Chapter5: Shirogane's past

Back in system seventeen, covering the area of space is a expansive asteroid field in which Daku had began Shirogane's training under the orders of the red emperor Uzunami.

Mirai now in a standstill with Shirogane, infuses his fusion energy, rippling through his body causing him to enter the form known as imperial one.

Following this by concentrating the raw zeon energy in his body, which now meeting the requirements royal blue sparks fill Mirai's empty sheath creating the release called sword of the zeons.

Just moments before Mirai can grasp the handle of his sword, Shirogane makes the distance between them using one the passing asteroids as a ledge propelling himself just under Mirai following this is a strike into the gut of Mirai, this strike was the release imperial fist used by Shirogane.

Now charging his energy, Shirogane's muscles condense but just seconds later they return to their normal size, now his skin a vibrant shade of red, his muscles exerting a red aura but extremely controlled and streamlined.

Confidence filling the air around Shirogane, he entered the form imperial times fifteen.

Mirai now stunned loosens his grip of the sword just pulled slightly out of its sheath.

Shirogane taking advantage of this kicks the handle resulting in the release being broken, his face now oozing with ecstasy.

Following this Shirogane takes hold of the back of Mirai's blackened jacket with a midnight shine, throwing him into the field of asteroids allowing Mirai to crash into one, breaking the asteroid into fragments one hundredth of the size of the original size.

The fragments now shooting towards Shirogane who uses this to gain advantage over Mirai.

Hiding himself and moving through the gaps he catches up to Mirai or at least he should have but Mirai had disappeared from sight.

Mirai swiftly moving in the field of asteroids allowing himself the time to create the release sword the zeons: duelwield creating two swords.

Mirai now ready to combat against Shirogane's martial arts, breaks the distance down between them and slashes into the back of Shirogane.

Blood pouring from Shirogane's back, still in shock is kicked away by Mirai.

Now charging energy into the palm of his hand causing it to glow a luminescent royal blue.

Creating the release dominant beam, which shoots a beam of sky blue energy followed by highlights of dominant blue.

The beam controlled wasting no energy strikes Shirogane, which ends the fight.

Mirai surprised by how far Shirogane has come says "well that was a lot better then our first fight, mastering all the way up to imperial times twenty is a huge feet".

Shirogane showing no appreciation of his growth says back "huge feet?" he paused filling the room with silence only to continue to say "its still not good enough, remember I'm only willing to do this to kill that emperor of yours".

Daku looking with confidence towards Shirogane says "you're right, your not good enough but you do show promising talent so maybe one day you could own strength strong enough to kill Uzunami".

Mirai now changing his stance from relaxed to combat ready, looks towards a zeon with a small figure coming their way.

The zeon has burnt orange hair with it falling down to her shoulders, her name Wynut.

Mocking Daku she says "so this is the zeon you managed to escape with, your so pathetic Daku and you call yourself royalty".

Daku ignoring her claims, asks Wynut "why have you come here, just to insult me it seems like your the pathetic one doing nothing for our empire".

Now aggregated Wynut responds saying "our emperor wishes to see you all".

Daku's group now passing Wynut with Mirai lagging just slightly behind Shirogane And hearing Wynut muttering to herself "if only the emperor would give the order i would kill that smug Daku and his little brat of a brother Mirai".

Mirai being the loose cannon of the two brothers, is unable to ignore these words.

Immediately creating the sword of the zeons but this time wasting energy thanks to the speed it's created at.

Appearing behind Wynut with a look of pleasure on his face about to strike is stopped by the glare of his brother Daku.

Mirai now halting his attack whispers gently into the ear of Wynut "if me and my brother wanted you dead you would be don't forget that its our mercy allowing you to breath today, so keep your threats to yourself because that is all they are".

Mirai now letting go of Wynut, kicks her to their knees, a asteroid stopping her fall as she turns around Mirai had already left only angering her more.

Now glaring directly at Daku with the intent to kill him behind her stare but knowing she could not beat him in a fair fight never mind kill him, she forces her sight to her feet.

Now entering the hull of the war ship, its gloomy atmosphere unwelcomes them all but they enter nevertheless.

In which they are greeted by the foul look of Azul as he stares with hate, as they pass through towards the hall of war ship.

Each step they make causing the dulled metallic walls to echo towards the emperor's throne.

Now reaching the throne room they were finally greeted by the final stare but this time forcing a feeling of pressure to come over the three zeons.

This pressuring stare came from the red emperor Uzunami himself who was sitting in a relaxed yet demanding position upon his throne.

While the pale white skin made Uzunami look ill to the point of a starved child, his presence still gave off a aura full of strength.

Following the actions of the three zeons entering the room was them kneeling down to their knees, in respect no fear of Uzunami.

Their bodies trembled as Uzunami had brought his attention upon them and piercing straight through Daku and towards Shirogane was the glare of the emperor.

