Chapter 10

I got pregnant on our anniversary. I gave birth to a beautiful son named Oliver and daughter named Zoe. We now have four children that we love so much.

"Mother Zoe and Oliver are stuck in the tree again."

"Sigh." "Show me where they are."

Jessy and Max are now fifteen years old and the twins are nine years old they get into so much mischief they always keep us on our feet.

"How many times have I told you two to stop climbing trees?"

"Twenty times."

"We are sorry mommy, we just wanted to play with the monkeys."

"Monkey's?" "What monkey's?"

"Imaginary one mommy we like to play with them."

"Well they seem to be getting you into a lot of trouble maybe you should play with the other children in the pack."

I climbed into the tree and helped them down.

"This is the last time I am going to help you out of the tree next time you are going to have to get out by yourself." "Do I make myself clear?"

(Zoe and Oliver)

"Yes mommy."

I kissed them both on the cheeks.

"Good now go play with the other children."

I watched as they ran to the playground.

"Thank you Jessy for telling me I don't know what I would have done if they fell and got hurt." "By the way what is your brother Max up to?"

"He went to go see Aurora again." "Why does he always want to see her?"

"I think he likes her." "I am going to have to talk to him because he needs to know that he will find a mate and when he does he wouldn't want to be with Aurora anymore."

"Mother what if Aurora is his mate?"

"That can't be possible." "She is a Unicorn and we are human plus Werewolves and if they are mates in the future I don't know what would happen."

"Mother, when do we get to find our mates?"

"On your eighteenth birthday but the male will know first." "Why do you have someone in mind?"

"Nope, no one likes me like that here." "I am friends with everyone but I don't think I am going to have a mate here in our pack."

"That is alright there are many wolves in the world you will find someone." "I have to get going." "I have something that needs to get done and Jessy I love you."

"I love you too."

Mother walked away and I watched as the twins ran around.

"Sigh."

I can't wait to find someone who loves me.

"Boo."

"Ahhh." "Max why did you scare me?"

"Because you are so easy to scare." "What are you thinking about?"

"Nothing." "How was hanging out with Aurora?"

"It was fun." "We got to talk about what she has been doing and what she wants to do in the future." "What have you been doing?"

"Watching the twins' mother and father are very busy lately." "I had to go get mother because the twins got stuck in the tree again." "They say that their imaginary monkey friends make them climb the tree." "Mother said she is not helping them any more but I think that was to scare them so they wouldn't climb the tree anymore."

"I don't think it got to their heads they are in the tree again." "Remember when we were that young we caused so much trouble."

"Haha." "Yes, mother and father had to use a leash for a whole week because we caused so much trouble." "I suppose we should get two thoughts out of the tree."

"Nope, let's just tell them what mother said and see what they do."

We walked over to the big tree.

"Sorry twins but you are going to have to get yourselves out of the tree just like mother said."

We watched as the twins used powers to get out of the tree.

"What the heck?" "Please tell me I am not the only one who saw that?"

"Nope." "I saw what you saw too, they twins have powers." "We better take them to mother and father."

We grabbed the twins and ran to their office slamming the door open.

"What good names are going on?" "Why did you slam the door?"

"Sorry mother but you have to hear us out, it's about the twins." "So Max got back from hanging out with Aurora, the twins got stuck in the tree again so I said to Max we should go help them, then he said let's say what mother said, and they used some kind of magic to get themselves out of the tree."

"That's not out of the ordinary you two shifted when you were just one years old, that's not normal either you both have to remember that I am a goddess, and I am also a rare wolf that is why you all can do certain things." "You are rare wolves as well because you are mixed with your father and myself so you are special." "It's okay that they have powers."

"I understand now but why did they need your help if they knew how to get themselves out of the tree?"

(Zoe and Oliver)

"Because they are always busy and never have time for use anymore so we miss them and that is why we pretend to get stuck so that we can see them."

Tears came to my eyes. Our children need us and here we are getting work done well. It never seems to get done.

"I will make all four of you a promise so I promise tomorrow we will all have a family day."

"Mother, are you sure?" "what about the work that is pilling up on your desk?"

