Move System

*The whole idea of the Move System(The name of the system isn't wholely thought out) is being able to use POKEMON moves and through the use a system, the user will be able to strengthen the moves, and the best world to apply this to is worlds that are not super overpowered like DBZ or DXD*

*To nerf it, each move has a limit to how many you can use*
