Chapitre 7 : Take The shortcut to achieving my goal

In the Dark and Silent Night

John lay on his bed, unable to sleep. He addressed the scroll that lay beside him:

"Hey scroll, do you know that I'm starting to get bored with these childish events? I have all the power I need, yet I feel like I'm just here to fill in as a secondary character in this story."

The scroll, now glowing blue, responded:

"I can't help you with that. You chose this role for yourself."

"Protecting Naruto?" John questioned, a serious expression on his face.

"Yes, I believe you're mistaken here," he continued. "Do you think I came here for such a silly goal? I assure you, I have a much greater purpose. You see, I was wealthy in my previous life, I possessed everything in the world, but there was one thing I couldn't have."

"And what was that?" the scroll inquired.

"Immortality," John replied. "My father, like me, had everything, but after a few years, he died and lost everything – even his thoughts and memories were erased. So, when I entered this world, my goal was clear, and it will remain so."

The scroll was taken aback by his response.

"And how do you plan to achieve it?" it asked.

John chuckled and said, "It's simple. I'll use you to achieve it."

"I understand," the scroll replied. "Since we are bound by a blood contract, I must fulfill all your requests. What do you want me to do now?"

"I want you to fast forward a few years in this world, specifically to the moment Sasuke and Naruto leave the village. I don't want to stay in this boring timeline any longer. I want to achieve my goal as quickly as possible."

With that, John struck the scroll with his staff, and the room was illuminated with a yellow light. Moments later, John found himself standing in front of the Hokage's office, now occupied by Tsunade, as he had indeed skipped past the death of the Third Hokage, Hiruzen, John entered the Hokage's office, a paper in his hand, and presented it to Tsunade, who began to read it aloud:

"Uchiha Nakazi

Subject: Request to leave the village for a period of time

Reason: Training"

"Are you asking me to relieve you of all your upcoming duties, Nakazi, and allow you to leave?" Tsunade asked.

"Yes," John replied.

"Very well," Tsunade said. "You will be excused from your upcoming duties, and I approve your departure, but on one condition: you must not remain outside the village for more than four years, or you will be considered a traitor."

"That's fine, I agree," John responded.

After that, John left the village with hasty steps, the scroll by his side.

"Since you want to leave the village now, where are you heading?" the scroll asked.

"I want to go to the Uzumaki village, which was destroyed," John replied. "Do you know where it is?"

"Yes, I know the way there," the scroll replied. "Follow me."

Hours and days passed, and John finally arrived at Uzumaki, which was completely destroyed. In a moment of silence, the scroll spoke:

"Why didn't you tell me your purpose for coming here? Do you want to train in seals?"

"Yes," John replied, "but not just any seals. I want to learn the seals that caused several villages to unite to exterminate this clan, the seals that were never completed. And I want you, scroll, to complete the clan's work on them. These seals are located in the secret underground headquarters, which is sealed with a powerful seal that only someone from another world like us can break."

"I understand your intention, John," the scroll said. "You want me to open the seal by creating another counter-seal."

"Yes," John confirmed.

After a few minutes, John and the scroll reached the door of the secret headquarters. The scroll began to create the counter-seal to open the door, and after a few more minutes, the scroll finally succeeded in creating the counter-seal and gave it to John.

John took the seal and approached the door, and he began to draw the counter-seal on it. After a few moments, the giant stone door crumbled into dust, revealing a large opening leading down into the headquarters, John didn't hesitate and entered the secret headquarters swiftly. It was pitch black inside, as there was no source of light. Moments after entering, he was shocked by the sight that greeted him, and his shock was amplified when he heard a word
