The Woods

Meanwhile, in the Red Kingdom, Ling was out gathering some herbs and was using spells to move his chair-on-wheels around. He was deep within the woods and quite far from the border of the Red Kingdom – he knew that no one would see him practicing magic. Ling didn't want Sek to know that he could still wield magic.

His chair hit something making him almost trip over.

"My stars!" Ling yelled and cussed under his breath. It was during times like this that he hated the fact that he was handicapped. But there was nothing he could do about it and was still grateful that he could use his arms which were the most important part of his body – at least to Ling.

Thinking that it was just a boulder or some rock, Ling was about to ignore what had come in contact with the wheels but his nose wriggled at a stench.