The feeling of intimidation shrouds over Shirogane forcing him to stand and take a step back which was followed by Mirai standing up with haste and forcing Shirogane back down to his knees.

Shirogane now on the ground still shaking, hears the whispers coming from Mirai saying "don't forget your previous claim outside, you said you would kill him didn't you? That glare of his is just a example of the strength he holds and the strength you must surpass".

Shirogane now regaining both his composure and confidence stares back into the piercing eyes of Uzunami with his intentions behind them.

The emperor taken a back by Shirogane's intention, shown by the pressure in his eyes, decides Shirogane will be the one chosen to complete the seek and retrieval mission of Kibar.

Daku being ignored by Uzunami this entire time hesitant but finding the embers of courage from the heritage of his family asks "why did you call for us my emperor?".

Uzunami once again ignoring Daku, points towards Shirogane with his pale slender fore finger, the nail crumbled, declares with a threatening yet calm tone "you your name is Shirogane?".

Without giving Shirogane time to answer he continues by saying "I can sense your intentions of killing me, which I find to be humours as very few own that level of strength, with this I have decided that you will travel to system nineteen to locate and retrieve your failure of a brother".

This information now registering in everyone in the room is followed by Uzunami further declaring his posture now showing dominance over them all "you shall do this alone as a test of your growth and Daku's mentorship skills failure shall mean everyone involved gains a penalty which I'm sure you can guess".

Mirai hearing the unexpected words of Uzunami, hesitating to say the words he wishes to fear holding him back, which is only settled after hearing Daku speak his plea "my emperor would it not be better to send more then one to make sure this mission goes".

Interrupted by Uzunami the room falls into a dead silence allowing Uzunami to continue the conversation by saying "now Shirogane I won't allow you to make the major decisions on this out of the three scenarios possible you must follow the orders, if Kibar has being imprisoned by the inhabitants free him and return for further orders but if he has turned traitorous to the empire you must end his life by any means, the final scenario is that Kibar has fallen in which you have two options enslave the inhabitants yourself or return a disgrace with the news of your brothers death and the cause".

Uzunami now rests upon his throne leaving Shirogane to deal with the idea of his just regained family being taken away from him once again.

Falling slightly from the realisation of this, Daku allows Shirogane to lean on him for support.

Daku supports Shirogane by saying "I've known Kibar for almost all my life which has been in slavery to the empire but still i know Kibar is pure strength and will always refuse to back down from the fight so the second scenario is impossible so take comfort in knowing you won't have to kill your brother".

Now hearing the words of Daku Shirogane kneels in confidence and speaks "i will set off with haste to system nineteen".

pausing showing his reluctance but finally saying "my emperor". Taking their leave the zeons once again stand in the hull of the war ship, empty from ears Shirogane asks "why console me why help and support me, were enemies".

Mirai says with despair in his voice "many zeons suffered the day we lost our home I assume your from that disaster too, Uzunami took many zeons that day taking advantage of us to build the foundations of the empire you see today".

Daku continuing the words of his brother with the same despair says "we chose to support you because were not allies to Uzunami were slaves to him, same goes for your elder brother Kibar though his animalistic nature may lead to him enjoying the hunt he brings to others he is just as much as a slave as everyone else, so when the opportunity presents itself we'll take it killing Uzunami ourselves even if that means working with you".

Shirogane surprised and not knowing what to say moves past them and says "thank you I better get going now".

Leaving the brothers to work on themselves Shirogane follows the orders given by Uzunami.

Chapter5.1: A past one regrets part 1

A week has now passed since Shirogane left the brothers behind him, now breaching the heavy atmosphere of the planet Kirnon and feeling its immense pressure overcome his body due to the higher level of gravity.

Shirogane is pushed down to the surface at blinding space, crashing into the rough terrain and now covered in cuts and grazes Shirogane brings himself to stand.

Looking around him Shirogane senses the looks of curiosity fall over him.

He then makes out buildings and monuments such as wells surround him.

Now in realisation that this is a village he sees the people staring at him but seeing a ghost look back at him, Shirogane forces his body to move and escapes the village by flight trying to forget his past experiences.

He continues to search for signs of Kibar, with the fear of losing both of his families.

Keldar still sat a top his tower of secrets, senses Shirogane's aura just like Kibar before him.

Sending word for the team of warriors known as the musenshi but moments just before this reaches them a figure stood in front of Shirogane.

Shirogane looked in horror upon the arrival of the warrior standing in his way, being identical to the one in his past Shirogane says with a look of shame and desperation "tell me were you on earth seventeen years ago".

This warrior was no other but Maro the identical twin of Aro, Maro's hands bubbling with the boiling steam now trapped in his skin says with a nasty grin "no but I know who was, my twin brother I take it you know each other".

