Storms and hurricanes

Flashback:

"What in the name of bloody Mary? Who is laughing?"

Two guys were studying in a table with airpods on. They were thinking from where all of these sounds were coming of but couldn't exactly point it out.

"Why don't you just use your power and read their minds?" One asked another.

"You know why I can't do that. My mother has made me do a promise to her, to try and act like a normal human. Anyways, let's forget it. It doesn't matter who it is, as long as no one is-"

His sentence was cut off in the middle by a thud and a girl falls near their feet.

Eleena was leaning on a shelf without noticing that she was forcing her entire force over it.

What she didn't notice is that the shelf was a moving one. The entire shelf moved and the opposite part came where she was standing and it took her to the other side with a force.

She felt on the ground with a thud.
