Chapter 9

Nine months has come and gone now we are parents to two amazing children who are now both six years old. I miss the days when they were younger but I know they have to grow up and find their own lives.

"Mommy guess what Max and I found."

"What, have you found Jessy and Max?"

They both grabbed my hands and walked me to the river I looked up to see a Unicorn.

"Shh." "We don't want to scare it off." "Wow I have never seen one before."

"Mommy why does Max get to go and pet the Unicorn?" "I thought we were supposed to be quiet."

I looked to where Jessy was pointing and I saw Max petting the Unicorn. My jaw dropped seeing what my son was doing. I have never in my life seen a unicorn but to my surprise my son is petting one.

"Come one Jessy, let's be very quiet and get to where Max is. We don't want to scare the unicorn."

We walked to Max's side. This is the most amazing thing I have ever done. We all got to pet the Unicorn.

"Mommy can we help her?"

"What?"

"Can we help her?" "She is lost and doesn't know where home is."

I see tears in my sons eyes. I wonder how the Unicorn got lost?

"Of course we can help her." "Do you know the name of your home land?"

"Yes I do, it's called the Sacred."

"I have heard that I can take you to the land but I can't promise you anything about finding you home because I have been there many times and never have I ever seen a Unicorn there."

"Haha." "I understand what your saying and I can answer that as well we Unicorns have powers so that no one can see or hear us when we are around but the reason why you can see me is because I am letting you."

"Before we leave I have one question for you." "Are you scared of wolves?"

"Of course not, I know you are a werewolf just by the smell you have but I can also sense that you are not a threat."

"Well let's get going My name is Chloe, these are my children Max, and Jessy."

"It's nice to meet you all." "My name is Aurora and I am very thankful that you all are willing to help me."

"Mommy can I ride the Unicorn?"

"Max that's not very nice to ask."

"Oh don't worry about it you and your sister are welcome to ride."

I shifted into my wolf form.

"Howl!"

I have never shifted by myself before this is the first and it's also a first for my children to see my wolf form.

"Wow mommy you are so beautiful."

("Let's go.")

I started to run. I had to make sure that they were keeping up. I don't want them to fall behind. They are having a blast laughing. I am glad they get to experience this. I want them to always be happy. We finally arrive at the Sacred land.

"Pant." ("Where do you know where to go from here?")

"Yes I do thank you all so much for the help." "I don't think I would be alive if it weren't for you."

("You are very welcome, well we will be on our way then.")

"Wait I want to thank you all please come with me I want you to meet my family."

("I would love to but I think I will scare them all in my wolf form.") ("I am still trying to figure out how to shift and UN-shift at my will and at the moment I don't have clothes.")

"Haha." "Let me help you."

The Unicorn walked over to me and it's horn started to glow then she touched me with the horn and I was human with a beautiful dress I have never seen anything like this before this type of clothing only excites if you help a unicorn and you are rewarded. I watched as my children got beautiful clothes as well.

"I don't know what to say thank you so much, these are very beautiful."

(Both children.)

"Thank you so much we love them."

"You are welcome to take very good care of them; they are magical and will fit you as you grow." "I would like to welcome you all to my family."

We followed her inside a field and what I saw was unbelievable. There must be millions of unicorns.

"Oh everyone, look , Aurora is back." "Daughter I have missed you so what happened to you?"

"I missed you, mother I got lost and my friends here helped me get home." "Please be nice they are werewolves but they are really nice."

"I understand." "I thank you all for helping my daughter find her way home." "She has been gone for days." "We all thought she was dead." "Penelope Luna of the Unicorns promises to become a blood family to you and your family as a thanks for saving my daughter."

"I thank you Luna of the Unicorns and I Chloe Luna of the werewolves and blood family for the Vampire's promise to be a blood family to you as well."

I bowed down to her as she did the same to me. They asked us to stay and have dinner with them. I am never going to forget this. I can't believe it. Unicorns.

"Mommy I am sleepy."

""Me to mommy."

Both my children were pulling at my dress.

"We will be on our way when my little ones need to sleep."

"I understand thank you again for helping my daughter and we will always welcome you and your pack back here anytime."

"Thank you for letting us stay."

I picked up my children and started to walk home.

"Wait."

I turned to see Aurora.

"I want to give you one more thing."

She handed me a necklace.

"This necklace will help you shift so that you don't have to hurt yourself and so you don't have to worry about when you're going to shift."

"Thank you so much this will help me a lot."

I bowed to her and left. I shifted into my wolf. I do thank her for the necklace. It's so much easier to shift now. I put my children on my back and ran home. When we arrived I saw Matthew with a worried look on his face. I shifted back to my human form with the dress still on.

"What happened to you?" "I was so worried that I lost all of you I had the whole pack looking."

"I am sorry my love, we were just helping someone that needed to get home."

I kissed his lips.

"The children need sleep; they are very tired from a long day of playing."

I picked up Jessy and looked at what they were all wearing.

"Where did you get these clothes?"

"Daddy Max and I saved a Unicorn and they gave us these."

I looked at my daughter who is about to fall asleep.

"Unicorns huh?" "I don't think I have ever seen one before."

We walked inside to put the twins to bed. We laid them down and tucked them in.

"They had so much fun with the Unicorns I still can't believe they found one today by the river." "The Unicorns thanked us by becoming blood family with us and they also said that we are welcomed to come back anytime." "So maybe we can all get together and celebrate all of our blood families together."

"That would make everyone here very happy." "I think they would really like that."

We walked to the kitchen.

"Why are we in the dark in the kitchen?"

(The whole pack.)

"Surprise happy anniversary."

"Oh my gosh you all did this for us?"

Tears fell down my face.

"Thank you all for remembering our anniversary."

"We all wanted to make your night fun." "We know it backfires but we still wanted to surprise you even if it met for one hour."

"We thank you all for this surprise Luna and myself will be heading off to be but please enjoy yourselves and have fun."

We walked to our room.

"Why did we leave the party?"

"Because I also have a gift for you."

I shut the door and locked it by pushing Chloe against the door. I kissed her lips down to her neck. I felt a necklace.

"Where did you get the necklace?"

"From the Unicorns they said it would help me so I can shift easier."

"Oh."

I started to kiss her again.

"Moan."

He took my clothes off and caressed my breast. We made love to the full moon.

"I am glad to see both of you still madly in love."

"Mother what are you doing here?"

I covered myself and so did Matthew.

"I came to see you and my grandchildren but it looks like they are asleep and you are being lovey doves."

"I haven't seen you for years." "The first time I saw you was on our wedding night and then you just disappeared for the longest time."

"I understand that you are mad at me but I will explain it to you right now." "When I was pregnant with you I was so happy that I was having a child of my own and your father was very happy as well but one night a war broke out as I was giving birth to you I was so worried about my mate so after I gave birth to you I got out of the hospital to fight beside him it hurt me to leave you but I could feel my mate being hurt so I had to help him first in the end we both died well your father did the moon chose me by taking me to become the moon goddess I was told by the moon that you where a god born to do great things I am still sorry that I left you but the moon called to me."

I now understand why my mother left. I started to cry.

"It's not far that you had to leave me."

"I know but nothing is ever planned to happen but when it does it happens for a reason." "Well the moon is calling." "I must go." "I love you all dearly."

I watched my mother vanish. She is right everything happens for a reason and my reason was to become a mother and a Luna to protect everyone. I laid down as I closed my eyes and sleep took over.