Shirogane now knowing that these people are not the ghosts of his past but he may meet that ghost again, takes ease knowing he won't regret the actions he takes now.

Shirogane now channelling his energy through his arms and into his fists to create the release dominant fist and imperial fist together.

Digging his feet into the terrain beneath him, Shirogane launched himself just in front of Maro and slammed his fists into the ribs of Maro.

Maro without reacting to the pain slaps his boiling hands onto the back of Shirogane, boiling the skin slowly, each bubble popping and releasing more droplet size explosions of the boiling steam.

Shirogane now with dulled reaction the pain his mind still focused on the past he wishes to forget.

Shirogane strafes his body to the left, followed by a kick over the head of Maro, knocking him into the ground now stuck he is forced to listen to Shirogane's words.

Shirogane with his confidence returning and a arrogant smile back on his face says "your appearance shocked me but you messed up by revealing you were not him who had tormented my dreams seventeen years ago, that is why you could hold your own against me so don't fool yourself into thinking you can beat me, now tell me where is Kibar?".

Now with Maro's head in hand the skin being torn by the strength of Shirogane's grip increasing the pain with a killing tension in Maro's head.

Shirogane now looking directly into the eyes of Maro who shifted his gaze to the ground he was stuck in, followed by Shirogane demands "tell me where have you took Kibar, he looks like me but with animalistic traits".

Maro in response says "so your Shirogane, never would of guessed you were apart of the empire but to do you a favour ill save us both the time, I woke up a week ago and that zeon your searching for, Kibar was it? was no where to be seen".

Shirogane grasping a tighter hold of Maro's skull, picks him out of the ground and tosses him onto the rough terrain which only pops the bubbles on his skin boiling Maro even more.

Shirogane looks up to the sky and with calmness in his voice he says "so you know of mine and Aro's past don't you?".

Maro leaping back up and regaining a combat stance says while glaring at Shirogane "yeah I do after all twins do seem to know everything about each other at least in their younger years".

Pausing and allowing silence to continue to fill the mood Maro continues with calmness overwhelming his voice "if I say I would join your empire would you send me in the direction of the empire?".

Shirogane left stunned by Maro's request is hesitant but thinking it over, it would have no immediate effects on him, so why not rid of the obstacle and tell him? With this thought Shirogane proceeded to say "the red emperor is currently in system seventeen and plans to take over each planet located there soon, and is currently looking for new members to expand the empire so your in luck you will probably be accepted into the empire if you go now".

Hearing Shirogane's words Maro took flight passing Shirogane, his body glowing a luminous yellow with sparks of gold dripping from his body.

Maro then shouts with haste "thanks I hope you get the chance to kill my brother for me or at least slow him down".

Now laughing Maro broke through the atmosphere at accelerating speed.

Shirogane left shocked by Maro's final words, brings himself to walk forwards and then into a sprint, only sprinting a few seconds until the stares of the common kiren making Shirogane uneasy causing him to lose balance and fall to his knees.

Which is then followed by Shirogane dropping to the floor hitting the back of his skull of one of the sand stone made walls, now his vision fading he passes out falling into a old memory.

Now dreams of the past filling Shirogane's head, he dreams of one memory in significance.

This was a memory of when Shirogane was still a young boy with the world unknown to him.

This memory was from seventeen years ago, Shirogane's age at the time of these events was the young age of eight.

Shirogane only just appearing on earth and still curious of his new surroundings adventures into the temple garden at the time of night.

The young frightened boy sees a familiar face or at least a similar face, this man was a zeon with the height of six foot two followed by their slender figure and ice blue hair.

His aura chilling Shirogane unsettling the child and installing one of the first feelings of fear into the young zeon.

Now running for his life, running purely of instinct and adrenaline, Shirogane had managed to escape.

This this does not mean the unsettling zeon named Rugi did not sense Shirogane's presence, no he had just shown the kid zeon mercy as this only helped to further his future experiments.

Rugi now further speaking with master Torino continues to say "only I can give the human race a fighting chance against the upcoming threats after a major planet has disappeared from the picture major powers such as the red empire have risen, you must take the opportunity I'm giving you, this is your chance to take back the strength you had in earlier years".

Torino standing proud of his race and himself says with strength in his voice "my age shows my power, I've lived for this long thanks to my strength as much as I already dislike you after saying that, I understand that Shirogane does not yet possess that strength in himself to survive alone and this way I can protect him a little longer at least until he can have a fraction of that power".

A long silence filling the room and only the stares of both Rugi and Torino speaking at the time.

Until Torino acknowledges that this is the best decision.

Master Torino speaks saying in a defeated tone "so what terms must I accept to harness this opportunity you are presenting to me so openly?".

Rugi finally making progress with the humans, his smile becomes deceitful as he speaks the words "there is only one, all I ask is that no matter what you see or hear, you ignore the horrors and learn what you can".

