Chapter 94: In the Rabbit Whole we Go!

Entering the gates of Magnolia Town I have to say everything here is practically different from what I expected it to be honest. But the anime and manga style I remembered it from seems to be accurate enough.

With no time waiting around Hinata looks at my eyes as I nodded in return. We both understood we have time to look and shop around later the priority was to search for our new member.

Although it might be more likely Natsu the Salamander might sniff me out because of Atlas Flame's scent of using somebody parts of his into my body. At least it will make tracking him down easier.

We both began to walk our way to the Fairy Tail guild in the first building since it hasn't been destroyed yet for the second to be made.

Like that we both began to move towards Fairy Tail guild direction as we both saw on the sign saying it was the Kardia Cathedral.

Kardia Cathedral is a grand cathedral located in Magnolia Town in the Kingdom of Fiore. It's one of the town's most important, famous distinctive landmarks, as it's said to be one of the three great churches in all the kingdom. Kardia Cathedral is located almost in the middle of the town, overlooking the central path.

Kardia Cathedral has an appearance of a modern cathedral as a rectangular shape building, with four cylindrical keep towers attached at each corner. The entrance is a huge gate, with a small bell tower at the very top of the side of the building facing the entrance.

While it would be great to see if there is a God if I pray here it would be best to hurry along but we did stop by some stores eating their snacks as we went to a place calling itself Thomas's Coffee.

We used the Jewels to pay thanks graciously to Daphne for her service with all the money she robbed from other people. Don't worry will use it to good use that you people in heaven or hell your money.

After that, I bought what they call a magic muffin and Hinata a magic donut from the shop. They were trying very hard as everything on the menu had magic in the world.

*Chomp*

And would you know if the food still tasted the same to me when I cook food or bake them in this case back home? I knew there was no magic in the food!

That's a simply bad advertisement to fool your customer Thomas!

Glancing over to Hinata she seems to have already taken the bite as she began to eat more with a blissful smile on her face as she seems to enjoy it as she spoke, "Hmm! I never had these kinds of deserts before in Konoha something about this 'donut'? Maybe I should introduce this more when I get back home to see if anyone else would like it."

I…

Is there even modern food created in her world like donuts maybe they have but everything there is more or less Japanese style types of foods? Hmm… that sounds like an actual business strategy to work within that world.

Might try to scam the people in the process… hmm…

With the thought of business inside my head, we both began to get near the Fairy Tail guild but also pass by some of the Phantom Lord guild members in the process. Not the important ones though…

And speak the building as it appears in front of our eyes the first guild building in Fairy Tail in the actual I guess wood and not flesh in this case.

Situated in the Kingdom of Fiore, it lies on the southern coast of the country in Magnolia Town where it was the only guild, along with Phantom Lord as it's located in the southern part of the town not far from the coast, and lies about 4-5 kilometers up the Magnolia central path.

Fairy Tail's first headquarters resided in an imposing building consisting of three floors and incorporating several architectonic styles: it took on a shape reminiscent of a pagoda, with each floor being smaller than the one below it and sitting on the latter's roof.

The roofs also bore great resemblance to those of real pagodas, consisting of extremely long, arched tiles lined up one after the other and possessing simple curved protrusions jutting upwards on the building's angles.

On the highest roof, topping the summit of the building, sat a simple, round, and pointed dome, highly reminiscent of those seen on Arabian buildings, which bore a flag on its point. The roof below the one with the dome, the middle one, housed a large banner with Fairy Tail's symbol on it, held up by a pair of vertical poles.

The building's large entrance was again Arabian in design, with its shape being reminiscent of that of the dome on the summit, and above it was the guild's name, topped by a protruding, stylized heart shape and flanked by a pair of carved fairies.

Stylized heart shapes were also visible on the frames of the numerous, large pentagonal windows located on each floor, with the top floor housing smaller, arched windows partially covered by banners.

But still, we both managed to find the building in question from a distance as Hinata seems to be shaken up as she slowly talks to me quietly using her [Byakugan], "Tatsumi-i-Kun… that large amount of… magic its… radiating so much blurriness… is the person we're looking for under that building?"

Nodding my head at this I guess Hinata must have noticed Mavis body or otherwise known as Mavis Vermillion.

Eternal Magic: Fairy Heart, also known as Lumen Histoire, is Fairy Tail's greatest secret and a very powerful Magic, said to be superior to the "Three Great Fairy Magic."