"It's okay Max your mother is right we should all hangout as a family tomorrow."

I looked over at the paperwork. This is not going to be good to leave work for a day. It's going to take us forever if the papers keep piling up like they are.

"Work can wait for a day."

"We can help daddy."

We all watched as the papers got signed and put away. I looked over to the twins and they were smiling. Their powers are very helpful.

"Thank you two now that the paperwork is done we can start hanging out today."

I grabbed Chloe's hand as the children ran outside. I miss that these days family time is very important and yet the children had to come to us saying they miss us for us to realize we need more family time. I kissed Chloe on the cheek.

"Where did the years go?"

"I know what you mean our children are growing up so fast we just blink and they will be getting a mate." "Oh I am so excited we will have grandchildren when the children come of age."

"Wow, don't get ahead of yourself we need them to stay children as long as they can not just that but our son has a crush on a Unicorn it would work if she was Unicorn-human like us being wolf-human I am very sad that our son will find out the hard way."

Max and Jessy are now of age they can find their mate's I can't believe time has passed so fast they are no longer little kids they are now adults and going to live their own lives.

"Father what is that smell?"

"Haha." "It's your mate, go find her son if you need anything just let us know."

I watched him follow the scent and stop right in front of Aurora. My jaw dropped and I walked over to Chloe.

"Honey you won't believe who Max's mate is."

I looked to where Matthew was pointing at Max's mate Aurora. My jaw dropped open.

"How?" "Can that even work?"

"I don't know but they are so happy together."

"Sigh." "I am just glad they are happy."

My jaw dropped again when I saw Aurora shift into a human. I walked over to them both.

"Hi Aurora how have you been?" "I haven't seen you in a long time."

"I am good, I can't believe that I am Max's mate."

"You look amazing in your human form." "I didn't know that you could shift."

"I didn't know that either until I felt the mate pull." "It's a miracle that I could shift to be with Max's."

I held her hand.

"I am so happy for you two." "I know how much my son loved to visit you everyday." "He always talks about you."

"I always talk about him at home and my parents are very bored with what I have to say so they stop asking." "Haha."

"Congratulations, you two have fun."

I walked back over to Matthew.

"The moon goddess helped her become a shiftier, isn't that amazing?"

"Really that is amazing now our son can be happy." "Hell they can both be happy."

I grabbed Chloe as our song came on.

"Wait?" "What?"

I heard our song.

"Will you dance with me my love?"

He put his hand out for me and I grabbed it/

"I would love to."

I am the luckiest woman alive to have four amazing children and one loving husband. We danced to the song until it ended.

"Thank you for asking me to dance."

"Thank you for dancing with me my love."

"Mother, father I found my mate." "I would like you both to meet Alpha Blake." "He is the Vampires new Alpha."

"Very nice to meet you Blake my name is Chloe the Luna and this is my husband Matthew the Alpha of the wolves and soon our oldest son and his mate will be taking our place."

I can feel tears forming in my eyes. My baby girl found her mate and I am so proud.

"It's nice to meet you young Alpha."

"I have heard so much about you two. My family has said that you saved them all from a prison, Luna." "Is that true?"

"Yes but I also had help from them and my husband."

"Crash!"

The party room fell silent and we turned to see the bastard Vampire Alpha.

"Gasp." "How are you still alive?"

"I had my people burn you this can't be happening."

"Surprise!" "I am back from the dead." "I can see that you are very confused let me tell you how I am back well I was in hell and I talked the devil himself into letting me come back so I can make this land a hell for all of you and I promised I would bring him a wife and I knew right away who I would bring to him and guess?"

I shifted into my wolf form.

"Howl!"

("You will not be taking anyone tonight.")

"Growl."

"Yes you there the rare one he wants you personally handed to him on a silver platter." "Haha."

"Growl."

I pointed for everyone to go outside. I see my children surrounding me.

"You are not going to even think about touching our mother."

"Oh this is too sweet I think I might cry have it your way I will just have to kill all who stand in my way."

He charged towards my children and I pushed them all away. I took the blow and coughed up blood. I got back up on all four.

"Growl."

