Chapter Eight

Mr Joe Anderson came in not long after my Bella's mum's surgery, he looked really devastated because of the news. He practically lost his mind when he saw Bella's message that her mum was in surgery. Bella partially understood how he felt because he had already lost his wife before in the past. Although he wasn't married to Vera (Bella's mum) yet but Bella was sure they'd get married some day. Bella wanted to stay with her mum overnight but MR Anderson insisted that she go home.

Chris didn't leave Bella's side through out the day. Why he stayed by her side was still very strange to her. She had always known him to be this cold demon in human form and judging by their last encounter, Bella knew he wasn't friendly. Their were a lots of questions running through her head and she needed to ask him but she doesn't know when or how.

Chris had his driver bring his Black Porsche 911 Torbo Mansory to the hospital since he was going to drive.

The car was really beautiful. The interior design was wow. Bella totally fell in love with the car at first sight.

" So is it true that you own more than 10 limited edition cars?" Bella asked getting into the passenger's sit.

"You're very right. All black." Chris replied with a smirk getting into the drivers sit.

"Smirking jerk" Bella muttered with an eye roll.

"I heard that" Chris said with a glare

"Oops" Bella replied with an awkward laugh.

"Actually almost everything I own are limited edition, I don't like sharing you know, he said shrugging."

"Totally sounds like you." Bella replied with a scoff.

She texted Bianca and the twins earlier about her mum's situation before leaving the the hospital but none of them had responded, they might be away from their phones she thought. She heard her phone ring. It was Bianca calling.

"He..."

"Why are you just telling me this." Bianca shouted over the phone.  Cutting Bella off

"Am sorry babe I didn't want to bother you. She's fine now so you can be at ease mummy's girl. " Bella said smiling

"Where are you?" Bianca asked

"On my way home." Bella replied

"But who will stay with your mum ?" Bianca asked.

"Her boyfriend." Bella replied.

"Oh right. Have got to go now Austin needs me." Bianca said.

"Oh okay, good night darling and thanks for calling. Say me Hi to Austin for me."I replied.

"Alright darling. Goodnight." Bianca said before dropping the call.

Austin is Bianca's Husband, he owns a 5 star hotel in London. His a very talented architect who creates unique designs of luxurious buildings for celebrities and wealthy people. Him and Bianca have been together since their high school days and they really love and care for each other.

They got married about a year ago and they've really been showing everyone couples goals.

"What would you like to eat?" Christian asked.

"Am not hungry. Bella replied. Bella's stomach didn't know how to keep a secret because it rumbled so loud that almost everyone on the continent could hear the sound.

Bella felt really embarrassed and just smiled awkwardly.

Christian didn't say a word he just kept driving. Bella was so engrossed with her phone watching BTS videos on YouTube. Jung Kook was actually her favourite member of the group , his voice and his looks made her love him. She loves the Astro group as well especially Cha Eun Woo. She had seen almost all the movies he starred in  and she really enjoy watching him.

"Ain't you coming? Chris said calling Bella's attention.  She didn't even notice when Chris got out of the car. She looked up and was really shocked because of the view in front of her. It was breath taking. Chris brought them to the most expensive Italian restaurant in UK. Bella had only seen the place online but seeing how the beautiful the restaurant was in real life took her by surprise.

"We don't have all day Ella let's go" Christian said.

"Oh sorry."she said quietly before following him inside.

Waiters and waitresses were on a straight line when they got in. It felt like they were welcoming the President of United states or Queen Elizabeth . Bella suddenly became self conscious because she was still in her  uniform. It felt like she was under dressed for this restaurant. Good evening Mr Hampson, all the workers greeted in unison. Their greeting was well practiced and most of them looked so intimidated. They all looked like they were trying to hold their fart in front of their crush. The thought of it made Bella choke on her laughter. She didn't want them to feel embarrassed so I just acted like I was coughing.

Everyone shot her a glare and she felt like she was going to sink.

Christian gave the restaurant staffs a   very cold greeting because he didn't even respond to their greeting, not even a nod or a wave, he just went straight to the VIP room and Bella followed suite . The interior decoration of the room was so gorgeous that Bella felt like if she broke anything I might be worth more than her life. Bella looked around and it looked like the room alone was worth billions of dollars . It was like nothing she has ever seen before, not even in magazines or movies.

A waiter came in not long after they sat down. They had various dishes available so Bella just went for the only thing she understood in the menu which was pasta. She has never tasted Italian dish because of how expensive they can be. She prefers Korean restaurant and she usually enjoy Jajangmyeon, Tteokbokki or a combination of Kimchi Stew and rice.

The waitress came in with their food in no time, the spaghetti she requested looked delicious and it was beautifully served.

Christian also ordered spaghetti but his recipe was different from Bella's. The food tasted so delicious they finished their food in no time.

The waitress asked Christian if he was ready for dessert, she was acting like Bella was so invisible since they came in. She kept giving Christian that seductive look and It was starting to get Bella irritated. She noticed Christian was not giving her face despite how desperate she looked. Bella bursted out in laughter at a point when the waitress bent down to reveal her boobs but Chris told her to button up or he would have her fired.

Bella brought out her ATM card to  pay for her food because she hated the feeling of been indebted to someone. It already felt like she was  indebted to him in so many ways. Although he sold her car she was  sure he added lots of cash to get his car fixed. Him cancelling the rest of his appointment just to give her moral support today made her feel indebted to him. She didn't want to add to her debt by allowing him pay for her meal.

"What are you trying to do?"Christian asked with a glare.

"What does it look like." Bella replied.

"You want to pay for your food?"He asked looking so dead serious.

"Isn't that obvious? I feel indebted to you already and I honestly can't let you add to my debt by paying for my food" Bella replied standing up from the table but Chris held her hand immediately.

"I own this place. " Chris said with a sigh

"Oh wow." was all Bella could mutter.
