The bamboos between the boulders initially looked thin and harmless, but they were now massive trees with thick trunks. These big trees were quite dense, and they collectively covered up the sky.
The king of the Silver Ring Crocodiles was enormous, so anything it saw was usually as small as an ant in its eyes. However, this time was different. It was the one that felt like an ant while everything else was so huge! Even the humans it had chased earlier suddenly looked like giants!
It had fallen into an illusion! Whether it was a person or a beast that fell into the trap, there was always a subconscious fear for an opponent that was larger than itself. Hence, this was the same for the giant crocodile. After it rushed around trying to escape, it suddenly felt paralyzed in fear.
