Chapter 115: My daughter.

After hugging, Marvis sat down such that they could talk.

" Marvis, Hiding is now useless. I am going back to my mother. " Alyssa declared.

" Going back ? Are you planning to leave me now ? "

" I have to. "

" No Alyssa, You can't just leave me like that. You are the only friend that I had here. " Marvis spoke her eyes turning wet.

" Marvis, You don't have worry. Once I go, I will be coming to pay you visits. " Alyssa said.

" Why does everyone one who I get close with leave me ? " She asked and left Alyssa's room but Alyssa could add anything.

Alyssa stayed their stuck. " Did I say anything bad ? " She wondered.

She decided to go to her room and packed her bags. After she went to meet Doctor Thomas from his Office.

The Doctor was there and she was glad he wasn't busy.

" Good afternoon Doctor.." Alyssa greeted

" Good afternoon Alyssa. Have a seat ! "

Alyssa smiled at him. " How are you feeling , I have been busy and didn't get time to talk to you. " Said Thomas.

" I've been doing well Doctor. And Thanks to you. "

" So...is there any problem? " Thomas asked.

" Doctor , I am going to back to my Mother. " Alyssa declared.

" Going back? Why all off sudden ? "

" Doctor, There's no more a reason for me to hide. May found out I am pregnant so....probably everyone else will know. "

" Ooh, I am so sorry it's all my fault. I should have transferred you to a further hospital. "

" No Doctor, It's not. " Alyssa said. " You did do anything wrong. " She said.

" Well..., Did you tell Calcel? "

" Not yet. "

" And what of Marvis ? "

" I told Marvis but she has been so angry that I am leaving her. " Alyssa chatted.

" Poor girl ! She is going to back to her old ways. " Thomas said with a sigh.

" What do you mean ? " Alyssa asked.

" People have problems but Marvis is beyond. When I brought her here, I thought I had given her a new hope. Bht unfortunately work keeps busy and I have my wife to take care of. You are the only closet friend she had found. Now you are also leaving her. " Said Thomas.

" What really happened? " Alyssa asked.

" When Marvis came here, She was pregnant and she wanted to do abortion. "

" She told me that. "

" Well...she must have told you everything then. "

" No , All she said was that her boyfriend and parents abandoned her. And she wanted to do abortion but you stopped her.."

" That is right. I looked put fir her parents and tried to talk to them but they were still not willing to take her back unless she aborted. "

" Oh my God ! " Alyssa exclaimed

" How could parents be so inconsiderate like that ? " She asked.

" It was her step mother's doing.." Thomas declared.

" So you mean she was staying with her step mother? " Alyssa asked.

" Yes. Her father married another woman when her real mother died. She has been suffering because of that. " Thomas said.

" She didn't tell me of that? " Alyssa asked.

" She even reached a point of commiting suicide when I said I wasn't going to help her abort the baby. So in order to stop her, I promised to take care of her. "

" So her parents are aware she is here ? "

" Yes. But surprisingly they have never tried to visit her even at once. "

" What the man who made her pregnant? " Alyssa asked

" They all refused to say something about it. " Thomas said.

" Doctor...Can you allow me take Marvis with me ? " Alyssa asked after listening to the sad story.

" You want to take her to your place? " Thomas asked.

" Yes. I just live with my Mother who is always at work. I will be staying with Marvis. " Alyssa suggested.

" That will be very good. I am sure she will be happy about it. " The doctor answered.

" Then let me go and ask her to get her stuff ready . "

" Thanks for the kindness Alyssa. "

" Thanks you too Doctor fjr taking care of me for the past two weeks. It was really nice. " Alyssa said with a smile.

" Then...reach well. And send greetings to your mother. " Thomas spoke.

" I will...See you when we meet again. " Alyssa said getting up from the seat.

She went to Marvis' room and found Marvis in bed.

" Hello Marvis.." She said with a crooked smile.

" I don't want to hear you say goodbye. Leave already! " Marvis said angry not even bothering to look at her.

" I won't say goodbye. Don't you want to hear what i have come to tell you ? " Alyssa asked

Now Marvis got up and sat on the bed. Her eyes were red from crying.

" What is it now ? " Marvis asked.

" Marvis, Will you come home with me ? " Alyssa asked.

" What did you say ? " Marvis could not believe her ears

" I was requesting you to come and start staying with me. "

" Are you serious about this ? " Marvis questioned in disbelief.

" Ya.." Alyssa smiled.

Marvis jumped out of the bed and gave Alyssa a big hug.

" Thank you so much Alyssa. " She released her.

" I want to.." She said.

" Then...ger your stuff ready. " Alyssa said.

" I don't have any stuff to pack. Its jyst a few clothes that Doctor Thomas bought for me. "

" Okay. Bring them, I will put them in my suitcase. "

" Thank you so much Alyssa . " Marvis said.

" Always dear. " Alyssa answered.

Calcel was in his office when he recieved a call from Alyssa. He smiled on seeing it and picked the phone.

" Hello my love. " He said huskly.

"Calcel.. I called to tell you that I am leaving the hospital. " Alyssa said from the other side.

" Why are you leaving all of sudden ? " He asked.

" May came here earlier. She found out everything. " Alyssa declared.

Calcel heaved a heavy breath on hearing this.

" How did she react? " Calcel asked.

" She was just chocked and she left without a word. " Alyssa said.

" I have to meet her right now. And...you wait for me. I will come and pick you.