Hearing this Torino reluctantly agrees only to begin rethinking his decision.

Shirogane now waking from the memories of the past is surrounded by the musenshi.

Each of the warriors looking down at him with eyes showing their intent to mercilessly kill him but one stood out among the kiren, his eyes looked in both anger and sadness at Shirogane, this warrior was Aro.

Shirogane intimidated by the kiren staring at him, reminding him of the past but catching a glimpse of Aro he looked up.

In realisation that Aro was the kiren from his past, the scars across Aro's body proved this.

Now with this realisation Shirogane infuses his energy with haste but not losing control of a single he drop he perfectly infused his body with life energy entering the form imperial times fifteen.

Following this was the warriors strafing slightly back by the unknown power Shirogane had just gained.

Shirogane now standing his body exerting his new found confidence once again.

The tinted red skin only brightened the more Shirogane moved until he leaped over Dagrin and Sorin.

Now just three meters behind Sorin Shirogane readies his stance.

Aro now in a state of panic shouts "move out the way now Sorin".

Sorin too late is hit by Shirogane directly in the jaw, snapping it off.

Dagrin in reaction to this throws his chain into Shirogane, striking him through the right bicep but Shirogane only used this to his advantage by grasping the chain with no chance of loosening his grip he pulled on the meteorite chain.

Dagrin now being thrown over Shirogane's head and slammed into the floor followed by Shirogane pulling out the dagger in his arm and tossing it on the ground.

Kurin about to attack is held back by Aro extending his arm in front of his way.

Aro then shouts with worry "Sorin, Dagrin and Kurin stay behind me, I want to take this one on my self".

Shirogane shouts "you sure you don't just want to tell me where Kibar is?".

Aro now turning around his team behind him defeated.

Aro says with confidence "I'm sure".

Now the two fighters stand opposing each other only 12 meters apart.

The long pause in their movements is broken by Aro.

As Aro had extended his arm but Shirogane reacts grabbing hold of the arm and using it to throw himself over it diagonally to the left of Aro.

With doing this Aro retracts his arm but it was too late Shirogane had already gotten close.

Shirogane now uppercuts directly into the jaw of Aro but Aro grasped hold of the rope rapped around Shirogane's torso diagonally.

With this hold Aro throw and slammed Shirogane directly into the ground of Kirnon.

Shirogane now on the ground and seeing Aro over him, hastily reacted by jumping up and grabbing onto Aro's shoulders, tossing Aro over his head and into the ground.

Which Aro slapped against and ascended up just slightly.

Shirogane taking advantage of the slight height made my Aro and kicks him directly in his gut launching him into the sky followed by Shirogane leaping just above the sprawled body of Aro.

Aro not able to move has to let Shirogane make the next move Which is a kick with the full force of Shirogane's strength behind it hammering down into Aro's chest.

Sending Aro into the terrain blood spitting from both his mouth and body in the tiny cuts left on his body, leaving a print of his body in the grassland.

While Aro was unable to move he did not waste this time, he had been activating the technique limb amplification.

This had allowed Aro to dodge the eyes of Shirogane allowing him to deliver a blow with his elbow directly into the left ribs of Shirogane fracturing one.

Shirogane ignoring the pain heals his rib the bone repairing with each part while doing this he takes a tight hold of Aro and pulls him in close and with this he infuses one last bit of energy into his right fist creating another dominant fist with the hopes to end the fight.

Just moments before contact was made Aro had dodged hitting Shirogane in the gut stunning him for a few seconds and he then moves behind Shirogane with haste and knocks him over the back of his skull, knocking Shirogane out once again.

Chapter5.2: A past one regrets part 2

Now knocked out cold, Shirogane returns to the past through his memories sending him back seventeen years.

Rugi and Torino had finalised the terms of their operation, leaving Shirogane and the other students to hear the agonising screams echoing from the basement of the temple.

Though they did not know what was actually happening down there it left them all terrified but only master Torino and Rugi knew the horrific acts they were performing.

In the eerie basement damp with the blood of the humans pinned to the walls by chains and nails throughout their body.

Their limbs torn, guts mangled with some having their guts lie on the floor.

Suffering from severe blood loss not a single one was conscious.

Their blood splattered across the walls of the room, energy sparkling from the tools used by Rugi in sync with the screams of the near deceased.

Even all this was not enough to make Torino go back on his decision but the thoughts that his students heard these horrific screams plagued his mind.

Torino watching over most of the experiments sees Rugi work on his current subject.

As Rugi thrusts his hand straight into a young man's chest, grasping the spine through all their organs, as he begins to tug on it eventually ripping their whole skeleton out.

Through all the organs skin and flesh now splattered across the floor below Rugi.

Causing the man to die instantly, the body left there with only the back parts of the flesh and skin left but this husk was only held up by the hard light nails made by Rugi before all of this.

