Chapter28: Uzunami's survival: age sixteen

Three years have passed since Uzunami's slaughter of the abusive gang.In that time Uzunami and Surak have continued to kill anyone who would dare to rule tortured in Onslaught's absence.The young emperor had gained the fame that Surak had wished for his little brother.Which lead to Uzunami gaining the titles abuser and the revenant.But with titles comes responsibility, people depend on those who are strong and titles are a way of showing your strength.The akane slaughter was not just a sad day for Uzunami but also for Darkus who lost two of his strongest warriors as well as one of the most promising.So in Uzunami's return he was called to duty, the duty to serve in kronen's military against cryptos.The sky lit up with vibrant lights of energy.Blue, green and yellow lasers all travelled through the depths of space.Followed by the screams of warriors and the faint final breaths of the injured.Uzunami finally got to witness first hand what his father had to withstand for most of his life.And he was not alone no it was almost as if the events of Densetsu's appearance have been reincarnated.As Kenta and Genshi sasine are also on the front lines just as the bear and king of brutality were before them so long ago.Two blazing red tigers ran across the battlefield, setting a light to each and everyone of the freshly made corpses.And those flames soon created a meteor of fire which crashed down into a garden of flames burning all those trapped inside.And who commands such a power it is no other then the jaws of death Tyger.The mere cub was no longer so innocent as he was eight years ago.Having made a merciless name for himself in the never ending great zeon war.Tyger stood strong as one of the cryptos warriors, his doubt crushed by victory."Hey he's here the flames of the jungle is here" a zeon grabbed hold of the closest warrior to him."This is for our father you bastard" the zeon rushed forwards without a second thought."How boring you all are" Tyger spoke staring into the eyes of the frightened prey."At least your deaths will be slow and entertaining" flames roared upon the two warriors who dared to attack the jaws of death.Scorching their bodies, turning them to ash.But Tyger was not the only returning cryptos warrior as Dieregi had survived her last encounter with the sasine brothers.Or at least the physical part of her did somewhat.With a body mostly made of meteorite enhancements, she now must rely on a life support enhancement which only weakens her abilities.But except for that her body is a now a weapon, a skeleton made of meteorite, spikes on her knees and left elbow.Her lower torso now completely made of meteorite.Even her left arm and legs are meteorite.And as a zeon approached the seemingly easy kill, they soon learned the hard way that Dieregi had adapted to the changes forced upon her.Dragging the warrior into the spike on her elbow followed by the spike on Dieregi's left knee into her skull, killing her instantly.It seems that even though her spirit is broken Dieregi was reborn a weapon for king Lation.The battle roared!Each side a powerful force to be reckoned with but only one can win.Red tigers made of flames darted from one zeon to the next endlessly feeding on the weak.Which in turn only made more flames for Tyger to weaponize.And as one of tigers began to aim for a stronger prey they were extinguished in the hand of Uzunami.Activating his technique plates of scarlet energy healed Uzunami's burns making it as if he was not harmed in the first place.Infuriated Tyger took his sights to the revenant.And another tiger spawned behind Uzunami pincering him between the two tigers of fire and their master.Uzunami had killed a total of two hundred and forty zeons today, and thanks to that his stats were increased by three thousand and six hundred.Making him a rival to even the strongest of zeons.Uzunami infused his body making it glow with amber.But it was only for a short second as hundreds of tiny bullets swarmed the battlefield, each one shooting from Uzunami's body.But they did not just hit the enemy but Uzunami's allies too.In the confusion Tyger made his move...Uzunami was forced into close combat with the flames of the jungle.Flames sprouted the recently lit corpses.Sprouting into a web trapping both Tyger and Uzunami inside.Unafraid the future emperor entered full control while also activating his technique slaughter fist.And as Uzunami's abilities were still unknown to cryptos, they could not prepare for the disaster which was about to occur.Flames dropped from the web creating pillars of fire.But the abuser pushed through them and was instantly healed by the technique activated moments ago.Tyger unable to think due to the shock of Uzunami's beast like approach stood frozen.Allowing for Uzunami to easily hit Tyger with his slaughter fist.The flames evaporated as Tyger's energy was disrupted.Taking