The Children of Thanos Part 2

Black Dwarf looked indifferently at his pets who were destroying this place.

These humans were giving everything they had to defend themselves but their resistance was useless.

His master Thanos had sent three groups to three different places to search for an object of great power.

The Cosmic Cube.

Which had the power to make you God.

His mission was to find it and take it away.

If anyone objects, they must be killed.

Black Dwarf was sent to this location as they discovered that the Cosmic Cube was in the hands of an organization called A.I.M.

While he was destroying an A.I.M. soldier with his greataxe, Black Dwarf was stunned for a few seconds. Upon regaining clarity, he became alert as he realized that someone had tried to control him.

Black Dwarf had fought in the past with telepathic beings and had developed a great resistance to these attacks but this was the first time he had been affected by such an attack, although it was for a few seconds.

In that, he saw a group of big men approach him to attack him.

Letting out a growl he attacked them with his ax only to be surprised to see that it went through without harming them.

And at that moment, Black Dwarf had realized that he was a psychic projection of the enemy telepath.

But before he could react, a punch hit him in the stomach and he was sent crashing into the base wall destroying it.

"What a weakling! You couldn't even take that" the person who hit him said.

The culprit behind the punch was Juggernaut.

"Take care of him Juggernaut, we'll check this place out" Emma said as she massaged her temple.

It was the first time that she had encountered someone non-psychic who was able to resist her abilities.

"Don't worry, go and do your thing" Juggernaut said as he watched as Black Dwarf emerged from the rubble.

Emma's group enters the A.I.M. base while taking care of the misshapen canine creatures with ease.

Black Dwarf doesn't bother with the others and concentrates on Juggernaut. He knows that if he killed him, the others wouldn't be a threat.

"Come and I'll teach you manners, little guy" Juggernaut said as he taunted Black Dwarf.

Letting out a growl, he lunges at the Juggernaut, who is not far behind and attacks him as well. The impact between the two produces a powerful shock wave.

Juggernaut headbutts him, the blow disorients Black Dwarf and taking advantage of that, Juggernaut takes the ax from him and with it hits him, cutting off his arm.

Black Dwarf lets out a grunt of pain.

Undeterred, Juggernaut swings the ax at high speed and severs his head.

"What a weakling" Juggernaut said upon seeing Black Dwarf's lifeless body.

Without giving him a second glance, he followed the others to destroy this place.

A.I.M.'s fourth base was destroyed and one of the Children of Thanos was dead.