Rugi further continues this experiment with a chaotic grin of satisfaction on his face.

He had slammed the fresh skeleton onto the desk just meters away from the corpse left earlier.

Now taking hold of a pot his hand protected by infused fusion energy, Rugi takes hold of the molten meteorite, shaping it around the human skeleton.

Keeping the same shape with the goal of creating a meteorite skeleton but the meteorite had crushed the skeleton under its immense weight.

Following this failure Rugi speaks with calmness in his voice saying "I've got a job for you Torino go find me something stronger I can use for this enhancement, another race would be a good place to start".

Torino in disgust wonders what horrors will continue to come if he obeys the orders of Rugi but knowing he needs the power Rugi was offering him, Torino reluctantly agreed.

Now carrying himself up the stairs leading towards the temple garden.

Torino had saw Shirogane sat against a pillar and his face full of frightened tears but Torino full of shame did not come to Shirogane's aid.

Dragging himself through the temple the shameful thoughts filled Torino's mind causing him to second guess himself and truly ask himself if this is worth it.

A superior race to the humans appearing just at the right time, had come to take earth's resources for themselves. This race was the kiren.

Torino sensing the presence of a strong group of auras suddenly appear just a few miles away from the temple, had thought this was the perfect opportunity to complete his orders.

Just moments before Torino took his leave the town just minutes away had been struck by a slaughter.

Torino just hearing the news from residents of the temple knows this was done by the new warriors who had just appeared.

He took his leave immediately, appearing at the half ruined town only to see the citizens brutally butchered on the ground and the smell of their corpses filling the air.

Enraged by seeing friends people he only spoke to a few hours ago now dead, their bodies disrespected.

Torino had no problems with putting these kiren into the horrific experiments Rugi had planned.

So Torino with haste charged his attack unnoticed by the warriors.

The winds began to blow around Torino, becoming more violent as time passed until they had become hurricanes, as a result of Torino's growing aura.

Following this Torino's veins began to pulse releasing the energy stored in them in sparks.

The sparks then gather in-front of Torino's chest, forming a ball which is tearing apart but using the sparks to repair itself.

Now the release is completed Torino takes hold of the ball of dominant energy.

Now with it in hand Torino throws it directly into the group of kiren, who have zero time to react never mind escape.

The kiren cower with hopes of survival but the ball of energy explodes just seconds later, pulsing rings of energy from the blast.

Which killed all the kiren instantly.

This move is known as pulsating dominant ball: explosive which is classed as a major release.

With this act completed the village was saved or the remains were.

Walking up to the corpses of the kiren was Torino who had picked each kiren body up one at a time.

Carrying them all through the temple passing Shirogane still sat against the pillar but this time Shirogane had cried himself to sleep exhausting himself.

Torino now walking down throwing the corpses down the stairs and into the basement one by one.

Rugi now surprised by the success of Torino's task given by himself.

Rugi follows this reaction by saying "yes these should be able to withstand the meteorite skeleton enhancement, you've done well Torino I didn't think you had it in you".

After saying this Rugi immediately puts his hand through the organs and begins to rip their skeletons out just like the human before but this time leaving less of a mess as they were laying on the floor already.

Now each one of the six skeletons lay on the tables already damp with the blood of the deceased.

Rugi had begun his work again, now taking hold of the pot of molten meteorite once again.

Now coating each of the skeletons in the golden bronze chrome of the meteorite but just like the human skeleton before they collapse.

Now hitting a wall with his experiment Rugi decides to take on a new project known as the energy mark.

The first batch of tests were run on young adult humans of both gender but all these humans died their bodies ageing in mere seconds they were over a hundred.

With this result Rugi decides the humans with so little energy will just have something else be drained instead of energy that being their stamina.

So he had came up with the replacement test subject this being one of master Torino's students his name Hati.

With the previous failures instead of connecting the energy mark to all the muscles and genes in the body, Rugi had decided to only connect the energy genes.

With this idea Hati was forcefully strapped down to the table still covered in dried blood, Rugi then began work on inserting the mark into the upper right of Hati's chest.

Following this Rugi uses his own fusion energy to connect all of Hati's energy genes containing fusion energy to the mark and then awakened the dormant genes insides Hati's body.

With this Hati had gained the energy mark: fusion to raw zeon.

With this Hati's feelings of being exiled from his race had disappeared.

Rugi now feeling accomplished with his success, unstraps Hati and lets him go.

Rugi now knows how to complete the energy mark, its not the muscles its the genes themselves that must be the wired to the mark.

With this new information Rugi had took a old man from the village who was thought to have died of old age but Rugi knew his life energy had not yet been drained to zero, Torino had no knowledge of these experiments and with no approval Rugi had to work at a accelerated pace.

Rugi proceeded to copy the exact same method he had worked with while with Hati but this time the connecting it the limited life energy of the human while also sharing some of his own.

