Stay at Sam's

Sam walked us through a pathway that was definitely less used as well as we didn't even see any other beastmen throughout our way, except for the leopard who was following us with a prominent difference.

Sam stopped in front of a stone hut, a big one to be precise, which was also secluded from the village, but it was the only cave that was having greenery around it. There were some flower Vines crawling on the wall with a tree in it's front area making it look even more aesthetic.

He stopped at the wooden gate and looked at me with a smile and requested me to enter. I don't know why but for some reasons I could feel my face heat up, Is this because of the weather? But it's already evening Kyra~

Behind him I also entered, the room was simple and clean. There was a stone stove in one corner while opposite to it was a hay bed that was covered with several different animal hides.

He instantly brought out a big black fur hide from another room that was left unnoticed because it was having a pretty big animal hide curtain to cover it.

He spread the hide for us to sit while he himself sat down on the floor cross-legged with his tail still moving.

I placed Bai on the bed and stretched out my arms for reliving them, then somehow my vision got stuck on something that I saw through the small window.

While leaning on the window leisurely, I said in a pretty loud voice, "Go home Parker~, don't tell me you also wan't to stay at Sam's?"

Aaannddd...he growled at me, yeah...he really made me speechless. I didn't even know what does he meant by that growl so what should I say in a reply?

I was just thinking about this when I heard another growl, but it wasn't same like the earlier one, not only that, it sounded pretty near so I looked toward my right and saw a big gray coloured wolf snarling and growling at Parker.

Yesss! I got myself a teammate~

" Tell tell Parker, if you don't have a place to stay~ you can ask Sam~ maybe he could allow you~" I said with full of emotions.

Yeah! You're right! I'm still childish you dumbwits, and I don't care at all~

Just when I was delivering my dialogue, I noticed that Parker went away amidst it, so it's possible that he might have not heard it or might have? Who cares~

But I'm sure about someone who heard it clearly, because he is laughing out loud at it.

I turned and found the laughing Sam tying his animal skirt back.

I looked at him while squinting my eyes, he noticed my expression and instantly said "Kyra, you really know how to make that fool angry" while controlling his laugh.

"Of course, why can't I, when everyone knows that he is a fool" and with this I joined him in his laughing session.

We talked about Parker and laughed, after getting my lungs worn out Sam gave me water in a wooden bowl.

I took it while sitting on the black fur and patted on the place beside me while gesturing him to sit there.

Sam was definitely taken aback because he missed the empty bowl I gave him which made me laugh again.

Sam took it away instantly and came back in a flash moment, he slowly sat down while his face was flushed red and his tail was swaying here and there slowly.

He sat down but still kept a distance of half a meter between us, so this time instead of asking, I moved toward him, sitting side by side with a distance of just two finger which made his tail go wild because it started fanning so vigorously after touching my arm that made Sam to grab onto it so as to calm it down.

"You can leave your tail, it was moving very beautifully" I said, no, more like whispered because he was sitting just beside me.

Cute boy, did you really think I will let you take that tail away? No chance, even more when I've got my eyes on your beast form~

My words made his ears twitch but he let go of his tail and covered his blushing face with his hands.

Those are some deadly reactions he is giving.

"Can I touch your tail?" I again whispered, why? Because I'm loving his reaction.

My words made him stunned but he still nodded his head, Aww...now that's a good boy~

I looked at his tail like a cat looking at a mouse and instead of caressing it slowly, I grabbed it so hard that Sam gave a big "eeekkk!" With his eyes wide and his body all arched up.

Don't tell me he just came like that, he didn't, right? I mean, men do have this kind of reaction, right?

I instantly let go of his tail and said "I'm sorry, I didn't do it intentionally"

Sam shook his head and instantly replied "No, no please, don't apologize. It's just that my tail is sensitive and it hurts if you grab it this hard", he ended in slow tone.

I nodded but didn't dare to touch it again.

Maybe he noticed my emotions because I saw that his tail moved onto  lap on its own. I looked at the owner to see that he was looking at me with a smile.

Only after his permission I started caressing his tail carefully, which definitely felt good because he was brimming with smile.

During my caressing session I asked him about how and how much he know about Parker? Surprisingly, Sam knew him since childhood because he was none other than Shuu's cousin-cum-brother.

His father is the younger brother of the wolf king while his mother is same as Bart and Shuu.

And because of this, he knew about the Rosa incident too.

Not only that, he also said how he and Parker never liked each other because they both were born simultaneously which creates another reason between males to compete with each other.

I listened to his words silently and said "I also don't like that fool." In a pretty stating tone which somehow made the guy in front of me chuckle and myself smile.

"Sister?" Suddenly a sound came and that made me recall the existence, that I nearly forgot.

"Yes Qingqing, what happened?" I replied as sweet as I could sound, and I'm pretty bad at that.

"Umm..I wanted to take a bath..." She said, she tried to sound as shy and humble, as much she could.

And yeah...she might have sounded like that to Sam, but not to me.

Bimbo....are you worried about that? I mean, seriously? When you're in completely a new place, surrounded by beastmen, instead of thinking of ways to survive here, you're more concerned about bathing?

I mean...she have to think, right? I'm counting on her, Myself! After all she is the invincible sixteen year old protagonist who God knows how, know everything. Yeah literally everything.

Before I could've said anything, Sam instantly got up and said "I'll prepare for the bath" and rushed outside.

My tail(っ˘̩╭╮˘̩)っ,

yeah I'm more concerned about the tail that suddenly got disappeared from my hands.

Sam walked to and fro from inner room to outside, sometimes he might be holding some wooden logs, a wooden barrel and even some animal hides.

After nearly fifteen minutes he stopped in front of me with his tail wagging, as he asked me to take a bath in the inner room.

Umm... I'm a bit confused, I mean..it wasn't me in the first place to request for it, so why are you asking me first ?

But instead of questioning him, I just simply nodded and helped Bai to the inner room.

Surprisingly, inside of the room, there was a big stone bath tub, filled with warm water. At another corner was a makeshift stone stove, above which some more water was boiling.

Window was covered, the gate was covered so Qingqing doesn't hesitate to remove her clothes, I looked in the beginning but soon diverted my gaze.

Kyra think of all the girlfriends you have, no, had... looking at her will be equal to cheating on them....and she's your sister. Yeah Sister! I'm looking at her with a motherly gaze, so it's fine.

I helped my naked bimbo into the tub, and tell you the truth, even her naked body didn't pique my love interest so everything is fine.

She comfortably started washing and asked me to join her when I heard a call from Sam.

I went outside to find that he was standing outside the main door, possibly to give us as much privacy as possible....or maybe he wanted to peek like Parker?

Naah! He is too cute for that.

I looked at him enquirily, he smiled but hesitated, then he suddenly passed on some animal furs to me and said "Kyra, these are for you to change into, I didn't know your size perfectly so it can be not a proper fit." And looked down as if waiting for my response.

I looked at clothes, then at him and said "Thank you for this, I'll ask Bai to wear this. She needs clothes more than me"

"No!" He snapped just after listening to my words, and slowly continued "I made them for you. Take these for your sister, Harvey made them for her and asked me to pass it to you" while giving me deer fur clothes.

I just nodded my head and thanked him, with both furs I went back to the room and sighed, looks like I'm bathing too~
