He... or more specifically she thought that this world is the same and that she just went back in time or is in an alternate universe. She would later learn the truth... moments before her- ====================== This is a AU fanfic of Dr. Stone. Just read it to know more. ====================== Author's Note: I will try to at least release a chapter per week. If you're lucky maybe three chapters, but I will try posting chaps here every week. ——PS: The cover photo is not mine so don't sue me. ——Another PS: This story is 'extremely' slow paced. Like you won't see any main cast aside from Ryusui and Sai even after 25 chapters. Read at your own discretion, if you don't wanna read, okay.

C8 LL & CC

(A/N: It has been a long time since I last watched it, about two years perhaps... So my memories are mushy. Tell me if I got anything wrong :3 )

"...please... protect us...wait for me... to wake up..."

After uttering those words, the illusory silhouette of the woman slowly vanished, leaving the black haired man to stare blankly at the statue of two people hugging each other.

"I thought that our adventure together will be normal and boring this time but... it seems like we're in for another kind of trouble, CC."

"To be honest, I didn't expect you to even accompany me. You ought to stay by your sister's side and now its even more impossible to be there if what I'm thinking is right, Lelouch."

The lady with long emerald hair looked at the thin man with a sideway glance. Feeling her gaze, the thin man named Lelouch just chuckled bitterly.

"It does seem like my choice was not the best. But even if I stayed, the curse of the code will make my stay there miserable to say the least. And you're quite hard to find, don't you think so, CC?"

The emerald haired woman named CC just stared ahead at the statues without answering him. She knows too well what he meant. Distancing himself from them was probably the best choice than watching his loved ones slowly rot away.

Seeing her not answering him, Lelouch shook his head slightly with a self deprecating laugh before turning to the statues. He then curiously went forward and touched the statues.

As he carefully inspected the statues, he noticed the molds and the cracks on them. He also saw signs of rock erosion, though not that apparent.

"These two statues have been here for a long time, maybe hundreds of years. But the curious thing is... the shrine is clean and pristine as if it is recently made."

He then looked at CC and said, "That spirit earlier, the one who asked us to protect them, probably made this shrine to summon us or something."

CC nodded. These statues probably has powers akin to C's World capable of even granting them immortality. Soon her expression turned to shock as she realized an important detail.

"I-I can't feel my connection to C's World..."

Hearing her words, Lelouch was shocked. C's World serves as a sort of back up. Every time that a person with the Code of Immortality dies, their bodies are rebuilt by C's World. Even the soul, if ever their soul in the real world is destroyed, there is a back up in the C's World. It's just that due to what he did, C's World's God died and the back up body parts aren't infinite anymore but enough to last them for almost an eternity.

Despite that chaos in C's World, they are supposed to have connection with the C's world as there's still some Thought Elevators left in the world, so they should feel even a bit of connection. As he thought about it, Lelouch couldn't help but have a strained smile.

"It seems like your thoughts are right... We are indeed not in our world anymore, CC."

When she heard his words, CC couldn't help but blink innocently. She hadn't thought of that, she thought that they'd go back in time or somewhere in some other continent in a remote place.

Lelouch then went on and looked around the place. They were in a jungle with abundant wildlife, based on the monkeys and other animals he saw by far.

"Can you still use your Geass Lelouch?"

CC asked him, to which Lelouch responded with a curt nod. Lelouch then looked at CC and said, "Let us make a tent here first and take a look at our surroundings for information."

CC nodded and placed down the large bag beside her, as did Lelouch, and they both started preparing to make a camp. The both of them were already prepared to camp outside sometimes during their trip so they were prepared. It was just that they both didn't expect to get caught up in this bizarre event.

" . . . "

'Fuck me...'

As soon as I woke up from my sleep, I cursed as I didn't expect to get knocked out immediately by just summoning two people. It was just two people for fuck sake. How long did I sleep as a cost for this?

Shaking my imaginary head, I immediately went and manifested myself to see the state of the outside world. I summoned those two people to protect our statue and maybe for them to create a civilization again in this world that can help revive other people who were petrified. Even a village of people is good enough as long as we could revive our past civilization slowly.

But what I saw outside made me speechless. Our shrine is now turned into some kind of plaza in the middle of a city. There were other people walking around in what seemed like rough linen clothing.

There were guards surround our statue like it's some kind of historical monument. As soon as those guards saw me, they were shocked.

"The spirit!!" "Report to His Majesty" "The sorceress is awake!" "Go to the castle!"

The first thing that came to my mind is... What the fuck happened? How long did I even sleep for it to come to this?!

I looked around and saw that this place looked similar to those medieval European cityscape I've seen in historical paintings and some old photographs. Did I summon two European people?

But just as I thought of this, I caught a glimpse of a... traditional japanese castle in the distance. I think that's the castle those guards are yelling about.

Soon, I saw a carriage approaching the plaza from the direction of the castle. The carriage then stopped in front of me and two people walked out.

One of them was wearing a sleeveless black uniform with a high collar, gold trim, and a silver symbol on the chest. The lower end of the uniform splits off into four long pieces that nearly extend to the floor. A long, adorned red sash is also worn around the waist. She also wears long black gloves with gold trim kept on with red bands on the upper arms as well as long white and gold high-heeled boots.

The other one wore a black uniform and pants with militaristic designs akin to past italian military uniform but black. He also donned a long tailcoat and an eye patch adorning his face along with a piece of gem hanging off of it. The man then spoke to her with a light chuckle.

"You sure did take your time, summoner."

Hearing his words, I immediately realized that these two were the people I summoned. They look kind of familiar, but I pushed it to the back of my mind and asked what's important.

"How long did I sleep?"

The emerald haired woman answered me.

"Only about 700 years. Nothing much."

"WHAT?! How are you two still alive then?!"
