Predictably Ezra would not let go of that golden opportunity, especially since he also still needed money to buy something for Raphael, a new ring. Although in his main account there was quite a lot of money, of course Ezra could buy the ring easily, but somehow he felt dissatisfied if he used that money.
Raphael also knew that Ezra had a backup account, and that was the account he often used if he wanted to buy something, receive a salary, and save money. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that the main account was one that Ezra never touched.
He wanted to buy a good quality ring for Raphael, one that matched the man's masculine and charismatic stature. And of course, such a ring was very expensive, and the money in his reserve account could only buy one luxury ring. Naturally, if he wanted to give a matching gift, then Ezra would have to buy two same rings, so hopefully before Raphael returned from Russia he could buy a new one.
