Chapter 185: I am truly marrying Marvis.

" Sir, There are reporters outside demanding to talk to you ! " He declared.

" Reporters ? " Calcel found himself getting up from the seat..

" Yes. "

" What is it ? I didn't make any appointment . " He wondered.

" I think its about the video that leaked . " Ronnie said.

" Which video ? " Calcel asked.

" You mean you haven't seen it ? " Ronnie inguired with a frown.

" Hurry up and show me ! " Calcel yelled coldly and Ronnie quickly put the phone on and played the video.

Calcel got Ronnie's phone and watched it.

Derrick kneeling before Marvis and asking her for marriage. Calcel recalled him and remembered that Marvis told him that he was her ex boyfriend. Then after it played the second video when Marvis is saying that she is getting married to Calcel.

" When did this happen ? " Calcel asked furiously while he gave Ronnie back his phone.

" It was posted yesterday. "

Calcel sat back in his office chair in confusion.

" Sir, Should we chase the reporters away ? They have insisted on staying. " Ronnie said.

' Our wedding was supposed to be private. Why did she tell him about it ? '

Calcel wondered and stood up.

" No , I will go and talk to them.." He said and left his office.

Outside Wong cosmetics the reporters were indeed many in number and they were anxiously waiting. When they saw him come and ran and put their microphones and cameras on. Everything was live.

" Mr Wong , Is what Marvis said true ? " " Are you getting married to her ? " " And what of her ex lover ? "

They each asked the questions that they heard.

" All of shut up and listen ! " Calcel roared with his cold smd hostile look that they stopped talking in fear.

His hands were in his pockets and he looked scary and very confident.

Alyssa, David , Jenny , Gladys and May were all watching from the different places they were in after having watched Marvis who didn't say anything.

The rumor had spread in the Wong's mansion already that Marvis and Calcel are getting married.

May had also received the shocking news from her house and she had been furious about it.

Jenny was the one watching the news with David right now in the Mansion's living room.

" Mr Wong, These guys attacked Calcel. What do you think he is going to do ? " Jenny asked in worry.

David smiled and said. " If Calcel truly loves Marvis, He will defend her . "

May too had told Cynthia about it and they were watching right now.

" Mother, I can't believe that those two have been secretly dating and arranging for their wedding. " May argued.

" May , I want you to watch carefully. This is the point to prove if he really loves that Marvis. " Cynthia answered.

Even Gladys where she was anxious.

' This is the time for me to prove if Calcel loves Alyssa as Marvis more than he loved Alyssa herself. '

Alyssa at Hopkinsville media with Mr.Hopkinsville and a few workers were also watching anxiously.

Alyssa was on panic. She knew that he had disappointed him and didn't know if he was going to defend her or not.

Everyone was on tension waiting to hear what Calcel was going to say.

The reporters paid more attention and zoomed him. There was total silence as they were ready to hear him.

" In the video, What Marvis is true. I am getting married with her.." His first statements made the reporters to murmur again.

Alyssa sighed when he declared this.

May felt anger burn in her. How could he ?

Gladys on the other side exhaled and released a tear. ' Alyssa, There's no point of telling you the truth right now . It's better things remain like this. '

David and Jenny smiled when they heard this too.

" Oh My God ! so they are really getting married ? " The maids wondered.

" And about the man proposing to her in the video, It's not my first time to see him. He is Derrick. Her ex boyfriend. The two are nolonget together, I don't know why you guys make it a big deal. Is it your first time to see someond's ex get married ? " He asked them.

",But sir. We heard that she just dumped him for you. Because she is now famous and you have money. " One of the old reporters who was not afraid of him asked.

Calcel smirked and turned to face her.

" Ms, I want you to compare me to that man in the video. If you were Marvis, And we both loved you and wanted to marry you , Who would you choose between me and Derrick ? "

The question left the woman speechless .

And Calcel faced all of them again. David was enjoying this show.

" I didn't want to reveal this about Marvis because we were planning to keep our relationship private. But since someone unveiled it, I will tell you this...." He continued as they paid attention.

" That video was taken a year ago. I guess two years ago. By then , I didn't know Marvis. She was in a relationship with Derrick and and she loved him dearly. Bit do know what he did, He dumped her when she was carrying his child. " Calcel explained.

" Marvis suffered alone with the baby. Until she got an accident. And after that we met. So after everything she's gone through , You people still dare to pursue her ? " He asked.

" We are sorry Mr Wong. We didn't know the story behind this. " one of them apologized.

" I guess I have cleared everything. If there's nothing more to ask. Don't come back here. " He declared and went back inside.

David clapped after watching this. Jenny too had a smile on her face.

" Jokes aside, My son has no grown. " He complimented.

" Indeed. No one expected him to say this. This proves that he really loves Marvis and he is very ready to marry her.." said Jenny.

After the video May quickly switched off the tv in anger.

" Mom, How could he do this to me ? " She asked.

" May, You two divorced long ago. Why do you still care about what he does ? " Cynthia asked.
