Chapter 95: The 100 years old Fairy Tactician

~Third POV~

*Thud*

After the duo entered inside the earth trying to go to the secret of Fairy Tail first building Hinata and Tatsumi travel down the ground using their air supply to make sure they go forward.

Hinata helped Tatsumi with her [Byakugan] to help Tatsumi get them to their destination as Hinata alerted Tatsumi to a direction as she cancels her family power, "Tatsumi if you move forward and down from here… we can get to a spiral of stairs from there."

Tatsumi nods his head as he tapped the ground as he began to activate his Alchemy as the path to the direction of Hinata as soon enough the wall soon shows bright light. When it appeared the two went ahead to check it out.

Once they go outside, they finally see the pathway to Mavis's body as Tatsumi rubs his eyes as he grins seeing the scene below them. As he saw it, he began to think to himself happily to himself of their path, 'Yes!!! Now we can finally get to Mavis Vermillion soon enough and after that, we can relax as well research the Phantom Lords in the progress.'

Residing deep below the guild is a stone underground passage, consisting of a long spiral staircase, as the two of them continue to go downward with silence holding in their anticipation of meeting the person in question.

The entrance to such place is secret, and the stairs end in a large, mildly ruined and yet majestic room, possessing columns on its walls and brick arcs, with its carved walls adorned by several Fairy Tail symbols, with a larger one standing on a circular platform in the center of the room, held up by four small bridges and being seemingly suspended above a deep hole.

As soon as they reach the bottom of the underground of Fairy Tail Tatsumi looks at the entrance to Mavis's body as he talks again in surprise, "Whoa… I know that her body was here somewhere… but the place looks impressive."

Hinata agrees as she nods her head at this as she began to comment her words on the scene in front of her, "Amazing… to think that the people here are that impressive to keep such a place like this in secret. It's breathtaking even…"

Numerous long banners are attached to the walls and ceiling, and a massive double door is located on the other side of the room from the entrance. This seems to be usually kept closed by a large, magical glyph floating in front of it, which was shown to show the Fairy Tail guild symbol floating in the air.

As they see the door behind the glyph of Fairy Tail Hinata asked curiously Tatsumi what are they going to do about the magic seal, "Tatsumi-kun what is exactly going to do with this glyph though? How are we going to dispel this lock?"

At this Tatsumi thinks for a bit before he summons up the Teigu just for the job. Using his [Pocket] he then brings the Teigu [Extase] out of his [Pocket] as he began to twirl it around as he felt some resistance to the blade as he spoke, "Now this right here will be our ticket to destroying the glyph. But first…"

*Boom*

With a small brief of [Conqueror Haki] while activating his sword [Pain] to increase the force [Extase] shivered at this and then became silent as Tatsumi nods at this with a sadistic grin expressed, "Now then [Extase] was it that hard to listen to me? Next time being a total ass not helping will not end well the next time kay?"

Tatsumi could feel the weapon briefly shake before it went silent. That was the best Tatsumi was going to get with the blades that can cut through anything…

*Shing*

With one quick motion of the blade, the glyph that hold the entrance behind the door to the Lumen Histoire suddenly looked to be cut in one single slash.

The door even showed it was slashed as well when the magic glyph of Fairy Tail was suddenly dispelled into magic Ethernano particles as Hinata looks surprised as Tatsumi give her the brief power of [Extase], "Hinata meet my Teigu [Extase] the weapon that can cut through anything. Especially magic enough but it's good enough."

Hinata nodded at this as they soon meet a girl that was Mavis Vermillion as this secret is only known by Fairy Tail's Master and is passed on to each new one successively. Precht showed it to Makarov when he became Master, and in turn, he showed it to Gildarts Clive when he wanted him to be the next Fairy Tail Master.

The girl inside a pink crystal Lacrima is Mavis Vermillion as she has very long, wavy, pastel yellow-blonde hair that reaches down to her feet with a small ahoge; large green eyes with no pupils; peachy skin, and a slight child-like build.

As a consequence of using an incomplete version of a grand Magic when she was thirteen to save Yuri Dreyar, her body was no longer able to grow or mature from that point onwards. By the time Precht encased her body in a Lacrima, though, Mavis was chronologically twenty-four.

