The Message

Taking out the papers that had been rolled many times, Ling undid them, and the first thing he noticed was the insignia that had been used at the end of the letter. He brought the paper closer and noticed that it was the emblem of the Ziviel kingdom. Ling's brows creased as he dropped the letter unto his lap and looked ahead of him. He glanced at the area where the bodies had been buried and couldn't help but wonder if that was related to reaching him. With a long breath in and a deep sigh, Ling arranged the papers, dusted them like something had settled on them, and brought the notes closer to his eyes.

"Dear Ling," the letter started and it was from the queen of the kingdom, Queen Ruby.
