Borrowed power

Gil: "Tell me more about this power borrowing."

Han-Ryang: "You want to become a power borrower....not a problem for me. Power borrowing is the process by which contract with spirits and Gods to give user special abilities, according to their imagination."

Gil: "How to do it? I want to check something."

Han-Ryan: "Use your spiritual energy and utter the name or imagine the entity; you want to make a contract with."

Gilgamesh wasn't really interested in borrowing power, he just wanted to check something. He sat in a meditative position while Han-Ryan observed.

Although he was in an unfamiliar world and didn't know about the rules. But it didn't take him much to figure out the rules of this world. This World has a spiritual realm overlapping it. The realm where spirits reside. After a few more minute, he found what he was looking for, a man with a very muscular build with a huge scar over his left pectoral muscle and golden hair, he looked like the epitome of what a warrior King should be.

He was Gilgamesh; The King of Heroes. The counterpart of Gil in this world.

Gilgamesh: "Who are you to summon me; mongrel?"

Gil: "There is only one mongrel here and that's you."

Gilgamesh: "You dare!"

A bow appeared in Gilgamesh's hand. The bow of Heavens; a national treasure. National treasures are similar to Noble Phantasm of this world.

As he pulled the string, a golden arrow appeared in the bow.

Gil: "Gate of Babylon."

A golden portal opened and swords came out of it. Launching themselves at the arrow. The collision caused the ground to shake.

Gilgamesh: "Who are you?"

Gil: "I am Gilgamesh, King of Uruk." As he said this Golden portal started opening behind him.

Gilgamesh: "It's impossible! I am Gilgamesh."

Gil: "I am the superior counterpart of you; from another world."

Gilgamesh: "It's impossible," saying this he summoned an axe in his hand, and threw it at Gil.

This attack also wasn't able to break the defence of Gate of Babylon.

Gil: "You pathetic pest, you weren't able to save your own best friend."

Gilgamesh got pissed, "YOU CLAIM TO BE MY COUNTERPART, WERE YOU ABLE TO SAVE HIM?"

Gil: "No...but I will. His soul is still in my world; I could revive him."

Gilgamesh: "YOU ARE LYING! ENKIDU DIDN'T POSSESS A SOUL."

Gil: "That your world's Enkidu. My friend has a soul. Now begone, you pest."

Gilgamesh: "You can save him."

Gil: "Yes... I can."

Gilgamesh: "Why did you summon me?"

Gil: "Just wanted to meet my counterpart. I am pretty disappointed, I am now leaving." Gil turned around to leave but a hand appeared on his shoulder.

Gilgamesh: "Wait..."

Gil: "Why?"

Gilgamesh: "Take my powers... I am ready to make a contract with you."

Gil: "I know you won't give me your power that easily. What's the catch?"

Gilgamesh: "Save Enkidu... That's all I want. I lost my friend, you still have hope."

Gil: "Looks like there is an honourable side to you. I accept."

As he said this, Gilgamesh turned into a Golden orb and merged with Gil. The next moment, Gil opened his eyes, he was sitting in a meditative position. All the previous battle was just happening in his mind.

Gil got up to observe that his power has increased a lot. This world's Gilgamesh had immeasurable strength rivalling those of Gods even stronger than Heracles. Now, all that power Belonged to Gil.

Han-Ryang was shocked, "Are you a descendant of Gilgamesh."

Gil: "Don't compare me that mongrel."

Back in the mountains, Izayoi and Mo-Ri were sparing. Izayoi took down Mo-Ri fifty times but the guy doesn't give up. He got up not with anger but with pure joy and fighting spirit.

Tae-Jin: "Ok today's training is over."

Mo-Ri: "But grandpa."

Tae-Jin: "Dinner is ready."

Mo-Ri: "Training is over." He ran inside the house without a second thought behind Tae-Jin.

Izayoi smiled and looked at Baron.

Izayoi: "He is Wu Kong? By behaviour, yes, but power."

Baron: "His power is sealed, but he is Wu Kong. He would be a great addition to the community."

Izayoi: "I like the guy... he got spirit. Manipulating people is not my thing. Leave that aside it's going take me some time to master RE Taekwondo. 10 days including the understanding the concept of recoilless."

Baron: "10 days..."

Izayoi: "A man gotta relax."
