Loud clashing sounds came from the castle.

Various magics are used in the battle, with fire, water, lightning, and stones erupting from different places inside the castle.

At this moment John is running around inside the castle while avoiding any fights whatsoever.

He's currently looking for the library where the books about array are located.

While running suddenly a scorching heat came from the side, his eyes narrowed as he rolled forward to dodge the attack.

He turned to look at the attack hitting the wall and exploding into flames.

He looked at the source of the attack and saw a man in a red robe standing there shouting.

"Intruders DIE! Blazing Fire: Seven flames of the Great Blaze!"

Following the shout, a red magic circle appeared on the man's hand and seven fireballs flew out of the magic circle.

After that the fireballs flew toward John at a fast speed, John quickly reacted and pulled out the Iron Sentry totem and blocked the fireballs.

When the fireballs and the barrier clashed, it only took four fireballs to destroy the barrier, but John already got out of that spot before the barrier collapsed.

John looked back in remorse as he watched the sentry be destroyed by the 7 fireballs.

After all, that was the first defensive totem he ever made, so he has certain feelings for this totem that saved his life many times before.

He waved his hands and summoned 5 puppets to attack as the hallways of the castle are narrow.

"Soldiers, Attack!"

The five puppets rushed toward the red-robed man, causing the man's eye to shrink as a new red magic circle formed in his hands.

"Blazing Fire: Blaze Wall!"

A red magic circle opened on the floor in front of the man as blazing fire went up from there creating a wall of fire.

The puppets claws slashed against the wall of fire shattering it almost instantly, but behind that wall was an empty space.

John cursed when he saw that.

'The enemy is in the dark and I'm in the light, I must immediately find him and kill him to avoid dangerous situations from happening.'

'It's really unlucky, I'll definitely needed to modify my puppets so that they can track the enemies.'

After that he released all 15 puppets to search for the red robed man, giving an order to attack anyone in red that it sees.

Goo thing that even though the souls that possess the puppets had low intelligence they can still follow such simple orders.

He followed them to search with the two bear puppets by his side to search for that red robed man.

After searching for a bit, he heard signs of fighting not far from him.

He hurried forward and saw three red robed men are fighting before a door and one of the men is the one that attack John earlier.

Seeing this a sentence popped up in Jonh's head.

The snipe and the mussel fought while the fisherman profit.

So John called all the searching puppets to his side and watched as the three men fought.

Blazing fires were thrown from their hands toward the others as they fought, but they all avoided the area near the door.

Seeing this John was more curious on what was behind that door, he couldn't wait anymore longer.

So he had the puppets surround the three men and started charging their beams to attach the enemy.

By the time the enemy noticed it was already too late as 15 beams of light blasted them into pieces.

After the smoke has scattered, what was left of the three men was just a few pieces of flesh and clothing that scattered inside the hallway.

After that he opened the door a bit and let a puppet go inside first to check if there were any traps.

After a minute and confirming that the puppet is still intact, John went in and left two puppets to guard the door.

Inside the room was a small library with shelves full of books row upon row of books, John was excited seeing this he picked up one book to see what it was for.

[Blazing Fire Magic]

Seeing that it was about magic, he didn't hesitate anymore and started putting every shelf that he saw into the Mage's Sancturary.

He'll put them inside first and read them later, he has plenty of time to read.

He would even buy one of the expensive tools called Gale-force reading glasses the one with 6X first since they are quite pricy!
