CHAPTER FOUR

Is something the matter?"Mu Ze asked when he saw how nervous Li Yanshu looks,he could feel something was not right but couldn't pinpoint it.

Li Yanshu broke out of her train of thoughts,out of instincts,she removed her palm from Mu Ze hold,his heart clenched as the warmth from her palm suddenly left him"No,how long are we going to be here and is all your family going to be around?"she asked causally.

One hand of Li Yanshu was holding Li Cherry while Li Cola walked at the back with motionless face,he was still angry at his mother for agreeing to be with Mu Ze.

It meant that he would have to see that scumbag all the days of his life, thinking of that,he mumbled to himself cursing Mu Ze.

Mu Ze, oblivious to what he was receiving shrugged"Just for lunch and that's all. Am not sure if it's all my whole family that'll be here but you'll get to meet my grandmother. One quick notice,my grandmother is very impatient and uncaring with her words but when you need get closer to her, you'll love her". Li Yanshu nodded and didn't say anything.

Minutes felt like hours before they reached the third dining room"Mama,are we finally there?"Li Cherry who was quiet the whole time finally spoke,Li Yanshu could see sparkles of light coming from a corner of the house and was sure that was their stop.

However, before she could speak,Mu Ze carried Li Cherry off the ground making the little girl yelp in surprise. Mu Ze carried her on his back with a smile and said"We're almost there".

Li Cherry held unto his neck and looked around in astonishment like she was seeing a new world being tall"Uncle is so nice"she said in awe.

"You're really going to be a great father to the kids"Li Yanshu said with a noticeable smile"and don't worry,i won't neglect my marital duties also"Mu Ze said enthusiastically.

His words made Li Yanshu quiet,she knowingly didn't respond to him.

Feeling akward,Mu Ze said"Here we are"As he said that,more than five pairs of eyes looked at them.

"Grandma,am back"Mu Ze dropped Li Cherry on the floor and went to the old woman sitting on the chair made for the man of the house,her appearance and aura were so fierce that no one dared make a noise when she was quiet.

"Uncle,aunt,mom,dad, it's been quite long. Where's Mu Zhen,Mu Wen and the rest,you don't know how..."Mu Ze continued blabbering.

No one seems to notice the three people standing by the side until Mu Ze said"Everyone,meet my fiancee Li Yanshu"Hearing that familiar name,all eyes finally went to the Li Yanshu at once,then to the two children on the ground.

They all had flabbergasted look on their faces,The old woman stood up,her hands on her walking stick shaking fiercely. Her legs slowly made way to Li Yanshu"You!!"her breathing became haggard.

Everybody in the dining room stood up and went towards the Old woman glaring at Li Yanshu"How dare you show yourself here again"Cun Weiyi,Mu Zhen mother said with anger.

"After almost ruining our family's name,you still have the cheek to show yourself here"Mu Ting,Mu Zhen father said with a frown on his wrinkled face.

Li Yanshu face was calm although her heart were in ripples,this was why she didn't want to come back here. The people she once loved and once loved her doubted her and hated her thanks to a misunderstanding.

If Mu Ze hasn't insisted on coming back here,she would probably still be enjoying her life with her beautiful kids back in the states.

"I'm not here as the woman who was once married to Mu Zhen but as the woman who is engaged to Mu Ze"she showed them the ring on her finger and then firmly held her children's hands.

Everybody mouth opened in shock, apparently,they all didn't hear when Mu Ze introduced her as his fiancee,so hearing it from Li Yanshu mouth created an heavy impact on them.

"You..."Mu Ting yelled while Li Yanshu met his eyes fearlessly.

The Old woman raised her fists up indicating that no one should speak,Mu Ting pursed his lips in anger.

Li Yanshu suddenly felt guilty looking at the old woman,she was nice to her when she just entered the Mu family but what did did she do?

She almost implicated their family name millions of times.

Divorced Mu Zhen.

Now she's engaged to Mu Zhen cousin,Mu Ze.

What kind of woman is she was what was running through her head and others also but what the old woman did shocked her.