("Don't you even dare touch my family.")

I looked to see Matthew by my side.

("Are you okay my love?") ("Sorry I formed a little too slow.")

("I am fine.") ("You are here now that's what matters.") ("Is everyone out and safe?")

("Yes I got everyone out safely.")

"Haha." "Isn't this precious?" "The rare family of the pack sticking together so bad no one will ever see anyone of you ever again." "Good by children."

"Howl."

I attacked the Vampire, pushing to the ground I watched as the power to kill was heading right to our children.

("No.")

I watched as my husband took down the Vampire but the power to kill was headed straight towards my children at a fast rate they are not going to make it out of the way in time I won't let that happen I jumped in front of them again pushing them out of the way this time I wasn't so luck the power hit me right in the chest my wolf has no more power to hold on as I shift back into my human form.

"No!" "This wasn't supposed to happen." "I was supposed to come here and get you as my mate to take back with me hell but now you are dying because of me."

I watched the Vampire kneel down and surrender to use.

"Growl."

(Children)

"Mother."

"My babies I am so glad that you're okay."

I put my hand on them. I don't want to leave them but I can feel that it's my time to go.

"I love you all so much."

"Mother please don't leave us Max and Jessy are going to be married on the next full moon." "Heck I want you to be alive for Oliver and myself to find our mates please mother don't go."

Tears fell down my face and onto my mothers hand I watched as my mother started to glow.

"What's happening?"

That's when she appeared as the moon goddess herself.

"Grandmother?"

"Hello my children." "I have seen what happened and I am very sorry that you all have to go through this but it is your mothers time to become a moon goddess with me but don't worry you will always see your mother as long as you look to the moon she will always be watching you."

I looked at my daughter.

"Are you ready to come home my dear?"

"Sigh." "No but I understand that I will have to do what I am in right now so I accept my fate."

"Mother no you can't leave us please don't go."

I smiled at my children.

"I don't want my children, but I have to because my wounds are too severe." "I won't make it if I stay here." "I love you all dearly please be good for your father."

"Oh Chloe I wish you could stay." "I would do anything for you not to go." "My heart is already hurting."

I looked at my husband with sad eyes and I felt tears rolling down my face.

"I am going to miss you all so much." "Matthew please don't be too hard on the children but also raise them right and show them all the right path."

"We are running out of time, my child if you want to come with me before you die please let me take you now."

"Yes, I am ready to say goodbye to my family, please stay safe I love you all so much."

"No mother please."

I look over to see Oliver hug me tight.

"I won't let you go. You have so much more to live for you don't deserve this. You are an amazing person."

I watched as my son started to glow with a gold light circling around them both.

"Oliver what are you doing?"

He didn't reply. We watched as they started to float and the light got brighter.

"Father what is happening?"

"I don't know if kids stay close."

Soon the light was so bright no one could see anything when the light dimmed we saw Oliver and Chloe come slowly back down from the sky tears formed in my eyes.

"Chloe you're alright." "How is this even possible?"

"Your children have powers that they still don't know how to use so I guess it's not time for you to come home." "You are dearly loved by your whole family so I will be taking my leave now." "Goodbye, I love you all, stay safe."

I looked over at the Vampire.

"And as for you I will be sending you back where you belong and if I ever catch you trying to come back to earth I will have to throw you even lower than the devil himself."

I grabbed a hold of him and threw him down back to hell.

"There now I should get going so I don't cause any more trouble. I will be keeping an eye on you all."

We watched as she disappeared into the night sky. I turned to my son and gave him a big hug.

"I don't know how you did it but thank you son." "You know I would have been happy either way you want to know why?"

(Rare family.)

"Yes."

"It's because I would have been watching over you even when I am dead." "I do thank you very much Oliver but you do know that one of these days I don't want to be alive it will be my time to go and that day you must not try and revive me okay?"

"I understand mother but I could feel that it wasn't your time yet and it isn't fair that you have to leave when you have done nothing wrong."

"Mother do you ever think he will try and come back again?"

"Let's hope it's not for everyone's sake." "He better stay in hell if he doesn't want to mess with the rare family."
