The Rain Final

[POV All Might]

'Blackmore Level A Villain, a level S on any form of rainy weather. He's always been able to escape every other hero even endeavor once'

"Ah the number one hero didn't expect to encounter you so soon, and in this sort of weather no less." Blackmore begun spinning the blade he had on in his and slowly I saw It turn from a blade to a chain with a blade at the tip.

"I suggest you surrender!" (I'm not gonna edit it anymore since that takes time and isn't that good) I launched myself towards expecting this to end quickly but all I felt was a splash of water hit and pass me.

"Not quite heroic not giving me a chance!" i saw him throw his chain towards me but before it could even go near me I saw Aizawa throw his capture scarf at it and tangled with the chain made of water.

"GO!"

I took this chance and launched my fist towards Blackmore with enough force to push him despite being half of his body being water

"OH CRA-" Before he could scream any further I appeared behind him and hooked my arm at his chest

"OKLAHOMA SMASH!!!" I spun around as I had him hooked on my arm this would hopefully stun him enough for me to land another hit.

"Nice try but sadly that won't work!"

"Nani!?!?"

Blackmore was floating as if he jsut didn't get spun around by a tornado and I know that my Oklahoma smash was basically a tornado due to my strength despite weakened.

"You see AllMight your attack would have worked if I couldn't turn myself to water I would say the main reason why it also didn't work but I'm not that foolish to reveal one of my weakness!"

Blackmore charged at me with water slowly surrounding his palms, I was ready to counter any attack he would throw at me but he did something I didn't expect.

He pushed me away and then began to run away.

".... "

"WHAT ARE YOU STANDING STILL FOR!?!"

"OH, RIGHT!"

[POV Ryoiichi]

I would really not want to run away from AllMight but I knew I couldn't just take him without having it raining or a supply of present rain water.

Which is why despite knowing All Might would eventually catch up with me I'm currently looking for a specific building and behold I found it.

BOOM!

"Just surrender Blackmore you won't be able to escape!" I turn and saw the big loaf land causing a few cracks

'Damn despite being weakened he's still strong as hell' I really complain since All Might would be around town level city level in full power prime, now it may seem not that strong compared to big leagues from other types of fiction like Goku or Saitama.

But people really need to understand even if AllMight can't destroy a planet or an entire country he isn't someone to mess with and take likely.

"I know I won't be able to defeat you head on but sadly you have fallen for my trap." I placed my hands on the ground gaining an confused look from him till he examined his surroundings

"!!!!!"

"That's right we are in the middle of an abandoned factory and not just any factory a factory that has many holes on its roof and puddles on the ground and due to the holes being only tiny spots and not big enough to dry the puddles"

I saw All Might charge at me but it was too late water begun surrounding me like a shield and I slowly turn them to little balls of spikes and froze them mid-air

"TEXAS SMASH!" He threw a punch at me which specifically had a lot of air pressure with it I would be worried if not due to the fact the whole factory was covered in rain drops which swallowed the air pressure keeping it from hitting me.

"MUDA!!" I pulled out my revolver doing a full fan fire a long with water bullets following it as it hailed towards All Might

"CAROLINA SMASH!!!" But instead of dodging the bullets he charged at then flexing his muscles and blocking and redirecting most of the bullets, and I mean most since some of them we're able to hit a very specific spot on good ol number one.

"GAHH!" I saw him spit out blood from his mouth and crouch down in pain I took my chance and launched chains of water towards him restraining the tank of a man.

"The number one hero in chains and defenseless I wonder what I should do..." I walked towards the restrained All Might and saw his angry little muscular face and steam slowly releasing from his body I knew due to the fact he took a litteral bullet in his most vulnerable spot and the fact he had probably wasted a lot of his time he was basically clinging to not changing.

I took my revolver out and placed it to the man's forehead I looked at his face before speaking to him one last time.

"Goodbye Number One"

[Ding!]

(The Hero)

Release All Might to unlock further functions.

I looked at the screen in front of me I knew it was his doing he was definitely interfering again, I was pissed he really couldn't leave me alone he already reincarnated me into a crappy life and he still wouldn't leave me alone despite all my efforts.

"Damn it.."

I removed my gun from All Might's forehead which gained a confused look from him I didn't know what he was thinking but I could probably guess something but I was still pissed and needed to escape this place without him following me, and so I took aim once again but this time I aimed for his thighs

BANG!

BANG!

"GAHHHH!!" Another scream of pain along with more steam releasing from him but before anything else could happen the factory windows we're suddenly broken in by aizawa and a few random heroes.

"Bye."

*SPLASH*
