Whirlwind of strange thoughts

As soon as Amber heard Aaron's words her cheeks turned red. She thought to herself that why she needs to care for king Aaron and his palace. Why he is her responsibility? She is a queen herself and her only responsibility is towards her new kingdom.

But Amber forgot one thing that long before she became queen of western kingdom she became wife of Aaron. Surely it was her responsibiligty to take care of him.

It was a rule at that time that king is the head of the entire kingdom and the queen (king's wife) is the head of the palace. Even king is not allowed to interfere between the queen's decisions and matters of the palace. It is her duty to maintain peace and harmony inside the palace walls but in king's absence she is the head of both kingdom and palace.

But Amber was unaware of this rule because as long as she remembers she only saw her mother as a ruler because her father (who was poisoned by her mother) was sick all the time and was bed riddened.

"My queen...are you alright?"asked Aaron as he was worried for Amber who was standing in the balcony like a statue.

"Yes..yes I am alright. It's just I am tired after all this"said Amber.

"Very well..then let's have some dinner then you can rest early"said Aaron.

After having dinner which seemed more like a royal feast Amber and Aaron both headed towards their room.

As the maids opened the doors of their room Amber's heart began to beat recklessly.

Aaron welcomed her to their new room. It was a huge room with divided into further three rooms.

One was main bedroom, second room was their walking closet subdivided into two areas. One was filled with Aaron's clothes for every occassion and his daily wear including his shoes. His crowns and his royal sword was placed neatly in a glass box on the shelves. The other half was filled with Amber's belongings such as her dresses, her ballgowns, her shoes and her slippers, her jewelery and her tiaras which was all arranged on the orders of the devil king.

The third room was the study room. The room was filled with books on one wall and important documents on the other wall. The room also had a secret room behind the books wall. In which Aaron used to kept all his portions and magic spell books.

There was a small lounge area where both of them can relax and can have evening tea or supper.

After seeing and visiting all the rooms Amber went to her main bedroom with Aaron.

Aaron asked Amber whether she liked or not their room. But Amber was not even slightly interested in their room. She confidently asked Aaron to give her a separate room as she can not share the same bed with him.
