After three days of traveling together, Rai Kan and Hi Ho parted ways with the group of carts. The grateful travelers thanked them once more, promising to tell stories of their bravery and strength. **Rai Kan**: "Let's find a place to rest. It's been a long journey."

They approached the gates guarded by a pair of stern-looking sentries. The guards, guard Lu and guard Min,eyed Rai Kan suspiciously, their attention drawn to his imposing figure and the wild look in his eyes.

Guard Lu, raised an eyebrow.* "State your business."

**Hi Ho**: *Politely.* "We're travelers seeking rest at the inn."

**Guard Min**: *Pointing at Rai Kan.* "And what about him? He doesn't look like he's 18. Your identification, please."

Rai Kan handed over his identity slate, a look of exasperation crossing his face as he anticipated the usual skepticism. Guard Lu scrutinized the slate, then looked up at Rai Kan, shaking his head in disbelief.

**Guard Lu**: "Eighteen, huh? You look like you've seen a hundred battles already."

**Hi Ho**: *Sighing.* "He gets that a lot. But it's true. He's just 18."

Guard Min,pulled out an age crystal and held it up to Rai Kan.* "Let's see about that."

**Rai Kan, muttered under his breath.* "Every time..."
