Without thinking Samuel walked over to the black set of armour. Because it actually came with a pitch black High Mortal Spear! Far better than the Spear Samuel was using.

As soon as Samuel put on the set of Armour, he felt some incredible changes course through his body. His control of Spiritual Energy heightened quickly as he felt he could strengthen the armour at will.

Slowly as he injected his energy into the armour, it glowed brightly and under Samuels shocked eyes thousands of little needles pierced into his skin!

He felt the Armour connect to him, under a single message the armour and spear retreated, melting into a tiny mole on his skin. It could be brought out at any time in a moment's notice!

Samuel was amazed at this, and looking at the other two sets of armour he had the urge to bind them with his body immediately. Then he would have three sets of armour possible to be used at any point!

But he withheld the urge, these sets of armour could only be bound to one person, it would be a waste for Samuel to use them all. It would be better if they were left to someone else.

After all, Artifacts are a precious resource for any organisation or family, their value is limitless.

For large families with millions of billions of members the more artifacts they have the better. They often need to provide Artifacts to their talented descendants or even equip armies with them!

After Samuel finished familiarising himself with the set of Armour, he stored the other two sets, one with a sword and one with a bow into his Spiritual Ring before focusing on the rest of the resources in the Cave.

The next thing he saw was a large weapons rack, there were easily a dozen weapons of all different shapes and sizes, but they all had one thing in common, they were Low Mortal Artifacts!

Unfortunately there were no Middle Mortal Artifacts, but these alone firmly raised the background of the family.

Although Artifacts aren't unaffordable to Samuel Anymore, even the cheapest costs hundreds of Spiritual crystals.

And weapons are far from cheap, the cheapest being thousands of Spiritual Crystals!

After storing the weapons, Samuel continued to look around. What came next was a small iron vault.

''Break for me!''

A pitch black spear appeared in Samuels hand as it blasted forward, shattering the lock on the vault.

The vault swung open, revealing a space disproportionate to its size, filled with shining crystals.

They were all Spiritual Crystals, piled up in mountains!

In an instant Samuel stored the entire vault in his Space Ring and counted over two hundred thousand crystals!

Such a number was enough to make his eyes wide. Although with his current income he could make it after twenty years of saving, it is a huge sudden income!

But the looting wasn't over yet. Samuel turned to see a large case of pills!

Smashing open the case Samuel saw five vials each containing a pure white pill.

''These are Washing Pills?'' Samuels eyes widened.

He saw these Washing Pills in the Alchemy City Store. They could be used by any rank, but they cost 50,000 Spiritual Crystals per pill!

Obviously that was far out of Samuel's price range.

But he was always greedy for these pills. Because they have the effect of washing the body clean of impurities and rapidly increasing your potential!

Most people fail to break through to the next level because their body gets filled with the impurities in the Spiritual Energy they absorb.

It blocks up their veins and abdomen preventing absorption and therefore they can't break through any further.

But this Washing pill can remove all of that! Even Rank 1 Warriors could break through to Rank 2 and continue to grow with these pills!

And they have another effect. If used on children, it has a chance to produce a Clean constitution!

A clean constitution can double a warrior's practice speed, but it is incredibly difficult to maintain.

Not only do you need a Washing pill on the day of the child's birth, no mortal food can be eaten from then on.

You must eat a diet of only Spiritual Medicines without the impurities and Beast meats. But even then you often can't maintain a completely clean constitution!

The better quality the medicines in the child's daily diet and the more spiritual energy contained in the meats the cleaner their constitution will remain. But for most it will deteriorate slowly as time goes on.

But even so their practice speed will far outdo others! So most families will provide Washing pills to their descendants and try their best to maintain the Clean Constitution.

Thinking of this, Samuel stored the five pills in his spiritual ring. He would keep them for his next children. Any child with a Rank 3 Spiritual Root that is born will have a Washing Pill used on them.

After all if they have a Rank 2 Spiritual Root the benefit isn't that large to Samuel .

But if a Rank 3 Child could practise in half the time they would quickly add another top combat power for Samuel.

After putting away the pills, Samuel realised that there was very little left in the hall. Only a large quantity of Pseudo-Artifacts and stacks of common materials. More than enough Materials to construct a skyscraper, and they were all basic Spiritual Materials!

Samuel stored them all into his Spiritual Ring and the second everything was gone, he felt a pressure wrap around his body and he reappeared in the sky above BlueStar.

Looking around seeing that there was no one there he rushed to return to his compound.

He could wait and loot others, but there is no guarantee that a strong warrior would get jealous and try to take the stuff that he got out of it.

The resources collected here are more than enough to double his family's wealth, even if it cost him the next 50 years of freedom it was worth it!

So Samuel returned to the family compound. While he was there he had time to analyse who it was that actually returned alive.

And soon the results came out. In the first skirmish Samuel lost close to 300 Brocade Guards. In the second trial he lost a further 200 Brocade Guards.

Samuel sighed but later thought that it might not be a bad thing. The only way to lose the second trial is to either be overconfident or weak willed. So replacing the 200 Guards is worthwhile.

Samuel also saw that none of his Guards, nor Eternal Guards made it past. They aren't like Samuel who has the soul strength of eight people per year. They are only a century old since they were summoned.

But the benefits brought by practising on the Stairs weren't small. Just a few hours of practice were equivalent to a few years for the Guards that Participated!
