast for the first time in his life he felt like his heart will break into pieces he open his mouth to speak but nothing came out Evelyn didn't know that tears were falling on their own accord she enter the bathroom with annoyance and slam the door close she cried endlessly trying to calm herself down her mum had taught her not to push her husband away especially when he is interested in his mistress but she is in so much pain right now his will she be able to handle it she wipe her tears and go back to her room but Lucius was nowhere to be found.

A couple of hours later Lucius was nowhere to be found Evelyn thought of searching for him she has said too much to him earlier maybe she can sort things out between them and then leave him with his beloved Alexa "where can I find his highness" she asked one of the maids "I saw him in the garden your highness" immediately she made her way to the garden where she found Lucius looking up to the sky it was dark but the light from the full moon lit up the garden his long white hair was lose and he was facing the direction of the moon breathtaking as always sensing Evelyn presence Lucius turn around and face her "how long have you been here"

"Since morning, you look so annoyed so I thought of giving you enough time alone" he inhale as Evelyn walk closer "why are you here," he ask "to clarify things between us I just want to tell you that I leave you with Alexa I know I have been saying this but it had been so hard for me seeing you with another woman but... You are a prince my only duty is to serve you as your wife"

"You think you can do that" he stood right in front of her leaving no space between them Evelyn inhale sharply and raise her head to look at him gosh his grey eyes were so captivating and his white hair was dancing along with the wind "yes your highness" she responded barely in a whisper Lucius hold her waist and pull her closer to him making her stomach touch then he grabbed the back of her neck pulling her face closer to him "now I will make you swallow your words"