Fairy Heart is located in a secret underground room in Fairy Tail's original building. This secret is only known by Fairy Tail's Guild Master and is passed on to the new Master successively.

Precht showed it to Makarov when he became Master. Years later, Makarov showed it to Gildarts Clive when he told him that he wanted him to be the next Master of Fairy Tail.

According to Ivan Dreyar, Fairy Heart is Fairy Tail's darkness, while according to Mavis Vermillion, it is Fairy Tail's light. Later, it is revealed that Fairy Heart is the body of Mavis Vermillion encased in a Lacrima. Makarov refers to it as the "ultimate weapon" of Fairy Tail.

In the year of X781, the Alvarez Empire attempted to mount an invasion of the continent of Ishgar to capture Fairy Heart but was stopped by the Magic Council's firing of Etherion.

Mavis later reveals to the whole guild that Fairy Heart is a source of infinite Magic Power, stemming from a combination of residual Magic Power left in Mavis's body due to Ankhseram's Curse and decades of failed experiments by Precht in an attempt to resurrect her.

Its power is claimed to be so great that Etherion could, hypothetically, be fired an infinite number of times if its power source were to become Fairy Heart.

Interestingly, should Mavis' ethereal body come under any sort of harm, then Fairy Heart, as well as her body within, will also suffer damage. It was later revealed by Zeref that the power source, known as Fairy Heart, is Mavis' very magical power.

Plus adding the fact that we need someone like her in the future when the War happens in Ruby, Hinata, and my world happens it would be best to have someone like her help us plan things out in total victory and her mind certainly deserves that much praise.

Being a master strategist Mavis has shown herself to be highly intelligent as she was able to memorize all the abilities of the participants, along with their fighting styles and patterns, and then run countless battle scenarios to come up with the most appropriate strategy for her guild, the incredible accuracy of which making it seem as if she was predicting the future, thus earning the alias - The Fairy Tactician.

We need some brains in this group and while I hate to admit it I'm more a go-in-fighting style kind of guy not your usual tactic kind of guy but I can always plan but having someone good at that would be better.

Moving around the way Hianat followed behind as we looked around the area as I remember there was a large spiral stairway down residing deep below the guild is a stone underground passage, consisting of a long spiral staircase, which has been described by Gildarts Clive as huge.

As we moved around stealthily as we could we found ourselves a few house rows away from everyone in an alleyway as Hinata looked at me confused before she asked, "So… what exactly is the plan here Tatsumi-Kun? Do the people here would let us go inside the guild to revive their leader?"

Shaking my head at this I began to explain to Hinata why we couldn't unless we wanted to majorly piss off the fairies and their Guild Master as I know we could put up a good fight. But frankly, I don't want to make this where we became the bad guys out of this like in the MHA world.

Here we have the choice to but I smirked happily as I began to touch my hands on the ground as blue sparks fly out using my Alchemy to create a pathway as I spoke, "Don't worry we won't use the regular entrance will use my Alchemy to get us there. While my [Overhaul] quirk would work it only works once on an area still attached not separate but with my Alchemy doesn't need that restriction."

*Boom*

*Rumble*

Like that the ground began to create for me makeshift staircases leading down giving enough room to follow as I generated some wind bubbles to capture and manipulate the win that would allow us to reuse some air from the air seeing that will be stuck down there for a while.

At this, I began to ask Hinata in a calm tone of voice to her as she nods her head to lead the way as I spoke why "Hinata I need you to use your [Byakugan] to help guide us to where Fairy Tail keep their first master. With your eyes able to see through walls it would be very helpful here and I'll adjust the shape of the pathway with your suggestions."

She nodded at this as we both began to enter inside as my Alchemy was letting us downward as I left a Marker for us to return to using my [Shambhala] in case things go south. Plus I need to keep my [Observation Haki] active in case the thought projection of Mavis calls for backup if she's threatened.

Also, the spare Lacrima cores that were from the Lizardman and the piece of it from the Dragonoid would help me out separate Mavis curse of Ankhseram's Curse. It won't go away but at the very least it can be contained if not worst-case scenario…

I think I might have a way to possibly get rid of it, but it will only strengthen the object in question but if I use [Overhaul] to separate the curse from Mavis and transfer it into an object that can withhold it like a vessel then it would mean Mavis is curse free but then [Murasame] will truly be a cursed weapon.

Then again, its poison is cursed and it's the same in a way as Ankhseram's Curse at least it's worth a shot at the very least.