Regarding her usual clothing, Mavis wears a frilly, pink layered robe with a red ribbon tied in a bow around her neck. Around the chest are three blue diamond patterns with two blue triangles above. Each series of these is outlined in hot pink. She wears wing-like adornments around her ears and small hoop earrings. She also seems to prefer going barefoot.

Hinata looked surprised to see the person in question as Tatsumi began to move forward to the giant Lacrima holding Mavis as he brought out the other Teigu [Murasame] in his other hand. He breaths out a sigh of breath as he began to convince himself.

With that, he began to use his [Overhaul] quirk on the two as Tatsumi saw a large amount of black substance coming off from Mavis body as it began to transfer down to [Murasame] as he felt some pain from it but was able to resist the death magic of the curse.

Thanks to the curse of the poison from [Murasame] death magic Tatsumi was able to resist the death magic thanks to his body compatibility with the poison curse inside his body.

Soon enough the curse was carried over to [Murasame] as he then placed it away into his [Pocket] as he felt tired but then saw the Lacrima holding Mavis began to fuse into her body as it broke down seeing the process being done instantaneously…

~Tatsumi POV~

That should do it…

Transferring the curse was very tricky and even I didn't think it would work but glad I did because it seems to me I can resist magic but then again that should be expected because of the Dragon Biology.

Even Dragon Slayer Magic was made to combat against them since they seem heavily resistant to the magic that includes the curse residing inside of Mavis's body. Add that with my poison curse of Murasame I managed to live with some luck.

Seeing the process of being done I see the body of Mavis in the flesh as we both wait to see as the girl in question seems to start to be awake. Using my [Eyes of the Lord] I also have to remember that Mavis is also a master illusion magic-user.

Hinata did the same as we see the Mavis began to wake up as her eyes began to adjust as she rubs her eyes as she began to speak in clear confusion, "Ahh… what in the world happened? I thought I was using my Though Projection to observe around Tenoru Island… wait for this place why am I…"

Quickly widening her eyes she sees us as she looked very surprised as she began to analyze us as I came to speak first trying to dissolve the situation before it becomes something else, "Uh… Ok so listen here First Master of Fairy Tail we kind of need your assistance…"

Mavis blinks at this as she cautiously glances to our sides to escape as she seemed to notice her chest and then her whole body as she seems more surprised as she began to question herself under her voice, "What… where's the curse of Ankhseram's Curse… but if I don't have it and these two here…"

Waving my hand at her as she seems to get out of the funk of her daydreaming I asked in concern wondering if I messed up with reconstructing her, "Uh… hello earth to Mavis Vermillion the literal living old hag alive over 100 years to this Earth Land has ever seen?"

At this, she pouts at my way I spoke to her as she glares at me cutely as she speaks to me with clear annoyance, "Hmph! You know it's very rude to say that out loud to a poor maiden like myself kid."

Deadpan at this I responded in a blunt tone to her with no disregard about her age as I have with Dorothea, "Sure the old hag that is complaining about their age. Haven't seen that cliché or troupe about women having age issues to keep their insecurities about being young again."

Now it was Mavis's turn to look at me with a deadpan expression as she replies equally as blunt her answer to me, "Sure says the guy that is so negative that you don't have any good friends around other than your negativity scaring off potential allies. But at least I don't have to go out alone."

Tch.

This little old hag…

*Tap*

That was when Hinata taps both the shoulders of mind and Mavis as she began to cool down the situation as she responds kindly to this, "Now then little boy and old lady how about we make amends like real adults. We wouldn't want something bad to happen right?"

*Grip*

What is this bad feeling I'm currently feeling from Hinata and how did Hinata do something like this!

Even Mavis looks scared and she hardly knows her!

Ok, ok Tatsumi just calms down I can deal with that later but first though I began to talk to Mavis in a now calm tone as I spoke, "Ok how about we take this to the start. Now then Mavis we want to make a deal with you…"

With that, she nods her head to hear us out as we both began to explain everything to her as well as an explanation about how I got rid of her curse from her body…

A/N: Here's today's chapter hope you enjoy that they finally get to meet Mavis. And here's a common misconception that everyone mistakes on despite Mavis being on Tenrou Island is only her Thought Projection and can't be seen except for members of her guild. If anything were to happen to Mavis's real body her Thought Projection ends and returns to her body waking up again.

A/N Extra: Here's a side question would you consider Mavis a loli because of her current appearance or a milf already giving birth and is more than 100 years old?
