Mark's eyes bulged, he simply couldn't believe it. He had followed Li Wei step by step, but never imagined that Li Wei would cunningly take advantage of such a mindset to lure him foolishly into the trap he dug himself—and then bury him in it—
Mark tried to reach out with his right hand to grab Li Wei, but his stiff muscles were completely frozen in place, unable to move. His calmness disappeared in an instant, and he desperately tried to turn his upper body to follow Li Wei's movements, but was as awkward and clumsy as R2-D2 from "Star Wars."
Turning around, then another turn.
His body couldn't keep up with the speed of his brain's reactions, and the next second, Mark simply... fell straight back.
He tumbled over.
Shame, profound shame.
As Mark fell backward, the world turned upside down; his gaze never left Li Wei, as he tried to discern the triumphant smile underneath Li Wei's helmet, but he could see nothing, only the number 23 receding into the distance.
"Li Wei!"
