Luckily he was already at the stairs. As the door opened and light flooded onto the corridor.

Before a shadow could appear at the entrance of the door, Jake flew down the stairs.

Jake burst out of the building and kept running until he was a good distance away from the class buildings.

Jake went to a nearby bench and flopped on it while panting. Events began to race through his mind, it took him quite a while to settle down.

"That's why Freya had said she would be going away for a long while? Damn it.

If she was captured then they had to do something about it, why wait for the council to intervene before taking action."

But yet, Jake didn't know what exactly he expected them to do. They also said something about belonging to the Seven.

What was that? Jake thought. Certainly there still was a lot of thing he didn't know about.

Jake had a lot of thoughts running through his mind as he walked back to the hostel.
