Chapter 16 Thunderstorm

Good heavens, I actually did it!

Having lived together for so many days, I understood very well how serious his mysophobia was!

If he hadn't let me go by now, it was definitely the power of his unborn baby inside me.

Under his urging, his driver drove very fast on the way home.

When we got home, the first thing he did was to rush into the bathroom. I wrapped myself tightly in his suit and went to take a bath with Harlow's help.

"Mr. James got really worried when he realised you weren't here. Miss Cervantes, you can't go missing like this again!" Even though Harlow said it as gently as she could, I could still hear the dissatisfaction in her voice.

Following Kristian's request, I'd have to take Harlow wherever I go now.

"I'm sorry!" Other than apologising, there was nothing else I could say.

I looked at Kristian uneasily and did not know how to explain it to him.
