Killing Elder Xu

Xiu Luo got up and came to Xu Mei's dead body and took the sword from her hand.

"I spared your life first time but you didn't cherish it and brought others to take revenge on me, so this is the result you will get when you provoke me second time." Xiu Luo said in a serious tone and suddenly he jumped from his position because someone was trying to kill him.

Elder Xu was looking at Xiu Luo with bloodshot eyes and his killing intent can be felt to Xiu Luo even if he didn't use the spirit sense technique as he tried to stab in the back of Xiu Luo. But the latter jumped and avoided it.

Then Xiu Luo turned back to face Elder Xu.

"Why dear elder... " Xiu Luo asked innocently but there is a smile on his face as he is provoking the latter as he facef Elder Xu while the latter was charging towards him with bloodshot eyes.

"Die you demon." Elder Xu shouted as he swing his sword, his movements were not refined as before when he fought against Xu Mei. Its like he lost his mind and became a madman who just want to kill Xiu Luo.

Xiu Luo easily avoided the attacks as he was playing with the elder.

"It should be enough now then .." while dodging the attacks Xiu Luo muttered and then he came to Elder Xu and attack on the latter's abdomen with the fist. 

"Kukh " Elder Xu spat out mouthful of blood and fell on the ground.

Then he is staring at Xiu Luo with unwillingness, regrets and hatred same as Xu Mei. Xiu Luo who is slowly walking came to elder Xu.

"Elder why did you attacked me when I told you that I would spare your life. Why did you give me a reason to kill you."Xiu Luo said innocently while facing the elder.

"You de...demon stop that disgusting act." Elder Xu shouted angrily. 

"Hmm alright." Xiu Luo said flatly as he looked emotionless his playfulness disappeared instantly and there is no anger, happiness or anything. 

The elder thought that the latter will laugh crazily like a demon but Xiu Luo look expressionless puppet.

"Haahaaahaa..." Elder Xu laughed crazily but Xiu Luo didn't say anything. Seeing he is not saying anything elder Xu continued.

"Would you have spared me if I had not attacked you." Elder Xu asked looking at Xiu Luo. 

"You know the answer." Xiu Luo tone was flat.

'Yes I know, if someone attacked me with killing intent I won't spare the latter so why did I expect that this blindboy will spare me.' Elder thought to himself.

"Then why didn't you kill us there in the deep forest?" The elder asked 

"I really don't know the alchemy so I want to extract the knowledge from her as she is burning flame immortal sect disciple but you gave me the knowlege... " Xiu Luo was short cut by elder.

"After knowing about the alchemy you could have killed us." The elder asked quickly like he want to know the reason Xiu Luo didn't kill them till now.

"I can sense the surroundings within a cetain range but I can't locate the direction to move so I need a guide to lead me out ..." again Xiu Luo was cut short.

"Then you could have killed one of us and other would have lead you out. Or is it this entertainment you wanted." The elder is too eager to know the answer so he cut short and said.

"If I killed you, that bitch would have taken me to somewhere else where she could protect herself and if I had killed her you would have taken me where you would trap me." This time the elder didn't cut his speech as he listened with disbelief expression.

"And you really hated her because she is the reason you are in this situation and she also know about it due to this both of you can't talk and trust each other and if I asked the one the other would have tell me, and that is what happened during our journey. Am I right elder?" After Xiu Luo explained he asked with a smile but the latter is looking him with disbelief expression. Then Xiu Luo continued.

"As I had earlier said I don't want to provoke your Xu clan, if I had killed you earlier your jade soul card will be broken and your clan member would have send to search for me as I am the suspect and it would be problematic and may be i would have died while roaming inside the forest." 

"And as for entertainment , it is yes I want to give her gruesome death because I spared her once but she came to get her revenge." Xiu Luo said flatly this time.

Elder Xu is looking at Xiu Luo in disbelief shocked that the blindboy had calculated him from the beginning. If both of them would just chated with sound transmission they would not have in this situation and what worse they even helped him to get out of the forest,

"Heeehee haa.." the elder laughed crazily. After sometime he looked at Xiu Luo and asked.

"Could you tell me why did you killed our Xu clansman." Elder Xu asked 

"I was sitting in the inn in the corner to eat the food...." Xiu Luo narrated the things happened in the inn till the death of Xu Yuan.

Elder was silent in deep thought and blamed Xu Yuan for provoking this demon. But he looks towards Xiu Luo, a dignified elder of Xu Clan whose influence is second only to the patriarch but now he was calculated by a disabled boy in the spirit gathering realm and now he is going to die by that boy. There was unwillingness and regrets on his face but Xiu Luo can't see the elder.

Finally Xiu Luo stabbed sword in the heart of Elder Xu. 

Elder Xu died and the forest become silent. Xiu Luo burned the body of the girl but left the complete corpse of the elder as he had said before that he will leave the latter's corpse intact.

Xiu Luo spread his sense range and started running fast to leave the forest.

Xu Clan

The servant incharged of the life token showed a horrified eexpression as he saw broken life jade token of Elder Xu. Then he pick up the broken token and went to the pavilion hall.

In pavilion hall there is group of elders sitting in a row discussing why the Elder Xu didn't came. But suddenly a servant came in the hall with horrified expression like he had seen the ghost. The servant bowed to the elders while kneeling and showed the life token of elder Xu. 

All the elders were also horrified by the turn of situation.

"I will go search for elder Xu." One of the elder said. He is the same elder who had swork mark on his face.

"Stop, you know what strength elder Xu had and he died. And you with fifth rank core formation realm wants to go, you will only die if you go, let the patriarch handle the situation." One of the elder said. He has white hair and long beard. He is also clenching his fist while telling.

"I will go and inform the patriarch." The same elder said as he went out of the pavilion hall. The whole hall became dead silent. 

"Greeting patriarch." The elder clasping his hands bowed to the patriarch as he greeted.

"Xu Wei I didn't expect you would come, where is Xu Zhongyu." The patriarch asked and his tone is heavy.

"Patriarch elder Xu's jade token is broken." Elder Wei told the patriarch as he narrate the story about what happen. Xu Zhongyu is the name of Elder Xu whom Xiu Luo had killed.

"Hmm.... what about burning flame immortal sect disciple girl." The patriarch asked after hearing that about the girl's condition.

"Patriarch we don't know as we didn't investigate it. First we thought it is better to inform you and take action." The elder said.

"You did good, send someone to search for Elder Xu in the forest and tell everyone not to discuss about the girl. Keep the news of Elder Xu's death confidential. And try to search for that blindboy but do not disclose his information to public as we don't know who is that boy. And order them to send the order in next fifteen days" The patriarch gave the order to elder Xin. And elder Wei bowed and went out.
