'Ah, I never got to choose a world to go to.'

"That is fine, for I have already chosen a world." Exclaims my Mistress. "It is a world full of death and chaos, where there are many wars to come. The world of HALO!"

'Ahh,' I thought as I practically drowned in happiness. I loved the Halo universe. It was one of my most favorite games and now I get to go into it! I began to wonder who I would be born as and when I would enter.

"You will be born as the illegitimate daughter of the Vice-President of Chalybs Defense Solutions, Johanson Sloan," says Mistress. "Your mother Katherine Dawn is already dead and you will find yourself on Eridanus Two at Elysium City's Primary Education Facility No. 119 on August 17, 2517. In other words, you will be where Doctor Halsey and Lieutenant Keyes will be when they first see John." As Mistress continued to talk, I found myself more and more excited. I was going to enter the Halo universe at the exact time of where everything starts. Ahhhh, I could feel myself melting into a puddle of joy.

"Well then, I suppose it is time to start the transfer," Mistress says interrupting my thoughts. "Before you go, I have a few things to gift you."

Upon receiving the gifts from Mistress I started reading the directions before installing them. The Soul shop is a place where I could buy things from the Halo Universe and other universe according to Mistress's wishes. The currency used is soul points. Soul points are gained from killing other beings in which the soul collector will collect the souls and turn them into soul points. The stronger the soul, the more points. Simple.

The Karma shop is where I spend the positive and negative Karma I accumulate in life. Positive soul points are earned when I do something good. This could be saving a life to things like giving people a merciful end. Negative karma is gained from doing bad things. Such as causing unnecessary destruction, torturing people, etc. Positive Karma can buy things of holy nature while negative karma allows me to buy things of Demonic nature. The Karma counter just shows me my Karma.

The last gift is an interesting one. It changes the whole entire system from an RPG style to a futuristic style where the system acts as an AI from Halo. Upon opening the package I was given a prompt.

I immediately chose Cortana of course. She was the most obvious choice. Created from Doctor Halsey's brain scans making her one of the most intelligent AIs. She also accompanied Master Cheif for most of his Journey. 'She's perfect'

"Now then, as the gifts are all sorted out, let me give you a hint, my young Apostle," says Mistress "You know your curse 'One with Death'? There are hidden abilities in that curse. One of them is the ability to change how you look." I gasp in surprise at that statement. That meant that there are things that are hidden in the description of things. It meant that experimentation is an important part of developing my fighting style. I started to think of which skills and talents had hidden meanings behind them. Let us see the soulbound pistols can transform, so can I transform the pistols on will? Can I change Lucem into a submachine gun? Or Tarda into a sniper rifle? I began to imagine the possibilities of transforming weapons when I heard a familiar

'So do I Eve. Hah, it's the Dawn of a new Eve.' I started to laugh at my own stupid joke, much to my bewilderment.

'Its fine Eve, I guess I'm just tired from all of this, stuff.'

"It's understandable that you're pretty tired," says Mistress. "Afterall you've been working away at the system and your abilities for around a couple months now."

'A couple of months?' I think in shock. 'How messed up has my internal clock become?'

"It's hard to tell the time in the realm of the Dead," replies Mistress. "Afterall the Dead have all the time in the world. Well, I think its time for you to finally depart to the Halo universe. Remember to cause Chaos. Pray to me from time to time as well. It gets lonely here being the only Goddess of Death" she says as I slowly lapse into darkness. I feel a pain in my inner being causing me to thrash around and shout in pain until I eventually lose consciousness.
