Cultivation realms

Kyrios could be seen sitting in silence, contemplating whether what he experienced was a dream or not. However, even he himself didn't believe that what occurred was a dream because the terror he felt when he saw the gigantic eyeball, or rather, the Heavenly Dao, was too real to be a dream.

Deciding not to waste any time, he took out his cell phone and placed a bet using the numbers he got from his future self and the last amount of money he had. After he was done, he laid down on the bed and made himself comfortable before starting to review the memories he had. 

After an hour had passed, Kyrios got up from his laying position with seriousness worn on his face and sat cross-legged before he started going through the information he got from the memories.

For starters, he finally got to know what cultivation was. Just like in all the webcomic, web novels, etc., cultivation was the act of seeking immortality in the truest sense of the word, seeking the truths of the mysteries that make up the universe and beyond, and progressing one's soul, body, / state of being to a near-perfect state.

From the cultivation realms that known individuals have been able to reach thus far, there are 5 major realms, with each realm having 4 sub-realms (stages).

The realm of men is the start of one's journey to immortality. Those at this stage start forming elemental seeds based on their elemental affinity. Starting from the low stage and progressing to the middle and high stages of the realm of men, their elemental seeds start to germinate and turn into elemental trees, which occur at the late stage of men. Throughout the realm, beings in the realm are only able to manipulate their elements onto themselves, like coat their arms with fire to increase damage, spread lightning to their legs to increase speed, or create a metal amour around themselves to increase their defences. They are, however, unable to influence their external surroundings in the realm, and only in the late stage do they have minimal influence on their surrounding environment as they become one with their element at this stage due to forming their elemental tree.

The realm of earth is where the elemental tree starts to grow and produce flowers of law. Those in this realm are called masters, as they are masters of their specific element or elements if one has an affinity for more than one element. They basically form a spherical domain with them as the centre where they can influence that area with their elements, like producing clouds that rain fire instead, turning the air into poisons of various kinds, or increasing the gravity in the area to whatever their ability allows. The four stages are low, middle, high, and late-stage master, with the last stage being where the flowers of law start to bloom.

In the realm of the sky, the flowers of law have fully bloomed, and the elements are starting to produce the fruits of divinity. Being in this realm grants one the ability to fly without using their elements, like wind, and they gain the ability to use laws. Sages, as individuals are called, start to gain wisdom about how the laws of the universe operate, thus gaining the ability to use their elemental laws to create natural phenomena, among other things, like using laws to flood a continent or even a planet with whatever element depends on the law used. Those in this realm are called sages, earthly sages, heavenly sages, and divine sages based on the names of the four stages found in this realm, with the last stage named as such because the flowers of laws have successfully produced fruits of divinity.

The realm of divinity is where an individual achieves near-immortality and one's stage of being starts to undergo a quantitative change, becoming truly divine. Being called emperors, individuals at this stage awaken their divine concepts as the fruits of divinity start to ripen and start transforming into beings representing their divine concepts after being fully ripe. An example of this is when an emperor with a concept of war has their fully ripe fruits of divinity transform into beings representing every aspect of war that the emperor knows. At this stage, emperors have minor authority over their elemental laws and start to have influence on other laws, even without having an affinity for that element. However, all of this is possible if one has an understanding of how said laws function. The four stages in this realm are named after the progress of an emperor's divine concept, namely nascent, expansion, maturity, and demigod.

Of the five known realms, the realm of godhood is where immortality is achieved, as one's state of being becomes divine, and they have full authority over their own elemental law, second only to the Heavenly Dao, and they have minor authority over other laws that they have an understanding of. The stages of this realm are divided by how much of their divine concepts they have authority over, which can be measured by the percentage of fruits of divinity that have changed into representations of their specific concepts. 1-24% being a minor god, 25–49% being a major god, 50–74% being a high god, and 75–99% being a god king.

It is believed that having full authority (100% of the fruits of divinity being representations of one's divine concept) of one's divine concept allows that individual to ascend to the next realm of cultivation, achieving power on the level of the Heavenly Dao, achieving transcendence, or at least being close to it.

Having gone through the details pertaining to cultivation, Kyrios call up the Dao store using the knowledge he gained. The interface appeared before him.
