Ruoxi's Boundless Happiness I

Alucard sat in the conference room with Ruoxi and it started, with people asking them questions about their plans together and Hermes' involvement in Yu Lei's recent growth.

What kind of company they were planning to create together and how could China benefit from it? Those were the primal questions to answer.

Ruoxi stated that they planned to make a joint corporation rather than a company which impressed people as this was not a casual matter. This prompted the regular offhanded questions of people asking them what was their relationship, such questions were ignored.

"Chairman Tepes, how do you plan to handle your business relationship being in cooperation between Yu Lei and Maple, information has reached us that CEO Wan plans to inaugurate a conference herself where this information is to be made public. What is your position between Yu Lei and Maple, who exactly do you support?"

This question brought silence to the room.

'They truly love gossip...' He snickered

It was widely known that Yu Lei and Maple were rival corporations, with Maple being a Titan and Yu Lei a Darkhorse.

With Hermes being a wildcard. If the latter chooses to support either of them, it could lead people's minds and instigate to support one or the other, but if he supported both, then it would generate uncertainty.

Therefore, this question was something all major business players not only in China but those international whales investing in the Chinese market also wanted a question answered.

"Hermes will always be willing to work together with any company interested in receiving our services. A personal feud between corporations isn't in our interest, we are perfectly capable of cooperating with both Maple and Yu Lei Corporations believing that both companies can reach friendly cooperation using Hermes as a modicum, if any of them has an issue regards to this, I'm afraid our coalition will have to finish." Alucard gave a clear answer and sat up again.

Busybodies, shush.

'Their war is their problem, don't involve me.' Technically that was it.

But it also had a deeper message for both CEOs, you can both try to cooperate and act friendly with each other on my behalf.

Catherine and Jane sat on the royal couch in front of the massive TV, looking at the conference in Zhonghai, China.

Catherine's eyes narrowed when she saw Lin Ruoxi.

'She's beautiful' was an inevitable thought.

"The first thing we should do is to buy stocks from Yu Lei and Maple's, mom; with his aid, those two are sure to increase their market value in the next terms", Jane explained to her mother as they watched, it would be a way to easily increase their assets.

Most retail investors didn't have any assurance regarding whether Hermes was a trustworthy aid or not, many of Vlad's achievements could be due to luck or at least, that's how the average person saw it.

But not them, they were sure, that those two companies would increase in value by the end of the year and therefore it was wise to invest in them now before they inevitably exploded.

"Dear~ you know I don't understand any of that~ just tell me what I have to do and I'll do it!" Catherine caressed her daughter's hair and smiled, if she could do all that she wouldn't have asked her help, she'd rather do the dirty job, especially now that she had the power to!

"How much do we have, did Edward tell you already?" Jean asked and crossed her fingers, they didn't have that much money aside from what belonged to them as part of the royal family.

"About a hundred million pounds", said Catherine cheerfully, believing it was a lot of money, and it was indeed.

But to go from a hundred million to a hundred billion in one year, was nigh impossible. The only hope she had was for that person, her mother was his lover, she could get any information she wanted from him like that!

Jane released a relieved sigh eventually, that was more than enough to start.

She had big plans for that money.

"We will be leaving tomorrow; cannot waste time!" Jane uttered and stood up as the conference was about to finish, hopefully, they would be able to witness Maple Corporation's tomorrow.

"Ara~ isn't it dear Jane and Queen Catherine~" a mysterious voice resounded in the room calling for their attention

The beautiful newcomer glanced at the two of them and her gaze focused mostly on Catherine her purple eyes shook repeatedly.

The beauty of that woman could compete with hers?!

"Catherine is that really you!? What happened to you!?" The new addition shouted with agape.

"Yes it's me Lady Christen or should I call you Goddess Aphrodite?" Catherine bowed in front of her stood a goddess.

"Good Afternoon Lady Aphrodite" Jane greeted too.

"You can just call me Christen, tell me, what happened to you!?" She couldn't feel anything from Catherine, but there was an ominous feeling she couldn't understand.

"Oh, I don't know what are you talking about, Christen~" Catherine didn't shy away from calling her name, at this stage gods weren't that much of a thing for her, her two partners were gods after all.

Aphrodite decided to leave that for some other time and focus on her purpose, she might not be the only one coming today. "Where is Ares? I mean, the new Ares?"

Jane sighed and pointed to the TV.

"Is he the new Ares? He's good at concealing his powers." Upon seeing Alucard's figure she licked her lips, prompting Catherine to furrow her brows.

"It is a surprise to see you apart from Hades, Jane." She added offhandedly

"I-I'm just resting here with my mother for a bit, also, I too wanted to know more about the new Ares." Jane retorted.

"I'll pay him a visit; he thinks he can kill an Olympian and just go?~" Even if Ares was a piece of shit, he was her lover at some point, just like Hades was too...

"Christen, I beg you to be careful when approaching him, he's not someone to be taken lightly." Catherine felt weird warning someone from meeting her lover, but Aphrodite was one of her acquaintances.

"It is true Lady Christen, even Hades might not be able to save you if you incur his wrath", Jane added.

"Hmph! Who needs his help? Hades is the weakest of us Gods... It's time for me to leave. I'll be coming back to speak with you, Catherine~"

"I'll be moving to China, Lady Christen, if you want to meet me, you can find me there."

"Huh? But aren't you the Queen? How come you will leave for China?"

"That... It's for personal reasons." She felt ashamed to say the cause, after all, everyone knew her to belong to Yang Chen, it was about time it changed.

"Her new lover lives there." Jane snickered and added just as Catherine was about to clarify.

Aphrodite gaped with her gaze alternating between the two only to end up glancing at Catherine who nodded with a smile.
