Chapter 166: Does this mean that he likes me ?

" Who is there ? " Calcel asked as he followed the direction he the ball had gone to.

He found a woman groaning on the ground and her hair had scattered all over her face.

Calcel rushed to check on her.

" Ms , Are you okay ? " He asked and supported her to stand up by holding onto her shoulders.

When she was up she pulled the strands of hair away from her face to look at him and she realized that he was Calcel.

Calcel was surprised to see her again.

" Marvis ? "

" Calcel ? "

They both called their names.

Jenny had heard someone call her and when she came saw them from a distance.

From what she saw Calcel's hands were on Alyssa's hands. Jenny beamed and walked away.

Calcel quickly removed his hands from her when he realized that she was Marvis.

" Thank you.." She said looking up at him.

Calcel looked aside as if he didn't want to talk to her.

" What brings you here ? " He asked.

" I came to pay visit to Ms Jenny and the maids.." Answered in a murmur after when she noticed that he wasn't interested in talking to her she turned to leave but when she made one step her ankle pained her and she groaned again

Calcel heard and looked at her again.

" Are you alright ? " He asked with concern.

She looked down at her feet and then to him.

" ...i..i am fine. " She lied walked away but she could only make slow soft movements. She couldn't walk steadily and Calcel noticed this.

He shook his head and then went and carried her in his arms.

" What are you doing ? " Alyssa Alyssa asked when he sudden scooped her from the ground.

" Stay still..." He talked with a humorless look.

Alyssa found their faces too close and she could now feel his breath and sweet smell on her face. She ended up staring and keeping her mouth shut so Calcel seized this chance to take her away.

He took her back to the playground and made her sit on the seats under the shade.

Her eyes were still fixed on him until she sat on the wooden seat.

" Wait for me here.." He said and left.

Alyssa sat to wait for him but then suddenly something came into her mind. She felt like this has never happened to her before. She tried to remember but things in her mind were not clear.

She was like that when Cancel came back with house slippers in his hands.

Without a word to her he squatted before and begun untying her shoes.

" What are you doing ? " Alyssa asked again.

He continued with what he was doing and made her put on the slippers.

" This will make you feel better. " He said looking up at her and after her poured some oil on her ankle and smeared it.

After this he got up and sat besides her.

" Stay still for like thirty minutes then the oil can work. It will reduce the pain. " He said.

" Thank you..." Alyssa answered after that.

He got up when she asked.." Where are you going ? "

" I will proceed with playing basketball. " He answered.

He said and went back. Alyssa watched him and begun smiling. He really looked so cute like this.

Jenny finally came and joined them .

" Look who is here.." smiled Jenny when she saw Alyssa.

" Ms Jenny, I have been looking for you.." She said..

Jenny sat besides her and said..

" You have been looking for me yet you are here admiring someone ? " Jenny teased.

" Huh...admiring who ? "

Jenny gave Calcel a lovely look and said.

" Your boyfriend to be.."

Alyssa chocked when Jenny said this.

" What ? Boyfriend ? " She asked and she couldn't believe this.

" Marvis, Don't be shy like him. Tell me that you like Calcel.." Spoke Jenny.

" I don't.." Alyssa denied immediately.

" Marvis come on ! " Jenny looked serious. This wasn't a joke.

" Fine. Liking him is normal. Every woman in this mansion had a crush on him. But with time , It will go. " She said as Jenny gave her a keen look.

" And he doesn't like me.." She argued.

" No dear , I've seeing you two since day one. I've been in this mansion for thirty years. But I have never seen Calcel chat with a woman the way he used to with you. I've never seen him hug any woman in this mansion. And I've never see him carry his own slippers to someone because they have been injured. I never saw him apply oil on someone's leg with that care. " Jenny narrated.

"You really stalk us. But Ms Jenny. Don't misunderstand. We are just friends. He did all that because we are friends.." Argued Alyssa.

",Oops , Calcel had never had friends in this house. "

This hit Alyssa different. She calmed down and then said. " So , Does this mean that he also likes me ? " She asked.

" Exactly that. " Jenny responded.

" Ms Jenny. I don't want to her confused. If he ever did anything for me. Its because i remind him of Alyssa. " She said.

Jenny held her hands in her palm and said.

" No dear. I accept that you two have many similarities . But I assure you that you are the one that he loves. " Jenny comforted.

Alyssa looked at Calcel who was still enjoying his sport and wondered if this was true.

" Oh, He's coming. Let me leave. " Jenny left.

" How are you feeling now ? " Calcel asked holding the ball in his hands.

" Better. I guess i should leave." She said getting up.

As soon as she stood up she staggered. Calcel saw this and hurried in to hold her.

" Are you fine ? " He asked.

He felt her hands become loose and realized that she has passed out.

" Marvis..." He called and then carried her in his arms to the Mansion.

" What has happened to her ? " Jenny asked on seeing them.

",Hurry up and open my car..we need to take her to the hospital.." Jenny said.

" Ohh.." She nodded and rushed to pick the keys from his room.

Dora and her mates were from trying their clothes when they saw Calcel walk in rush with Alyssa in his arms.

" My God ! What happened to her ? " Mary asked.

" Lets follow and see.."

Jenny hurried back with the keys and Calcel put Alyssa inside his car at the back door.

" I will sit with her.." Jenny said getting inside.

" No Ms Jenny..You can't leave the Mansion alone. I will take good care of her.." Calcel refused.

" Okay then..." Jenny nodded and stayed back.

Calcel hurried into the car and drove off.

At the hospital..

After sometime, The doctor came out of the emergency room. Calcel had been waiting anxiously.

He immediately got up on seeing him.

" Doctor , How is she ? " He asked.

" She is now fine.." Answered the doctor.

" Why did she suddenly pass out ? " Calcel asked.

" She has been over working with no rest. And besides that, There's something that she is fighting with in her mind. " Said the doctor

" What do you mean ? " Calcel asked.

" Well...She is struggling with things in her mind that make her to over think. So she just needs to relax and have enough rest. " The doctor explained.

" Oh..Okay Doctor. Thank you. " Calcel said. " Can I see her now ? " He asked

" Sure..." The doctor nodded and left.

Calcel went inside and found her there. Her eyes were open and when she heard the footsteps she turned to look at him.

" Calcel..." She called and tried to sit but he immediately clatched on her shoulders and stopped her.

" You don't have to.." He said and sat at the edge of the sick bed.

" I am sorry for bringing me here. I will call my Manager Camilla to pick me.." She said.

" No need..." Calcel spoke.

" I will drive you back. " He said.

" I am now fine. You can leave. " She said.