With this the breath of life was given back to human, allowing him to survive and his body returning to the young years of fifty.

With this Rugi had completed work on the enhancement known as the energy mark.

Now the old man named Ninrai had escaped while Rugi was in celebration, Ninrai had fled to the cities of earth to never be found again.

Meanwhile another kiren had appeared on earth but this time Torino had encountered the kiren first.

The kiren was Aro, who had arrived on earth not for the resources but for the group of kiren that was killed by master Torino.

The two warriors stared at each other, Torino stood on the wasteland his stance confident and ready to strike at any time, his eyes never leaving Aro's body. While Aro was dormant in mid air just meters above Torino.

Aro then began to shift his body as if he were about to descend, whilst in reaction Torino infused energy into his palms creating two dominant balls of energy in each hand.

With these now fully created and condensed losing no sparks of energy, Torino pulls his left arm back and swings it forwards throwing the ball just past Aro's body in which Aro's eyes were drawn to.

Now with Aro being distracted Torino took advantage of the situation making the distance between them and leaping into Aro drilling the final ball of energy deep into the stomach of Aro, causing it to gush with deep red blood but this was little consequence to Aro and he twisted his body to face Torino while taking hold of Torino's colourless coat tearing the fabric.

With this Aro threw his right arm back causing it to slingshot straight into Torino's skull while Aro also had let go of Torino's coat, allowing Torino to slam straight into the burnt orange ground of the wasteland.

Torino now unable to stand and his vision blurred is unable to react to Aro's upcoming assault, which results in Aro beating Torino to a bloody mess.

Now with the success of victory coming to Aro and with it the death of Torino but fate has chosen a side.

Thankfully Hati with the gifted power from Rugi appeared.

Using this power and copying the one move he has mastery of that being fusion disc, Hati converts his energy into raw zeon energy allowing him to create the move raw disc.

The disc rotating and spitting sparks of sky blue with royal blue filling the inner ring.

With the creation of this both warriors became distracted.

Torino near the point of death faints the final straw for him being the shock.

This did not mean both humans died to the kiren known as Aro no Rugi had knocked Aro out effortlessly, his power level being at least ten times the power level of Aro.

Hati disappears out of fear of being scolded returning to the temple unknown seen and hidden by the night sky.

A few hours later, Torino has awoken his injuries completely healed not a scratch left on his body.

Unaware of this Rugi had continued to work on the body of Aro who was still unconscious on the table that was used to experiment with Hati.

Torino sitting up without struggle sees Rugi and then he feels a sudden shock in his chest.

Looking down at the upper right of his chest Torino is in shock, as he sees a black mark with life energy infused into it.

Torino had been given the enhancement energy mark: life by Rugi while he was unconscious.

The questions now filling Torino's mind unable to contain them he screams them out in a fit of rage, echoing in the room and allowing Rugi to hear them.

The words Rugi had heard Torino say were "what did you do to Hati.... what did you do behind my back.... what did you do to me!".

These words kept repeating themselves but before Rugi had the chance to turn around Hati appeared who shouts with a hurry "Rugi fixed me!".

Torino filled by rage and also by the guilt of hearing Hati's happiness knowing it came from selfishness.

Torino stands himself up and looks directly into the eyes of Rugi and says "leave now, you've taken a student into this hell and worked on him as if he were a piece of meat, i cannot forgive such a selfish act so leave now before i force you out of here myself".

Rugi then proposes a offer saying with a deceitful tone "i already expect the kiren warrior to die, so I've decided to perform two final experiments which will result in death, if we go on the results of the previous tests, first we shall remove half of his skeleton replacing it with a meteorite man made skeleton and second i shall install the basic energy mark, connecting it each muscle in his body this time, after I've completed this then and only then shall i leave".

Following this Torino takes a calmer stance and readys himself to leave grabbing Hati by his fore arm.

Torino then says with a hateful tone "do what you will with the kiren but stay away from my students you demon".

Ignoring Torino's tone Rugi calmly says "you haven't seen the real demons if you had you wouldn't be comparing my weak strength to their god like strength and as for your students, i only fixed the boy called Hati giving him a power to further expand his ability to use that gift for himself".

Torino in shock hearing the unexpected news that demons actually exist but forgetting that Torino was disgusted.

Torino drags Hati by the arm up the broken basement steps and once they had reached the top, Torino grabbed Shirogane's arm waking him up and takes both of the young students away from the temple away from Rugi.

All three of them disappeared into the distance filled by the night sky.

Meanwhile Rugi had ignored the departure of Torino, turning around to complete his work on Aro while he remained unconscious.

Unable to control his enjoyment Rugi laughed hysterically, waking Aro but without noticing Rugi takes hold of Aro's left side and tears the flesh from Aro's bones dropping it all on the floor beneath the bench Aro was strapped too.

