Chapter 31, Going Home

Although I spent half of my available Sanguimancy energy in my body, my Mana is still high as I still don't have any spells to use, and I only used Mana to strengthen my body as using Sanguimancy energy is still a little difficult for me to use.

At that moment the red goblin King suddenly roared and the horn on its forehead started to shine crimson.

Immediately the goblin's strength increased and the same with its agility, and its other status.

I wanted to look, but I knew if I lost focus for a second, I would turn into meat paste, so I decided to risk using the unique skill that I gained from my class.

I tried using it in the past two days on weak goblins to test its efficacy and the effects were amazing but it takes me some time as I would need to focus as the skill is very hard to do at first and would take me about a minute to prepare.

But after training the last two days I at least managed to reduce the time to 20 seconds, so I will need to do something to delay the goblin, reaching this point, I decided to do it.

Seeing the goblin coming at me while swinging the club in its hand in the direction of my face.

I immediately dodged by rolling to the side.

Seeing that I dodged the attack again, made the goblin King angry.

Hearing the roar, I just ignored him and used this time while the goblin roaring to make some distance between me and the goblin King.

As soon as I made a good amount of distance between us, I activated one of my skills.

[Blood Spear]

Immediately a large blood spear formed over the goblin King's head and then I motioned with my hand downside.

The blood spear was formed using Sanguimancy energy to form the spear with Mana being used to make the spear more solid.

The spear penetrated the goblin king's defense and passed through his chest.

Although I aimed at his head, the goblin King managed to dodge easily with its head, so the spear passed through its shoulder till its chest.

Of course, such an attack wouldn't kill the goblin king, it just made him angry again.

After all, if that is all that it takes to kill the goblin King, I would have been at home 10 mins ago.

Anyway collecting my thoughts and focusing my mind as I don't have much time only about 15 seconds before the goblin King break the spear that penetrated him.

Now to activate my unique skill, I started to channel all of my remaining Mana and half of my remaining Sanguimancy energy into my two hands to fuse them.

Such a thing took me the first time I tried it, 1 minute after failing a few times and injuring myself in the process.

Now it should take me 20 seconds and maybe less under the pressure coming from the goblin King.

As the energy moved through my hands they started to clash a little and cause a small amount of pain in my body, but I just ignored the pain and continued focusing, because this is the first time I focused all of this energy together.

The two blue Mana energy started to fuse with crimson Sanguimancy energy as they produced a new energy that is purple in color and with very violent properties, as controlling it, for now, is very difficult.

After what seemed like 10 seconds, the goblin King broke free from the spear and directly roared and ran in my direction as it sensed the threat coming from the purple energy I am producing now.

All it took was 3 more seconds to arrive near me, but those were enough to make a small ball of purple energy.

As soon as the red Goblin King came near me, I threw the purple orb at it and ran away without looking back using all of my agility.

As for the Goblin King?

he stopped to swing his club at the purple ball even though he felt the threat of death coming from this seemingly purple ball that is the size of a baseball ball.

When the club came near the purple ball, the purple ball just passed through the club and continued unhindered in the direction of the Goblin King.

It passed through the club by breaking the club from the place the purple ball passed through.

Seeing this the Goblin King roared again in rage and slight fear, but this was his last action, as the purple ball arrived near his stomach.

The moment the purple ball touched the goblin's stomach, it immediately exploded silently and involved the whole upper body of the goblin King leaving no chance to regenerate.

The red goblin king's upper body completely disappeared as if it didn't exist, no matter how much of a monster is it in regeneration, it can't come back after having half of its body destroyed by this energy.

As for me who run away after throwing the ball, I just fell on my butt from my exhaustion after seeing that the red goblin King has fallen to the ground, as using this skill, still takes a toll on my mind, even though I shortened the time used to create the purple energy.

Then a few system notifications appeared before me to confirm the death of the Goblin King.

Seeing this, I finally let out a sigh of relief, as I will finally return home, but before standing up, I took a look at my unique skill.

What a vague description, all it mentions is the cost of the skill, as for the other things, it just gave a vague explanation.

Sighing again in relief, I immediately started walking in the direction of the blue portal that opened at the end of the chamber, just beside the King's throne.

Of course, before leaving, I search for anything to find on the King's body, but to my disappointment, I find nothing of use, except for the large club that was broken in two but I just took it with me to see what is made of and then I passed the portal.
