Confessions (Part 2)

"If your heart is a volcano, how shall you expect the flowers to bloom?!"

Tara was utterly silent!

"Only you can eradicate what you created! Destroy whatever that's within you, holding you back in opening up your heart! And just.... come out of your wrath Tara!!"

"That wasn't my wrath!" she said after a long mourning for her ability to speak. Raising her injured hand, "That was my emotion, anger! If this stab would have made through you, the man wouldn't just be unconscious but a dead meat!!"

"I was mad, and couldn't control myself! I am aware that I am emotionally unavailable but no matter how hard I try, I can't be numb to you!" she explained calmly!

Aryan watched her in a feeling which made him pull her closer into an embrace all of a sudden making her stiffened! A smile curved up his lips!

"I know you didn't like it, and I am sorry for that!" he began to speak! Her stiffened body slowly relaxed!

"But I couldn't help myself as well! When I was aware of what would happen, it made me go mad as I couldn't control myself! That was..... my emotion!" he confessed!

Tara breathed against his chest, "I am...sorry!" she confessed as well!

Aryan smiled tightening the hug a little more, resting his head on her shoulder, "You mean a lot to me Tara!" he confessed!

She blinked twice!

"You might have no knowledge but I do! You are that very special person in life of mine!"

"It was you who made me laugh out loud, made me realise that how childish and patient I can be!"

As she now knew about his secret, he decided to as well open up everything! What he actually felt!

"When you get to know there exists a person just like you, even before any thought, you would feel glad for their existence cause you no longer will feel alone! For me, it was you! The one who made me realise that I am not alone!"

Her fingers squeezed again!

"You have encouraged me to break the walls I have built over for years in the name of securing myself! You haven't only encouraged me to open up my heart but also made me want to encourage you, support you, and stay by your side no matter what!"

"You are the one....who taught me how it feels like to care for someone, completely! And how it feels like to be cared by someone!! So much that....the person would be willing to take the stab for me!" he smiled!

Tara breathed! "You are that person in my life Tara, whom I want to remember my entire life, till my last breath! Every memory of mine with you is precious which I want to treasure!" he said with a tear suddenly falling down his left eye!

She sighed understanding the pain he is suffering through that words!

"I always wanted to say you this! Thanks for existing Tara! Thank you for making through every thick and thin though you were alone, because I don't know how my life would have ended if I have never met you!"

"And I only guess that it was normal of me reacting such way today after getting to know that!!"

"I would never want to lose you!!" he said as he pushed her away gently cupping her cheeks again! He saw those glimpse of tears in her eyes which she probably held back!

Tara's left hand reached up caressing his cheek, "You accept you did wrong?!" she asked calmly!

Aryan smiled at this woman's attitude, "I do!" he said with a nod!

"Will you compensate?!" she asked making him amused!

"I....am willing to....!!" he said still not sure!

And Tara finally smiled and though it gave him a moment of relief, he still wasn't sure what was she about to ask!

"Listen to me!" she said out of blue, taking a deep breath, "A whole day!!"

Aryan's brows raised, that is all?

"Will you?"

Aryan stared her mused before giving her a slight nod! "I will!!" he assured with a smile!

Tara's smile widened as she looked down for a brief moment, "Actually it's me who should thank you!" she taking a deep again looked up, "If it wasn't for you, I wouldn't have been here today!"

"Thanks for coming into my life!" she said now cupping his cheek!

Aryan shrugged, "Well I was forced!!"

They both chuckled at once, she finally smiled with no more anger!

All of a sudden Tara's vision blurred, nothing was being clear to her eyes anymore, her smile fading! Her hand slowly slid down his cheek!

Aryan's smile faded away along with hers as soon concern took over him as he saw her eyes burdening up being open and it took her no time to collapse! His left hand reached behind to hold her, preventing her to fall, while his right hand till now cupped her cheek now tried to wake her up! Her collapsing all of a sudden worried him!

Was it because of her seeing visions?! No it couldn't be!! He just hoped!!

Aryan slapped her gently trying to wake her up but she wasn't, and so he gently lay her down, and checked her temperature, her body was slowly now beginning to burn!

Oh god, being under rain for too long would have effected her!

Aryan watched her not knowing what to do! Whenever he thought things were going smooth for them, something worrying had to happen! He with a sigh, arranged for a bowl of cold water with a cloth, from the management! He tried as much as he can to cool down her temperature the whole night! Continuously placing the wet cloth on her forehead, while also taking care of her sweat! The way she still was unconscious made him feel the very same way he did when he saw her for the first time, the moment he witnessed her collapsing for the first time!

With no proper reason, he thought she was actually resting rather being unconscious and this time felt the same! The only thing which was to worry of was her burning body!

As time passed by, her fever got down as well but Aryan still took care of her the very same way just to avoid the return of fever as it was common in several cases!

Tara shot her eyes open! Her dream still lingering in front of her! She saw her parents this time, dreamt of them spending time with her, the older self! It didn't feel like a dream until she realised it to be! Taking a deep breath, she tried to remember what happened and that was when she remembered what had happened! She suddenly lost herself while she was having a talk with Aryan! As soon as she thought about him, her eyes began to scan the room, only to find the man leaning back in the chair, sleeping! Beside the edge of bed where she lay!

Tara slowly pushing herself up, sat, and soon her body began to ache! She sighed, before removing the wet cloth that was still stick to her forehead! She saw a bowl of water on the table near him, her brows raised at the thought that he kept taking care of her!

'There may be a difference between taking care of someone and caring for someone, for you! But for me, they both are same! This is how I care and I can't change it!'

Tara recalled him saying! A sigh escaped her mouth! He did! He took care of her in every possible way! No! She chuckled! He didn't took care of, instead cared for!

'You are the one....who taught me how it feels like to care for someone, completely!'

A smile took over her face as she remembered what he said last night! While soon a slight frown settled when she recalled what he said later, 'And how it feels like to be cared by someone!! So much that....the person would be willing to take the stab for me!'

It came her by surprise, she hadn't realised it until he had said it out! She did care for him!! May be, not in every possible way like him, but in every thought and action! And why?!

He was the very first human she took care of, so much, that she embraced him just to console him! A person like her!! Deep and uncle were close, but she felt much closer to the man whom she met few weeks ago!! So close that she now cared for him, hoped for his good! And why is that?!

'You haven't only encouraged me to open up my heart but also made me want to encourage you, support you, and stay by your side no matter what!'

Her side? No matter what?! And....he had his heart open? For her? Tara remembered the way he stated that he always had chose to be alone! And now he no longer felt alone, cause of her?!

For the first time, Tara felt like she achieved something very great in her whole twenty-four years of life, by knowing how much effecting and influencing was she for him!!

'Thanks for existing Tara!'

'You mean a lot to me Tara!'

'I would never want to lose you!!'

Aryan, the only person who thanked her just for existing, for making through things she forced herself to, cause she wasn't daring enough to die!

Why?!

The question still lingered around her as she kept looking at his sleeping figure, his fair face!

"I'm into you Aryan!!" she confessed!
