Rai continued with this schedule for the next week. Getting beaten up by Scáthach, traversing the Dungeon and creating 100's of shadow clones to work on new Jutsus as well training his Observation Haki. He has not been able to look into the future yet with his Haki but has seen a massive improvement in his senses. This was bound to happen now that he had instructed close to a 100 of his clones to dodge multiple projectiles at once while being blindfolded.

Rai also just cleared the 100th Floor of the Dungeon and will have to start with the Elite Rank Dungeon next. The 91st onwards were inhabited by Demons. These Demons are not the humanoid kind. They looked like monstrosities made from rock and lava. All of them were Lesser Demons but were still a handful. Unlike Vampires who were agile and had crazy regeneration. Demons have extremely powerful bodies and a very high magical prowess. They were like a machine gun spitting out magic attacks nonstop.

The floor boss was a Greater Demon, the evolved form of the lesser ones. This demon looked more humanoid than the lesser ones. This was the hardest fight that Rai had ever had to go through. The spars with Scáthach don't count since he never ever had a chance anyways. Rai was forced to remove the Gravity Seal on his body in order to kill this Demon.

Rai was left frustrated with this. Sure, he could have easily beaten this demon if he wasn't suppressing himself. But, he was almost at the Peak of Sky Profound Realm with an almost inexhaustible amount of Chakra. If he couldn't beat this demon even with a gravity seal. There is no way he can beat the Elite Rank as he is now. Then how was he supposed to even think about scaling the higher difficulty dungeons.

Rai didn't think much further and decided to think of a solution first. He decided to buy a bloodline from the store in order to aid him. He thought it was best to go for something like the Storm Release or the Swift Release. He didn't think it was necessary to buy a purely elemental bloodline. Rai is of the opinion that with enough mastery over the elements and eventually learning Yin and Yang Release. He should be able to overpower the elemental Kekkei Genkais. Eventually Rai just decided to go for the Swift Release since it would give his speed a good boost.

Rai was also super interested in the Uzumaki and Nara bloodlines. The Uzumaki bloodline with their extreme vitality would be a boon to have when training Yang Release not to mention the extra years of lifespan do not hurt. Rai being at the Sky Profound Realm already has a lifespan of 300 years and this could even go up to 500 with the Uzumaki bloodline.

The Nara bloodlines ability to manipulate shadows is also very attractive to Rai. He could not help but think that they are being underutilized. Just imagine if it could be trained to the level of Jin-Woo's Shadow Monarch class abilities. It may be a pipe dream but Rai feels like at least a few of Jin-Woo's abilities can be replicated with the help of the Nara Bloodline.

Rai was initially contemplating on buying the Uchiha Bloodline for their Sharingan but the way of unlocking the Sharingan does not change and he would have to face extremely volatile fluctuations in his emotions to awaken them. I mean putting his body through pain is one thing but willingly putting your mind in such duress is just madness. So, as much as the Sharingan is an attractive option, Rai decided to not buy it unless some sort of situation calls for it.

Right now, Rai has saved up to 1 Million SP. The Swift Release costs 40 Million and so Rai is going to work towards that first and foremost.

Today was a special day for Rai since he would finally be going out of the village for a mission. Darui's team came back a couple of days ago and after sufficient rest they were ready to set out again. The mission this time was to exterminate a bunch of Bandits who are killing and raping civilians close to the border. The war has seen too many shinobis becoming Nukenin having had enough of the war or fleeing in terror. This seems to be a problem for all the major villages with bandit activity going through the roof.

Ideally, the villages could just send out a big squadron of their shinobis to deal with this but a movement like that is sure to put the other villages on alert. The war has just finished and everyone is still on edge. As much as the lives of Civilians in their land matter to the villages, the risk of another outbreak of war, no matter how small the chances makes the villages very cautious while making moves. So, only small 4 man squads can be sent out to deal with these problems.

Rai can be seen waiting for Darui, C and Samui near the exit of the village. He is wearing a black sleeveless top, black pants with black arm guards and shin guards having a cloud pattern. Rai is also wearing the headband on his forehead. He now looks like an 11 year old boy standing at almost 140 cm in height. Rai's physique also has also improved drastically. Though he is quite tall for his age, he certainly does not look lanky. His body proportions are quite perfect for his height. Though Rai is trying to keep a menacing look on him, his face does not seem to agree. He looks very much like a pretty boy with his delicate and handsome features. The blonde hair and purple eyes only add to the pretty boy persona that he is giving off.

Rai has now been waiting in front of the village for close to an hour. He came half an hour early, but it looks like his new team is trying to piss him off and it is working a charm. He is not only having to wait there, a small crowd has also started forming next to him primarily made of young girls. When Rai turned to them curiously he was bombarded with 'Kyaaa' and 'Kawaii' sounds.

'Seriously, what's a guy gotta do for some peace here? And honestly how are there so many of them. Do they have like a WhatsApp group or something?'

Rai initially did not know why they were standing around. He did not really consider himself as handsome before. Sure, he does look decent and in no way can be considered bad looking. But this was something else. It was only after he remembered the number of fan girls that Sasuke had in the show that he came to think that maybe he is kinda above average in the looks department.

Of course, he didn't know that it was not only his looks that were above average, it was his entire demeanor that made him look attractive. His seriously thinking face had a dreamy appeal to the younger girls who were entranced and in dreamland already. If Rai knew this, he'd have already run away. He only looks like a 10 year old, but on the inside he is 35 years old with the 7 years that he has lived here. Rai is a man of culture but there's no way he's ever getting together with someone who is young enough to be his daughter, no matter how much of a beauty they will end up becoming in the future.

As Rai was in his inner turmoil. Darui, C and Samui finally made it to the gate. They were snickering at Rai's plight.

"Told you this would happen. Hand it over." – C

"Tsk. What is that people see in blonde and fair skin?" – Darui then hands over 1000 Ryo note to C

"Hey Pretty Boy. It's time to go." – C

Rai quickly got out his thoughts and glared at them. He turned around just in time to see C tuck in the note into his pocket and quickly figured out that they did this on purpose. Swearing at them under his breath for revenge. Rai did not even bother to greet them and quickly walked to the exit followed by the rest of the team.
