I felt the new bandage around my neck, before clearing my throat.

"How do you feel?"

I nodded my head and she smiled, her smile always seemed to make me feel at ease, maybe it was because I got that motherly vibe from her. Her soothing words and smile filled my senses, I wasn't shaking anymore, even though we just had that talk.

"I heard your aunt will be coming today"

"Yeah"

"I'm sure she will be happy to see that you're okay, you know she only came here once," she chuckled, shaking her head. "Dace was overprotective and wouldn't let anyone disturb you" she mused and her eyes highlighted from that action, they really reminded me of Dace.

I blushed.

"Camille?"