Rugi still enjoying himself, infuses divine energy throughout his left arm causing it to glow a pure silver, while creating the move divine blade, which appears as a silver needle at the length of a kiren arm.

Which Rugi uses to sever the left side of Aro's skeleton off his right side causing Aro's screams to echo throughout the temple and his blood to splatter across the rooms, while his organs dropped on-top of his back which remained attached, his flesh bubbling as his guts and heart laid on-top of it.

Rugi now throwing the left over part of the skeleton to the floor and Aro had passed out from the excruciating level of pain he had endured.

While Aro was dying due to blood loss Rugi had rebuilt and installed the left side of Aro's skeleton using meteorite as the mould and fusion energy as the connection between the natural skeleton and meteorite skeleton.

In which after Rugi uses his life energy to replace the missing pieces of flesh sealing Aro's body back up and to place Aro's organs back into place.

With the first enhancement complete and with it the surprise of success Rugi had hope, he hoped that Aro could be the one to finalise all of the experiments he had wished to have created by the time he had to leave earth.

Rugi now placing his right palm over Aro's right upper chest, the opposite side of his heart and installs the basic energy mark.

With the mark in place Aro is now ready to receive his second and final enhancement as he lays on the table still unconscious.

Rugi uses his fusion energy infusing it into his finger tips as he runs them across each of Aro's muscles, connecting them to the mark on Aro's chest and also causing Aro's stamina to drain constantly but the rate it drains is a left at such a subtle amount Aro shall never know of it. Rugi feeling accomplished completely forgets about the chances of Aro surviving had just increased dramatically.

Aro had just awoken with Rugi distracted Aro took this opportunity with haste and breaks his restraints, but thanks to the amount of blood and stamina lost during the gain of the enhancements Aro collapses his head hitting against the back of Rugi's leg.

Now the realisation hits Rugi the realisation that the survivor count had just increased from zero to one, Rugi had finally accomplished and perfected the enhancements he had wished to pass on to the human race or at least that was what he had already told Torinio at the beginning of their agreement. Rugi then ignores Aro and takes his leave of the basement he whispered as he left "as a final gift to you kiren ill let you live with the enchantments i had given you, this is a thanks for showing me that the humans were just too weak, i wonder who ill seek out next the mazoko god perhaps".

Rugi had then took his leave disappearing from sight as he breaks through earth's atmosphere and Torino watches as he sees a pure silver flash leave earth.

Torino now knows that whatever was left in the basement was his problem to solve. Shirogane now waking from the memories of the past, stands up to see nothing but four dark midnight pillars holding the ceiling above him while he also stood on top of this midnight clay.

Shirogane had then rushed to the edge but could see no end to the tower he was stood upon.

Shirogane then turns around hesitantly in fear of what he will see.

he stands in horror realising the chances of him surviving this encounter as Shirogane sees all of remaining musenshi members stood in front of him glaring straight into his eyes.

Then behind the musenshi sat the wrinkled elder who ordered the musenshi to stand down but they were unwilling to take their weapons away, Keldar unleashes his aura which puts them into a state of submission and they stand back and put their weapons away.

In which Shirogane reacts in kind by settling himself and taking a calmer stance showing no signs of aggression.

Chapter5.3: A unlikely result of past mistakes

Shirogane now looks towards Aro ignoring the kiren elder and speaks the words slowly as if he was struggling "i remember you from when i was a kid i heard your screams they" but Shirogane was interrupted by Kurin who had drawn his syche made of meteorite, the light reflecting off its bronze and gold markings, which had alerted Shirogane of his mistake by speaking of the past.

Kurin then speaks his mind by saying with anger fuelled by the hate he feels for Shirogane filling his voice "you will only speak when you're talked to and not to Aro ever, you people on earth have done enough to harm him".

Aro then takes over for Kurin by taking a step forwards passing Keldar and he begins to ask with confidence "Keldar let Shirogane speak freely, i wish to hear his words, i want to know his thoughts after all i do not hold anything against him".

The kiren elder barely moving his gigantic body nods his head, but his neck covered by the immense amount of mass he held, it was hard for anyone to notice except from Aro who was looking out for the slightest movement Keldar could make.

Following the permission that was granted Aro walked over taking small strides and in no rush as he knew they weren't going anywhere soon, he had sat down directly in front of Shirogane.

After doing this Aro speaks finally breaking the long silence "Shirogane don't mind Kurin he is just protective of me after hearing what your master let happen to me on earth but i do not blame you after all you were only a child you had no real power to stop it so i demand you to speak your mind freely".

Shirogane hearing and accepting that Aro holds no grudges against him continues the words he was speaking before being interrupted "you had haunted my dreams for years even once you were thought to be killed by my master Torino and with this i share some pain from the same events you had endured, even if it is not as severe i still hope that we can share a connection through this".