advantage Uzunami landed blow after blow, each one stronger then the last."Ahhh get out of my way pathetic trash" Uzunami began to channel his energy throughout his body and into his right fist.And his next hit was a stand out blow.As on impact a blood red laser shot out straight into Tyger's chest.Meanwhile the sasine brothers, Kenta and Genshi were forced to finish the fight their predecessors failed to.The fight against Dieregi.Every single person except the brothers were pushed away friend and foe alike.The brothers became singled out in the open.They were made to be easy prey.Although the brothers were at a disadvantage they did not cower in fact they did the opposite as they placed their backs onto one another."So brother you ready?, you better keep up" Genshi entered full control swiftly but constantly controlled."I see you just as full of yourself as always brother, not like I'm much different" Kenta's body shined with the power of the dead, thanks to his curse revenge of the fallen.Dieregi made her move, pulling Kenta away from his brother's side.Unable to stop his movement Kenta was forced to watch as Genshi was impaled.Impaled by the blade which sat upon Dieregi's elbow.Kenta's constant travel was put to a halt by two of his allies, who held him in place."I'm sorry about this but I'm gonna have to borrow your strength" Kenta took a hold of both of them.Ripping his fingers into their necks and as his grip on them grew tighter they were slammed into one another.Causing them to instantly die, allowing for Kenta to take their strength.Using one as a launch pad Kenta quickly returned to close quarters combat with his brother. But not alone.As the brutal warrior brought the other corpse with him."Hey your forgetting someone" Kenta tossed the corpse straight into Dieregi.Using the sixth ability Kenta appeared just in time to mercilessly knock her back to Genshi.And while less brutal Genshi is still of the sasine blood line.Dieregi flew past Genshi but this was not an act of mercy.As Genshi took a hold of her meteorite arm ripping it from her body.Once again Kenta teleported, appearing just in time to slam his fists into Dieregi's stomach.Her meteorite torso caved in on itself, damaging her life support enhancement.But that's not it, they are not finished yet...Genshi used the thirteenth curse mark causing a shockwave of wind to send Dieregi even further down into the depths of space.Which was followed by Kenta propelling his dominant blue fist into her back.Sending the queen of motion back into Genshi's grasp.And as she flew Genshi grabbed a hold of her "it's not nice not being able to control your own movements is it?".Genshi dropped her followed by a kick into her caved in stomach, sending her flying back into the space."I truly was hoping for more eh brother" Kenta teleported to his brother's side."Its not over yet Kenta" Genshi looked upon Dieregi who has seemed to have regained her spirit.And as two meteorites passed Dieregi shaped them into spikes, shooting them straight into Kenta.Ripping through his stomach Kenta was quickly sent into a mindless rage.Followed by his brother who still remained in control."Nice trick" Genshi spoke as the sky fell into total darkness.Blackout a move which guarantees the next attack the user uses to hit no matter what.And as Kenta was once again pushed away there was no stopping the threat of defeat.Genshi infused himself with divine energy, causing him to glow with an angelic light.Genshi finished his blackout with a roaring divine fist.Fracturing her skull.And as her skull began to crack the life from her eyes began to fade.Finally Kenta returned and in a rage he flew straight through her corpse, the meteorite ripping into his body and her guts splattering into space.The warrior twins had finally finished the fight that lasted for eight years.The fight between the sasine family and Dieregi.Still injured Tyger continued to fight against Uzunami, both of them landing blow after blow.But the jaws of death was slowing down, the hole in his chest was starting to finally effect him.And with that the final encounter began...And as Tyger began to cover himself in fire the form known as the jungle's flame was activated.Two tigers spawned on either side of him, their fangs drooling with fire at the sight of Uzunami.And as they pounced towards Uzunami the tigers disappeared.No they were destroyed by the warrior twins, who had launched themselves into the flames.Appearing at Uzunami's aid Tyger's chances of victory were nothing short of impossible.With that in mind Tyger called upon every single flame on the battlefield and created a scorching wall blocking all from following him in his escape."Your a powerful warrior we could need you in the future what do you say about joining us permanently Uzunami?" Genshi raised his hand but was only met with hate.Hate wedged so deep in Uzunami's soul that no one could hope to conquer it.
