Chapter 9: News.

*The screen fades from a commercial to a Breaking News segment*

In a round table, sat a person with animalistic features in a suit. He spoke, "Good evening, I'm John Smith with a breaking news story. Just moments ago, a group of individuals appeared out of nowhere and engaged in a fierce battle in the middle of the city. Our reporter, Sarah Johnson, is on the scene and has the latest updates. Sarah, what can you tell us about what happened?"

The scene changed to a desolate place, what seemed to be the battlefield of the individuals. Sarah stood in the back, facing it. "John, we are here in the heart of the city where we witnessed a chaotic and violent clash between two groups of individuals. It started as a fight between seven individuals but quickly turned into a one-on-five battle."

The screen split into two, showing Sarah and John. John asked, "Do we have any information on who these individuals are or what their motives were?"

Sarah shook her head. "Not at this moment, John. However, what we do know is that the two individuals who were initially fighting against the group of five were wearing blue navy flak jackets and a headband with the same symbol, all having red hair. One of them was even seen carrying a newborn baby."

John frowned. "Absolutely shocking. Do we know anything about the casualties?"

Sarah turned to the desolate place where a teenager was facing the four remaining individuals. "No, John. Apparently, the battle bore no casualties, but they all have different kinds of injuries. And, as we speak, another teenager with the newborn is being pursued by one of the remaining attackers."

"This is truly a terrifying situation. Do we know what kind of abilities or quirks these individuals possess that allowed them to engage in such a dangerous fight in the middle of the city?" asked John.

Sarah turned to the scene again. "Yes, John. Witnesses have reported the use of wind, fire, gravity, electricity, and water-based quirks. It's still unclear whe-" She was cut off by the sound of metal clashing behind her. As she turned to see, she saw the teenager impaling an individual with a blue jacket uniform.

"Oh my God!" someone from the crowd yelled.

"Why are the heroes just standing there!" another yelled.

"Do something for God's sake!" a woman yelled.

Sarah muttered, "Oh my God..." as she witnessed the cold-blooded murder happening in front of her. Just at that moment, she saw the teenager being impaled by the assailant's comrades with swords.

Sarah's eyes widened in horror as she watched the teen coughed, blood gushing from his wounds.

But what stroke her to the core, was the evil smirk the teenager bore as he took a hold of on the assailant, she heard one of them yell, "Get out of here, fast!" the one in White flack jacket uniform to be precise.

She heard another yell, from the, "Damn Uzumaki's, suicidal bastards!".

She then saw something moving in the teenager body, papers that was lighting up.

At that moment she heard the panicked voice of john, "Sarah, Sarah! You need to get out of there now!"

But as Sarah was about to respond, a voice resonated high and loud in the air, the voice of the Red headed teenager, "From the ashes, we shall arise!"

Then, an explosion occurred and the report was cut off, remaining only john in the tv with grim expression and worry, he took a hold of himself and said, "Ladies and gentlemen, we apologize for the interruption of our report. As you can see, we're still gathering information about what just happened, but we urge everyone to stay safe and indoors. We will update you as soon as we have more information on this developing story. In the meantime, please stay vigilant and alert. This is John Smith, signing off."

*The screen went black, and the news report was over.*

In a dimly lit room, Eichi sat with dead eyes, gazing at the black screen that moments ago was alive, showing the last stand of his brother. He turned to the inspector and asked, "What do you want from me?"

Leaning forward in his chair, the inspector replied, "We want to know everything you know about your comrades and enemies. Who were they? What were they fighting for? Why were you using your quirks without a license? And where is the baby?"

Eichi's eyes narrowed as he examined the features of his interrogator. He had black hair and black eyes, wore a tan overcoat with a matching hat, and was accompanied by a skinny man with glasses. The skinny man with green hair and a shade of blond leaned on the wall behind Eichi, exuding a dangerous aura that most experienced shinobi possessed. "And why should I tell you anything?" Eichi retorted.

The inspector leaned back, crossing his arms. "Because we have reason to believe that your comerad and the assailants were involved in illegal activities. If you cooperate with us, it will go much easier for you."

Eichi scoffed but remained silent, using the moment to observe the man in the flashy suit with blond hair and a serious expression. No doubt he was powerful, although he seemed to be slow with all the mass.

The inspector sighed and leaned forward again. "Look, we know you and your comrade were close, but he's dead now, and you're in deep trouble. We're your best shot at getting out of this mess alive. We can protect you, but we need your cooperation. Please, help us understand what happened."

Eichi, however, instead of being relieved, scoffed again, "You really think that you can measure up to great village shinobi? You look powerful, but you merely look like a Chunin, to be honest. Maybe your friend here is a Tokubetsu Jonin, but who knows."

At that, the skinny man seemed to frown. "Shinobi? What are you talking about?"

Eichi raised an eyebrow. "Wait, can you tell me where we are?"

"What do you mean?" asked the skinny man, intrigued by Eichi's question.

"What is the name of this country? Aren't we in Ame or something?" Eichi leaned into the table.

"No, we are in the Musutafu City, Country of Japan, and I've never heard of a place named Ame," the white-haired man said.

Eichi's eyes widened as he heard the words "Country of Japan." He slumped back into his chair, trying to process what he just heard. The skinny man leaned forward, his expression softening. "Is everything alright?"

Eichi nodded slowly. "Y-Yeah, everything is...alright."

'Where on earth are we right now? I never heard of this country. With the level of infrastructure this city has, it must be a prosperous country and noticeable. So where in the bloody hell am I?' Eichi thought critically as he considered the possibility that the seal may have been altered, and he was transported somewhere else. But a different planet seemed impossible.

"Young man?" the skinny man asked, interrupting Eichi's thoughts.

Just as he looked at the inspector, Eichi made a plus sign and created two clones due to low chakra levels. He used the remaining chakra to execute a variation of the Headhunter Jutsu to escape. But before he could make his move, bandages wrapped around his hands, stopping him in his tracks, and strong hands placed him on the ground. "Please, young man, don't move," said the big man restraining him.

"Aizawa-kun, what brings you here?" inquired the detective, giving a wary look at Eichi.

"I came to get some answers," replied Aizawa, looking slightly drowsy.

Before the inspector could respond, Eichi interrupted with a grave announcement. "The assailant is here. He entered the building a moment ago and is making his way up."

The inspector let out a sigh. "Are you trying to divert our attention now that you've been caught?"

Eichi shook his head, and spoke, "One of them is here, whether you want it or not."

Eichi has sensed the faint trace of wind Chakra entering his sensing perimeter, and he was sure as hell that it was an enemy, as those guys there has not much chakra than civilian, in exemption to the big guy, although he has as much chakra as a Normal Chunin.

The detective frowned, he turned sharply to the big men, "he is telling the truth." he spoke gravely.

'So he has those Yamanaka like abilities huh, still weird I am not in the elemental nation anymore." though Eichi as he gazed with a bored expression the adulates before the door flung open.

"The autopsy section has been breached!" Yelled one of the blue looking men.
