chapter 11: halloween screams

Friday: Halloween

So tonight I was wanting to stay in and give out candy if there were any kids that came by. But it was getting to be that time. And I got a text from skylar saying, " hey my little Harley. I was wondering if you would like to go to a Halloween party tonight with me." I blushed and siad, " where is this Halloween party you speak of?" I laughed, " Andy said, his old friend is hosting it and if you do say yes it is a costume party." I smiled and said, " okay I will go but I don't have a costume." He replied after a while, " well I say you will look good in anything, but it doesn't start till eight."

Okay that would give me enough time to go to maybe party city or something. And get a costume. So I said, " okay I will go text if you need me. Luv you my joker." I hit send and grabbed my keys and purse. And headed to my car. I went to the nearest party city they had and I an idea of what I wanted to wear costume wise. A mystical ghost. And it wasn't bad. But it was all white and it looked pretty. But I got that and a pair of silver sandals. And went back home to start getting ready.

At home

So I got home and thanks to traffic I got home at six. So I had about an hour and a half to get ready since skylar was coming to pick me up. But I got in the dress, and it looked so mysterious. And I put the cape on and it was perfect. I made my eyes look hollow, and I put the sandals on and well I had a white wig so I put that on to finish everything off. But I grabbed my purse and phone I looked to see the time, and I saw a text saying sky was here. So I walk out and he was well he looked like Damon Salvatore from the vampire diaries. It was cute. But I walked over to him. And said, " hi. Should I start calling you Damon now?" I laughed which made him blush.

But I saw that he didn't have a car, it was a bike. I have always wanted one. And his was detailed with red and black. And had, well It was beautiful. But he got on and said, " come on I don't bite." I rolled my eyes and got on behind him. He smiled and kissed my arm. I held on to him and he went to the party.

So from my understanding I think it was andy's friend that was throwing the party. But I wanted to be unseen. And knowing the guys, they would be here. But we got there after about twenty minutes. And you could see the house was all decorated, store lights going off and the music was blaring.

I got off the bike then sky did and he wrapped his arm around my waist. But we walked in and I saw so many people from bands. I saw Juliet, ash, Ashley, jinxx, Austin. And many more but I saw Nikki and Jake. We walked over to them and I said, " hey guys happy Halloween."

They had a drink in there hand. And well I have gotten better but I am wanting to quit drinking. So I wasn't going to touch any type of alcohol tonight. But Jake said, " nice costume guys. Let me guess. Sky, Damon, and Haley mystic ghost." I nodded and sky looked at me like how did he know. " I made them watch it for two seasons in a row. They scared me so that is how I got them back. I will explain the rest later."

But most of the night we were stuck by each other's side, and sky left a few times which I was fine with. But after a while I heard someone say. " hey everyone. How's everything?" We all cheered. And he continued, " well first off thanks for coming tonight. And we have a few games that a few of us want to play. But I think we should have a contest. It will be who knows each other the best. But they would have to be complete strangers to each other. If you would like to do that. Please meet out on the back porch, and one last thing. Happy hallows eve."

Wow I haven't heard that in a while but sky dragged me outside. So I guess he wanted to do the game. But everyone was in costumes. So I think it would make it a bit tricky. But most of them went outside and I think that the person who was talking a minute ago seemed really familiar. He then said, so we will need two volunteers to go first." He asked, and sky pushed me up there. And another girl went up. I think it was Juliet. But I couldn't tell. So the one guy spoke again. " okay so I am going to ask random questions and you two have to figure out who they are." I nodded and this is what happened.

The contest game( whatever you want to call it)

So the first question was, " okay, favorite idol?" The one girl went first, " Harley Quinn or rob zombie." I then went, " skylar slate, or Chris motionless." I saw sky blush. He was my boyfriend and idol. He supported me with my dreams and I will do the same. " next question, first tattoo?" I had to think but she went first, " when I was eighteen I said, f**k it and I went with a few of my friends and I got my first tattoo. And I went home to my mom, at like two in the morning and she didn't believe me at first, but I was serious." I had to think, " I think well I got it with my bff chance, and she got the same one, but I would have to say when I was sixteen."

A few questions went by then I knew the answer to this, " favorite D.C. Comic villain?" I smiled and the girl went, " Harley Quinn." I smiled, " Harley quinn." So we then had to guess and I really think this was ash costello. But he asked, " okay do you know who each other are?" I said, " ash costello from New Year's Day." She smiled and said, " that is right. And I think Haley form shattered soul." I nodded yes and said, " this is very true."

So that was fun but we walked off and I did have one question, " so I think I have a guess to who the masked speaker is. Danny?" He laughed and said, " yes. It is highly true. Now who wants to go next. Before I get drunk." I laughed and I saw skylar lead me to the front porch. He had a discoloration in his eyes, and he was more pale than usual. I was worried, " skylar. Are you alright. Sit down okay." He did and I sat next to him and took my hood off.

He looked down and I tried to call his name and he was in a daze. I tried to lift his head up but it was like a brick. I pushed part of my hair away. And said, " sky are you okay?" He mumbled, ' I don't know. H-h-hunger. Lust.' I was in fear a little. But sucked it up and pushed my head towards his, and if I had to I will make him pissed to show his fangs. He breathed against my neck and then went for it. It felt like a burning forest fire above water. This felt for like an eternity but only a few minutes. I pressed my bandana against it. I keep it with me now.

After a while sky went. To grab a drink and she was gone for a while so I went to look for him. It took a minute but I found him and he looked irritated, and this girl. Dressed like a slut bunny. Tried to make a move on him. So I waited a moment but she leaned in to try and kiss him. Which she did and my b***h side was ready to kick this girls a**. So I went over there and she sounded horrible. Was wearing to much makeup and she said, " and who are you supposed to be. Capital w***e?" I felt anger boil up in me and I punched her in the face which made her cry.

But she tried to fight back, and she tried to slap me but I caught her hand. " don't even think about it you f**king s**t. You better back the hell away from my boyfriend or I will kick your a**back to hell. Got it." I felt fury in my veins. And she whimpered then walked away. Sky just looked at me with shock and a little protectiveness. But I rolled my eyes and walked out to the back porch to get fresh air.

I had to clear my head. Yeah I knew I didn't want to be the type of girlfriend that is super clingy I wanted to support him and give him space. But I went back outside and I kept this for if I felt super nervous, or well this type of situation right now. I pulled out my lighter and my small cig. I cut it in half, because I will never do this often. But I do not support it. And people really shouldn't do it. It is really bad.

But I tried to clear my head, and after a while I heard footsteps coming towards me. I look to see the one chick who tried to make a move. She stood there for a while then I asked, " what." She had a smirk come to her face. Then the little snake said, " you do know that you and him will not be together for long right?" I rolled my eyes, " I mean like come on. Why would anyone want to date a ugly b**ch like you?"

I remember this group of girls saying that to me back in high school. She continued on, " you are worthless, and to him you are just a charity case. He doesn't love you. And besides he is dating me anyways. That is why I was kissing him. And did I ever tell you the time he took me out on many dates, and we had romantic moments. But knowing you you couldn't care less. You just wanted to play the field." I held back tears, and I was getting so fed up with this. She was telling me lies after lies.

I couldn't take it anymore so I punched her in the gut. " it is true. You are worthless Haley." I couldn't take it anymore so I just started to walk away. After a while I just said heck with it and called a taxi. The taxi came after five minutes. And it took me home. I had enough drama for one night.
