Visit

I traced my fingers over the frames as I looked at the numerous pictures hanging on the walls. I noticed that all of the pictures were older, the most recent ones being no less than four or five years old. It seemed strange that there were no recent one's of Nate or his mom. The thought made me incredibly sad. It was like they hadn't moved past what had happened all those years ago with his father.

One of the pictures caught my eye and an involuntary smile tugged at my lips as I eyed the happy family smiling at the camera. The picture was taken on some beach, Nate seemed to be no more than sixteen years old in that picture. His right arm was in a cast. What made me smile was the fact that they all looked so happy. Nate was laughing at something and his father had one arm around his shoulder while the other was wrapped around his wife's waist. I felt my breath catch when I looked at Julia's smiling face,

She looked stunning.