The room once again falls silent only to be broken once again by Aro who had the look of hate but also had mercy in his voice as he spoke the words "i realise that your master had little to no choice but to make a deal with that fiend of a zeon but i will not grant him my mercy when i next see him but Shirogane i hold no feelings of hate for you so we shall share this connection".

Shirogane then stands up looking down upon Aro and says calmly "i understand what my master did to you was unspeakable but i am thankful for your understanding".

Aro now that the past is behind them, stood up looking directly at Shirogane he had decided to finally say "i have questions now that need answers before i can let you leave Shirogane, why have you came here, how did you manage to get here from earth and finally whos intentions are you serving?".

Shirogane then looks back towards Aro allowing tension to build up in the room, he then speaks with a affirmative tone "ill answer with one name the red emperor Uzunami".

Keldar lit up with his attention now caught by the name mentioned.

The tower then begins to vibrate as shock waves are sent through the pillar and shot out in waves at the base, causing the ground below it to shake and tremble.

This was the first signs of Keldar dragging his enormous body off his throne, the second signs were that the air had became chilling and all the kiren had dropped to their knees, this included Aro.

With these signs passing Keldar had finally stood up, the pillar now putting a hault to its trembling but the musenshi had remained on their knees. Shirogane was caught off guard by this and was forced down to his knees with the musenshi.

While Keldar's aura alone speakes the level of seriousness hes now taking this with.Keldar then speaks while looking down towards Shirogane "so you came for the zeon known as Kibar i presume".

Shirogane while he remained looking down his face gained a look of shock which was all the verification Keldar needed to carry on with his words.

Keldar continued to say "yes we have him held captive below us inside this very pillar".

With the information of Kibar's whereabouts granted to Shirogane, he is in a state of shock and confusion not knowing what his next actions should be.

Sorin now seeing Shirogane's reaction and wonders if it was wise to tell him that.

With this Sorin readys himself for battle by grasping a tighter hold of his meteorite broadsword which was held against his back by his brown leather sheath, but Dagrin had the opposite reaction, his posture showing his relaxation and his trust within the Kiren elder.

Aro had also shared the same reaction as Dagrin but he had also trusted Shirogane's judgement skills.

While Kurin was the most hasty to fight against Shirogane, waiting and hoping for Shirogane to rush into making any decisions, but this did not come. Shirogane began to speak calmly "so what will it be, will your people work for Uzunami or against him?".

Leaving everyone shocked that he had completely ignored Kibar's situation. Keldar says in answer to Shirogane's question "i will not let my people suffer at the hands of another race, we will fight the red empire do what you will with that information".

Keldar then used his technique aura submission once again and says "i thought i told you to calm yourselves Kurin and Sorin".

Which after they are forced into dropping their guards and releasing hold of their weapons.

Aro taking initiative and realising that Shirogane holds no form of loyalty to the red empire whatsoever, says "what will you do now Shirogane, its clear to me that you don't hold any form of loyalty towards Uzunami or the red empire".

Shirogane responds with confidence to Aro by saying "I'd like to stop your brother from joining the ranks of the empire and i was hoping you'd join me as an ally against Uzunami, there is multiple members of the empire who hold some form of resentment against Uzunami, so join me Aro".

Following Shirogane's words, Aro looks around him for a support in making a decision, he sees the members of the musenshi showing that they are clearly against it, as they wait for Aro to decline but Aro sees Keldar they then meet eyes in which they speak through their souls and emotions.

Keldar shows Aro that he trusts him completely and allows Aro to make the decision.

Aro now makes his decision and informs those around him by saying "so my brother has chosen his path but i cannot let someone of the Mugen family line enslave our people, the kiren race would be changed as a whole and the distrust of our family would result in our extinction, so i will join you Shirogane forgetting your masters past actions and entrusting you to be better".

Shirogane now walking towards Aro and raising his hand in acknowledgement of Aro's decision.

Which the warriors meet eyes and remain eye contact for a few seconds but to everyone there it seemed like a lifetime, now clearing the uncertainty they shake hands and from that the musenshi take their leave feeling betrayed by their leader Aro.

In which after Shirogane says not breaking eye contact with Aro "i won't let you down, so should we leave straight away towards system seventeen?".

Aro then asks in uncertainty "what of your brother Kibar?".

Shirogane speaks no words but just shakes his head and with this Aro understood that their relationship is similar to his own with Maro, one which is best not to be discussed.

Aro who is now looking towards Keldar for advice on what their next move should be.

To only be answered by silence as Keldar takes his seat and nods in agreement of Aro.

Which after Aro speaks "yes lets take our leave now".

In which the warriors leave the pillar leaping from it with the strength of muscles and infuse their strongest energys giving them the ability of flight, which they use to take their leave of the planet kirnon forming the unlikely alliance which seems like it could snap at any moment.
