World and Powers
"You know us?" Luna asked.
"Yes and no, I know about your past but that doesn't mean I know you on a personal level like a friend. Luna Lunoire age 21 years old, you're a foodie, you like games, singing, and dancing. 6 months ago you were diagnosed with an uncurable disease and had 1 year left to live so you decided to pull a breaking bad and die with a bang. Lucas Lumos age 22 years old, a clothes and cosplay designer with some skills in building devices, you're Luna's childhood sweetheart and have similar tastes as hers. When you found out about her disease and plans you decided to help her in her plans and die with her to stay together forever. Now the reason I brought you both here is to give you two choices, one you stay here and help us create chaos in heaven. Two, I reincarnate you both in a random world with some powers where your job is to cause some chaos every now and then but if your chaos harms dogs, be prepared to be punished by me." John warned sternly as he squinted his eyes dangerously at them.
""Second choice please!"" Both instantly replied.
"So be it" as John said that a roulette wheel was summoned infront of them filled with names of different worlds.
"Together?" Lucas asked.
"Always" Luna smiled back and they both spun wheel. It kept spinning for a minute before landing on the word DC.
"Aw we got dc, now we have to deal with captain paranoia and his underwear flashing goody twoshoes boyfriend." Sulked Luna.
"Well at least we avoided war hammer, worms and other places like that."
"Yeah you're right Luca we shouldn't sulk yet because we still have to see what our powers are gonna be."
"Alright you two, now each one of you has to choose one of the gifts surrounding you to see what you will get." As John said that the room became an endless open space with millions of varying colors presents.
"How about I pick for you and you do the same for me?" Luna suggested.
"Sure that will add more to the mystery of our luck." Nodded Lucas.
"Eenie meenie mienie moe, I will stab you if you're a hoe." Luna said in a sing song manner and chose Lucas gift. "A black box with a red ribbon, Luca's favorite colors."
Meanwhile Luca is also done choosing Luna's gift. It's a black starry galaxy colored box with purple since she likes these 2 colors and the stars.
"Now before you both open your gifts, I want to give you both a reincarnators starting pack which should help you quite a bit. It includes:
a) Mind readers can't discover your past life and meta knowledge.
b) Clones created by people other than yourself only have your looks but no powers.
c) All powers granted cannot be stolen or copied by metahumans, mutants, etc...
d) You become both a paradox and a singularity so you can't be killed in the past to die in the future and there won't be evil versions of yourself from a different reality.
e) 1 free customization of how you look.

"Alright I'll start first let's see how much luck you used for me" Luna excitedly opened her box.
"Congratulations, you got random person number 369420's custom made character's abilities which are:
1. Six eyes adjusted for mana.
2. Elemental, Enchantment, Runes, and Natural Forces Magic.
3. A body that physically gets stronger the more mana you have, and frequently using mana increases your mana pool." A voice inside the box explained.
"Ok you got some nice powers now I'm next, let's see what I'll get" Lucas commented as he opened his box next.
"Congratulations, you got random person number 63,249,681's dream fusion character template. The template is a mix of:
1. The Kluh version of world breaker Hulk
2. King in Black Venom (Small remnants of enigma force included)
3. All Rider version of ghost rider"

"Oh sugar honey ice tea, I got a jackpot!" Jack exclaimed, he then turned to look at Luna "and it's all thanks to my lucky moon."
"Hehehehehehhe what can I say." Luna giggled.
"Finally you both now just have to choose your new looks and then I'll send you both off."
"Quick question, can we transmigrate into DC with backgrounds already made for us instead of reliving our entire lives?" Lucas asked.
"Yeah, we don't wanna go through stinky diapers, school, and puberty again." Luna vehemently nodded.
"Sure, why not." John then snapped his fingers "now you both have backgrounds similar to your past lives."
""Thank you John"" They simultaneously said. After that they looked at each other with meaningful smiles both understanding each others intentions.

Both finished deciding what their new looks would be without telling the other since they want to surprise each other.
"I'll show mine first" said Luca as he showed her the image of a tall, 185cm man with long red hair reaching his upper back and light blue eyes. (Image)
"My red haired husbando!" Luna squeeled in delight. "I'm next, I decided to mix and match between 3 of your waifus so I hope both of you show me how happy you are later~" Luna coquettishly whispered into Luca's ear.
"I decided the body's base to be like Shego's with a bit of X-23's body and muscles mixed with it. As for the face, hair, and eyes I decided to use Raiden Ei's looks. As for height I'll set it to be 175cm" (Images)
Luca couldn't hide his smile as he looked at Luna's new look 'she knows me too well' he silently thought.
"By the way Luca since we're transmigrating into a fictional world turned real, doesn't that mean we will have to keep that promise we made 6 years ago?"
"Hmm, you mean the one we made on Christmas? The one where I said I wanted a harem of fictional women, and you told me that you would agree to it only if they get your approval and in return I also help you become 'Queen of the world' without any official ruler's duties?"
"Yep that one."
"So you being the queen of my heart isn't enough for you, you also want the world?" Luca feigned sadness.
"Oh please, you know how much I love you" she said before slowly coming close to kiss him. Suddenly a portal opened behind them and they were both shoved into with the last thing they heard was John shouting "Go get a room you two" before being sent to DC.
