Chapter 283

Samuels thinking was quickly interrupted by a sweet voice from the girl.

With his strength he can easily determine that this was a normal girl. Not a figment of the formation. Clearly when the inheritance appeared it chose a group of females to bring in from bluestar.

And the test was to see who would kill them. Can you kill mortals for the chance at inheritance?

''Please mister!''

Samuel heard the repetitive begging, but his eyes showed a ruthless look. A flash of light appeared in front of him and the begging stopped.

Samuel turned his head and looked outside, only to see the sky shatter like glass revealing as the terrain dissipated.

Scattered around the new platform were thousands of people, the only similarity was that beside each of them was a bleeding corpse of a naked lady.

Samuel turned towards the dead lady beside him and shook his head, it's a shame, but a mortal's life isn't comparable to the future of his family.

''It seems like we have completed the challenges.''

Samuel smirked seeing the rest of the people who clearly passed. And as expected a minute later a voice echoed around the hall.

''Congratulations to all of you for completing my set of tests hahahaha! It is good to see that you maintain the ruthless personality that I adore in you humans.''

''Now! It is your turn to decide what rewards you receive! There are ten thousand rooms here, enough for all of you to receive rewards, but some are better than others. Please decide amongst yourself!''

The voice had an entertained tone as it radiated across the hall. What followed was an earth shaking noise. All of the female corpses melted weirdly into the ground as ten thousand large caves appeared in front him.

Only then did he realise that there were exactly ten thousand people here! As for what happened to the others? Well it seems quite obvious.

But Samuel quickly noticed something. The large caves were actually of different sizes. With

Thousands of small cave's the size of a house on the edges, and five colossal caves easily as big as the empire state building in the centre!

''So this is what he means by sorting it out amongst ourselves?'' Samuel sighed slightly.

Without thinking too much, he vanished and reappeared at one of the outermost caves. Although he isn't weak, he is far too weak to mix among the powerhouses left over in the top ten thousand.

With the exception of a few Rank 3 Warriors, a majority are Rank 4 for above!

But Samuel didn't rush to enter the cave. Instead he stared at the five caves in the middle.

From what he saw, there are 10 Rank 9 powerhouses but only 5 largest caves. He wanted to see the battle.

And as expected, the ten mist covered figures blasted out at full speed. Even with Samuels Rank 3 Eyesight he could barely see a train of energy left behind. Before he knew it they had all appeared in front of the set of caves and were fighting!

However Samuel realised something was wrong. His eyes fixed on two figures that smacked their hands together, but just as they hit an earth shattering aura spread throughout the space!

''Not good!''

Samuel felt an incredible burning in his eyes, his right eye instantly turning blind as blood poured out of eye sockets covering his face.

''Pah!''

Samuel spat out a heavy wave of blood as he urged his body to quickly enter the cave. And only after he was inside did he feel any relief from the incredible pain.

His body withered rapidly as blood began to pour out of his mouth and all his orifices.

''It deserves to be a powerhouse. Even watching it caused this much harm.''

Samuels eyes squinted slightly; he could clearly feel he wouldn't recover for at least 50 years! Just watching the most basic clash between Rank 9 Warriors caused his body to suffer so much pain.

If it was a warrior skill attack or at full power Samuel didn't even want to think about what could've happened!

''No wonder there were no one else watching the battles.''

Samuel sighed. He realised now why everyone rushed into the caves as quickly as possible. They weren't even willing to fight for the higher level caves, because they would naturally be destroyed by the aftermath!

''At least I made it alive.''

Samuel smirked looking at the cave ahead of him. Regardless of his injuries, he is confident he will be able to get something valuable here. Even if it was the lowest level of caves available.

Slowly Samuel trekked through the cave, it wasn't very long. Soon he came to the centre.

In front of him a wooden sign was held.

''Congratulations to the contestant for occupying one of my inheritance caves! Enjoy the rewards within!''

Samuel saw the words and looked past the sign. Behind them there was a large cave filled with all sorts of treasures.

Samuel's breathing turned heavy looking at it all, it spanned dozens of metres of pure piles of treasures! Not to mention Samuel saw quite a few Storage Space objects within there.

This treasury is comparable to dozens of the Rank E organisations that Samuel has wiped out!

Quickly Samuel dived into the room. Focusing on picking up the Storage Equipment first, there were three Spiritual Rings and ten cloth bags.

Luckily the Cloth Bags could be placed in the Spiritual Rings, so Samuel quickly fitted the three rings on his fingers and shoved the bags in without checking what was in them.

Then he turned towards a large armour rank with three sets of armour beside them. What amazed Samuel was that these three sets of Armour were all High Mortal Artifacts!

High Mortal Artifacts are worth tens of times more than Middle Mortal Artifacts, let alone set artifacts like these pieces of armour! They are incredibly valuable!

Even Samuel only has one or two Middle Mortal Artifacts in his entire Family, and they are all artifacts with mediocre affects! Far from comparable to these.

Samuels eyes fixated on the three sets. One a vivid green, one a pure blue and the last a pitch black. Each of them were covered with identical spikes with a small slit in a box helmet.

Clearly they were identical sets but the difference was just in the colour.

Creation is hard, cheer me up!
