Chapter 17.Saruto fails: Hokage’s death

With Saruto just disappeared, Naruto was worried. "Hang in there, Tou-chan!" Naruto stood up beside Sasuke. "You'll pay for hurting Tou-chan!"

The ground broke, releasing two white snakes that started to strangle both Sasuke and Naruto. "First, I am giving you a gift, then I'll take care of the jinchuriki."

Orochimaru elongated his neck and bit Sasuke on his neck. He grunted.

A mark was placed on Sasuke. He then went to bite Naruto but faced a kunai on his face. Blood spurted from it as he screamed in pain. "What the hell?"

The panting yellow flash keeping up with his weakened body said, "Don't touch my son!"

"Tou-chan!"

Naruto started crying. Minato couldn't use flying Raijin with his condition. He threw his arms around trying to hit Orochimaru. Orochimaru toyed with him. Suddenly, a staff struck Orochimaru on his back. Orochimaru took the hit and went flying through the wall. Sandaime swung his adamantine staff and stood in front of Minato and the kids. Orochimaru yelled, "Sarutobi sensei, finally I can fight you seriously!" He laughed.

Sandaime's Anbu appeared beside him. "Take Minato and the kids to the hospital."

"But Sandaime…"

"He is my mess. I have to take care of him alone. "

Anbu took them and left the place. Orochimaru bit his finger and said, "I have a special gift for you." After forming hand signs, he hit the ground.

Flowers grew on the trees Saruto created. They started emitting poisonous gas. Yagura grabbed his throat as he was suffocating. He screamed as his body started growing, and there, he appeared. Sanbi's true form. Yagura transformation into his final stage of transformation. With a bigger body, Sanbi destroyed Saruto's flowers. The poison's effect went down after the transformation. Sanbi was preparing another bijudama. Saruto reacted quickly to summon the scroll from his hand and kept it in front of him. Bijudama was launched toward him. Before it could reach,

The scroll absorbed the bijudama completely as Saruto dropped to his knees with the scroll making an impact on the ground. The scroll was made of adamantine like the chains of kushina and Hiruzen's staff. It can seal any kind of jutsu. Saruto was still holding up. He stood up and said, "I didn't want to do this, Isobu. I can see that you're not in control. I am sorry! This will hurt you. "

Saruto made hand signs,

Dog heads made of wood came out of the ground around Sanbi, biting him from all directions. Saruto showed his palm at Isobu, who looked directly at his eyes. Saruto screamed, "Surrender!"

Orochimaru screamed. Chojuro and Saruto turned their gaze at him. There was Orochimaru with his hands turned into black and Sandaime with a stab wound across his chest. He puked some blood on Orochimaru's hands. Saruto's eyes widened. He was furious. He gave Yagura's body to Chojuro and leapt with Raiton speed. Saruto's knee struck Orochimaru's face. He went smashing the walls. "Aaah!" He was screaming in pain. He shook his head and faced Saruto's fist. He then grabbed him by his collar and threw him. A ninja wearing a mask appeared to catch Orochimaru and fled using the body flicker technique. Some of Anbu shinobis arrived, too. Saruto came to his senses and told them to follow Orochimaru. Saruto then went to look at Sandaime. "Hey, old man, please don't die on me!"

"Saruto… looking at… your face…this closer… I can see"

He coughed and continued, "You have…the will of fire…protect Konohamaru…and Konoha"

"Oldman… wake up! I promised to protect everyone! Wake up!"

He shook his body and then put him aside. The Anbu shinobis returned and said, "Orochimaru escaped, but we captured some of Kiri shinobis. What about Sandaime?"

Saruto was silent. They looked at Hiruzen's lifeless body. Saruto asked, "Where is Yondaime?"

"He was poisoned by Orochimaru. He's alive, but…he is in a coma. "

Saruto punched a boulder beside him. "Saruto-san!" He turned to look at the owner of that voice. Naruto was there crying. 'I wasn't there to protect his dad. Is he going to hate me, too?'

"I wasn't strong enough to help Tou-chan. I want to be stronger. I will train for it. "

Saruto wasn't expecting that. Naruto wiped his tears off and said, "Train me so that I become a Hokage who is cool as Tou-chan and strong as Kaa-chan."

Then, he walked up to Sandaime and sat beside him. "Jii-chan, thank you for spending time with me, and I promised you that I will take care of your grandson back then. I will keep that promise. "
