Chapter Forty six

Chris took Bella to the room where she was when he had her kidnapped. The room is still as beautiful as she remembered it. Bella asked Chris if she could use the washing machine because she needed to wash her uniform against tomorrow. Bella usually pack extra uniform in her box but she didn't bother since she was to go home early.

She decided to wear her sweat shirt and a Jean trouser, she then let down her hair before heading to the laundry room.

Bella could smell the aroma of muffin from where she was. She didn't realise how hungry she was till heard her tummy growl loudly.

Bella put my uniform in the washing machine for it to spine. She dried it when it was clean and decided to head back upstairs to get some sleep because she was too tired to stay awake.

Bella decided to take a warm shower before going to bed. The shampoo had a really lovely smell. It had a lavender scent which she really loved. She walked out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around my body and a towel wrapped around my head. Bella totally hated the idea of wearing trousers to bed especially jeans. Bella decided to ask claret for a gown or shorts although she was way bigger than Bella was.

"I doubt it if my body will fit into her clothes." Bella thought to herself.

She was still contemplating on what to do when she heard the door open.

"Oh my goodness am so sorry." Chris said closing the door immediately.

Bella could feel heat all over her body and she had this tingling feeling in her stomach. She felt that way Christian had just seen her half naked. Although according to Chris they had slept together before but none of them remembered how it happened.

"I wanted to give this to you." Chris said from the other side of the door stretching his hand inside the room with a white shirt and short neatly folded.

"Thanks." Bella said collecting the clothes.

She quickly wore the clothes before opening the door wide. Surprisingly Christian was no longer there. She somehow felt disappointed and closed the door.

Bella decided to continue with the Korean drama that she was watching before she heard a knock on the door.

"Come in." Bella said.

Chris came in with a tray of food that smelled so yummy even without opening it.

"Am sure you must be hungry and am super sure that you are too shy to come downstairs to eat so I saved you the stress and here I am with your dinner." Chris said placing the tray gently on the bed.

"Thanks." Bella said smiling because she knew he was absolutely right.

"Anything for you babe." Chris said with a small smile.

"what were you watching by the way?"Chris asked

"It's okay not to be okay, it's a Korean drama. I just started, do you want to join?" Bella asked smiling before dropping her phone to pick up the tray but she didn't get the chance to open the door before Chris spoke again.

"As much as I'd like to join you, I have to work." Chris said with a small smile.

"Ahhhh, work! work! work! All work and no play makes Christian a dull billionaire."Bella said dropping the tray she had on her leg on the bed side stool.

"Come on Chris, you'll really love this series that I can promise you. Come on, sit." Bella said pulling him to sit beside her .

"Ok fine." Chris replied with an eye roll

"Yass!" Bella said with a victorious smile.

"Now eat your food and we can watch the movie on the TV, am sure it'd be better that way." Chris said

"But theirs no TV here and won't you eat?" Bella asked.

"There's TV in my room and my food is in my room. I usually eat on the dining table but I brought my food upstairs because you are around and I also have a cinema downstairs if you prefer that." Chris said.

"Your room is on this floor right?" Bella asked innocently trying to avoid the stress of going downstairs.

"Yes." Chris replied.

"Then save me the stress of going downstairs." Bella said with a puppy face.

"My room it is then." Chris said

"Then let's go." Bella said carrying the tray as she stood up from the bed.

"Lead the way?" Bella said pointing at the door with the tray while she followed behind Chris as he led the way.

Bella was super shocked by view she had in front of her. Chris room was what she'd call magnificent. Bella found Chris room very beautiful.

The room was painted dark grey and it had a king sized bed sitting mightily in the middle of the room. The furniture's were beautifully sculpted and all the colours blended beautifully into one another.

"Wow." Bella said unconsciously with her mouth slightly opened and the tray still in her hand.

"Like what you see?" Chris said smirking bringing her out of her day dreaming.

"Your room is beautiful, not just your room though. You have a beautiful house. I guess you're Christian Hampson for a reason." Bella said smiling.

"Have your sit." Chris said motioning for her to sit before he handed her the remote.

Bella opened her food and discovered it was spaghetti bolognese, her favourite.

"Wow. How did claret know that this was actually my favourite food." Bella asked putting the food in her mouth.

"Oh Wow, this tastes really good." Bella said closing her eyes slightly savouring the taste.

"I actually made it." Chris said while Bella choked on her food.

Chris quickly handed her a glass of water while he pat her back.

"You really made this?" Bella asked with wide eyes

"Yes. I did." Chris said with a proud smile.

"You never seize to amaze me honestly. I mean this is really nice."  Bella said taking another bite. She didn't realise how hungry she was till she started eating.

"I told you I own the best Italian restaurant on the continent, it didn't occur to you that I must have had something for Italian food?" Chris asked with a smirk.

"You could have opened the restaurant to earn money. I mean it's the most expensive restaurant on the continent so what are you telling me." Bella replied with a smirk.

"Well I actually started it because of my love for Italian food. I learnt how to make Italian food at a very young age because we had an Italian chef when I was young." Chris explained.

"By at a very young age you meant?" Bella asked out of curiosity.

"Twelve." Chris replied laughing, he started choking on his food soon after then Bella rushed to pour him a glass of water.

"What was so funny though?" Bella asked with a furrowed her eyebrows.

"You probably thought I learnt at age two or five." Chris said and Bella bursted out in laughter too.

They were both laughing really hard at this point. They would stop, look at the each other then start laughing all over again. They both had tears in their eyes from laughing so hard.
